In Lisbon, half the people in the aircraft, more than 30 persons, did not found the luggage, the company told us nothing and we spent all night (from 8 PM to 4 AM) to declare them lost. They called after 5 days to tell us the luggage was found, we had already left Lisbon by then, asked to send it back home. So, we bought new suitcase, clothes, everything. Wen we come back, we found that the pilot decided to leave about 50 luggage on the airport, in order not to lose the take off slot. U intend to ask for compensation, it was a decision of the company to leave without the luggage and they told us nothing.
Could be better when check-in on desk at the airport that 2 people who voyage together to have the 2 seats close to each other not 8 and 15.
We had a 4 hour delay and wizz Air provided no help or information at the airport.
Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!
O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Our original flight was canceled, so we had to fly a day early (or 3 days later, which wasn’t an option for us) and not even to our original destination. Due to this change, we not only had to spend 1 hour on a bus and then 3+ hours on a hot train to arrive at the destination we originally paid for. We also had to get a hotel for an extra night and spent money on meals, etc in transit. Did I mention that the flight we were put on was also over an hour late taking off?! Not a great experience.
The people on the gate was arrogant and unsympathetic. Creating a lot of problems with the luggage, being that it did not exceed the weight. I'm not used to travel with Ryanair and I think that I will not travel again with this company .

Boarding started ahead of time. But then we were waiting on the tarmac without knowing why there was a 40min delay. Would have been nice to have a bit more information regarding duration and reason of the delay.

Everything was difficult. Bag drop didn’t work - we had to queue to to go to the desk 3 times and the lady eventually did it herself. Staff were polite and nice."

On the way back my boyfriend was charged 50 euros for a bag which the flight attendant deemed as oversized even though on the way there it was perfectly fine. Her reasoning was that it would have to be put under the plane... When walking to the plane we saw that most people were asked to leave their hand luggage on the tarmac to be put "under the plane" without being charged so essentially we were ripped off yet again!"

I was flying with an american passport, and the line to have my boarding pass 'stamped' to verify the passport was insanely long. 2. Missed the flight due to long commute within the Stansted terminal 3. Made it to the flight 25 min before takeoff, but was too late, so missed the flight. Had to wait in the terminal for 20 minutes for someone to come pick us up and drive us out of the terminal. 4. Ryanair customer service simply instructed me to rebook my flight online. They were not of any help. 5. I had a tight connection in Milan to the bus that would take me to the city, which i almost missed because my carryon bag had to be checked in. 6. Boarding was absolutely hectic, I was almost put on a flight to Greece instead of Milan. Stay away from Ryanair if you can."
Contra: "Besides being really uncomfortable for various reasons, like the endless security procedures, the crew's bad manners and lots of other annoying things that really baffled me like making people stand in line for half hour before boarding (why?), at the end of the day you have to take into account that Stansted + Ryanair means adding an extra hour to what you would normally take for a flight and a lot of stress, not only for what aforementioned but also for the constant feeling of potentially being ripped off with additional charges like late check in and baggage size."

Contra: "The ability to check in online SOUNDS like it will save time, but this is my third Ryan Air flight where I have stood through the line to get my documents checked, been approved, and then gotten all the way to security where I have been told my boarding pass won't scan. If anyone is reading this, I would suggest checking in online, and then just having them print you off a boarding pass at the desk. That boarding pass will for sure scan once you get to security, and will save you the hassle of getting in line twice!"

Contra: "Boarding was a bit not so good because we had to wait outside in the cold (and some rain). Food options were scarce (I wanted a croissant with my coffee and there were none left so in the end I ate nothing)."
Contra: "hassled us at every turn. charged us a fee of 135 pounds to board flight saying we weren't there within two hours of check in when indeed we arrived 2:30 minutes before flight and waiting for check in took over 45 minutes. on board staff were even more rude after their card machine broke during our transaction. We didnt have cash on us and simply thought the card with available funds on it would suffice during our travels. However we were held on the plane after arriving in milan and accosted by ryan air officials threatening to sue us because THEIR card machine broke and we didnt have cash. Then they had us escorted out of gate to the atm were we got them cash. the whole entire process was a night mare. NEVER AGAIN"
