For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

People just went to the gates after families, handicapped, vets, etc..passed the gates, business and first. Improving that process by forming ordered lines would help. Entertainment presented movies that are old and have been dysplayed on flights for years. Entertainment in general is poor. Seating not as expected! I chose my seat online and once on the plane I found out the organization of the seats was different than the one displlayed online. I chose an aisle sea on a 3 seat row and I ended up on a 4 seat row and squeezed in between two other passengers. The seats are "growing" smaller and smaller, and the shape and mobility of the chairs makes them uncomfortable. On my row there were 3 screens installed on the ahead seats, and my screen was by 3/4 in front of the passenger on my right. That made difficult controlling the screen function with me stretching my harm over the other passenger's face. I payed $2,000 for that flight in economy. $2,000 for an economy class is not cheap! And you don't offer a great experience. Either lower the price or improve the overall experience."

I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Contra: "I paid for extra luggage fees, and paid for an assigned very tiny seat. Crew members declined me to use bathroom but allowed other passenger to use it. The plane was delayed to depart on time, and no explanation whatsoever. For a original flight time of one hour and a half trip, the plane landed more than an hour later than scheduled, so it took almost 3 hours."

I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."

Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"
Pro: "The flight attendants wont stop talking the whole flight, the temperature is so cold and the lights are never turned off, which makes it impossible for you to sleep on the plane."
Contra: "Boarding process, seat comfort, indifferent boarding and in flight crew"

Contra: "Apparently you are supposed to "always" check in prior to to arriving to the airport! That's a first. Also they charge you 45 ponds to check in at the kiosk! What? That's unheard of around the globe. I missed a flight and I was charged 100 per ticket for a tickets that was worth only 100 in total."
Contra: "we had our carryon bags separated so we had to wait at carrousel for mine..we recommend checking a bag for single travelers rather than multiples..thanks...fred and kim"
Contra: "Staff was not friendly or helpful. Flight was delayed. Staff was asking for random requests such as placing our carry on between our legs instead of in the stowaway compartment. Wouldn't allow me to use the restroom 15 min before take off. Overall bad experience."

Someone was in my seat which I had specifically selected and the attendant asked him to show his boarding pass, he didn't want to sit in his assigned seat because there were children in that row. The attendant did nothing and made me move to the row with the screaming crying children. The main flight attendant obviously hated his job, as he was rude and didn't smile once the whole 3 hour flight. This airline is a joke"
Pro: "Seats were reasonably comfortable"
Contra: "Flight took off late, people with small trolley cases were made to check them in (free) due to crowding whereas others with larger cases were not asked to. It was quite arbitrary. It took a very long time to board the flight so passengers had to stand outside the plane in the cold."
Pro: "No more shouting on the plane to get you buy stuff No more strict handbaggage check at boarding"
Contra: "No priority boarding for infants (=have to stay in the queu with baby) Can only check at most 48 hours in advance unless you want to pay extra to choose a seat"
Pro: "I liked the cheap fare and the front and back exits... The baggage handlers had the checked bags to baggage claim faster than I could get through customs.."
Contra: "My bag was about one inch too big to go as carry-on, and they charged me more to check a bag than I paid for my ticket to London! I could have bought a ticket for my bag to sit next to me and saved money."
Contra: "the road from the plane to the terminal walking in the rain the 30 minutes departure delay the fact that the crew delayed serving the meal"
