Contra: "The worse experience ever. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company."
Pro: "On time, good service and economy food was better than any other airline I have ever flown."
Pro: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."
Contra: "Knowing that the incoming was late ground crew could have been better prepared with a motorised transport in the airport (instead of me running out of my breadth). The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

Contra: "They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Contra: "At check in the website did not allow me to purchase checked baggage. I arrived at the airport and paid 80 Euros to check in my 12kilo bag. I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."
Contra: ""beds" not as comfortable as British Air, Qantas or Air NZ, which are all we have to compare it to Grasp of English of crew not great. Choices of menu in Business limited, especially for those not eating pork or beef (again,not our experience on the above mentioned airlines) The requested vegetarian meal was the same for both dinner and breakfast, and consisted of the same plain cooked vegetables and fresh fruits only"

We had simply stood in the line we were directed to. Counter clerks not very pleasant compared with other airlines!"

Contra: "Extremely rude staff (allowed a passenger to almost break my hand luggage with hers, and literally laughed at my concern,) kept us on plane for 2+ hours with minimal info given on the problem, then de-planed and kept us waiting at Warsaw airport for another 2 hours (no food, water or even a manager appeared until the end of that 4 hours, by the way, and only after a screaming mob of passengers formed,) then kept us on the new plane for nearly another 2 hours. This made for an approximate 6 hour delay, with minimal comfort, food, water, info or sympathy throughout, nor an offer to switch our flights and/or provide night accommodation due to the 5+ hour delay on this evening flight (as is within our passenger rights.) The plane finally arrived to JFK way after 1 a.m., which completely ruined weekend work and social plans, not to mention how exhausting and disrespectful of an experience it was. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY SINGLE OF THE FOUR LOT FLIGHTS I'D UNDERTAKEN THAT WEEK WERE DELAYED IN A SIMILAR FASHION - AS IN, WITH LITTLE INFO OR EXCUSE. No, thanks, Lot - and you should refund us all."
