This is my 4th time on Lufthansa,food is getting worst and worst
Like the service provided by the crew. I little bit of variety in the food.
Pro: "Very helpful and experienced crew, really good service! Thank you!"
Contra: "Just the entertainment. Movies could be slightly better not a critic just a suggestion"
Pro: "The crew was wonderful and as far as airplane good goes, it was great."
Contra: "Leg room"
Contra: "Space is limited even for a small built person. Too crowded considering long the travel time"
Pro: "Seats were spacious and they fed us on the flight."
Contra: "In flight entertainment."
Pro: "All was fine on the flight."
Contra: "The woman at the "Groups" check in area on 4/20 Saturday morning had the personality of a cactus needle. She was condescending and sent us on a wild goose chase to pay for our bags. Why didn't she just send us to that area in the first place to take care of the check in process at the same place?"
Pro: "More spacious seating. Crew was happy, nice and seemed to care. Good entertainment choices."
Pro: "everything was great. Crew was very nice. good service. good food. Even bathrooms were located in the basement separately, nice and bigger than usual airline bathrooms."
Contra: "my TV screen didn't work. Long 9.5hr trip without entertainment."

Pro: "Crew rearranged people before takeoff to allow elbow room. Excellent food, salad and vegetable with meat option to help with hydration, wonderful noodle."
Contra: "Slightly too cool but I had an extra blanket and that is preferable to hot."

Contra: "Crew did not come around very frequently with water throughout flight, mostly only during regular beverage service."
Pro: "Check in was swift and efficient. Boarding was organised and flight attendants were friendly and efficient."

Contra: "We were late arriving in Prague and then waiting for my luggage only to realise after waiting till the very last luggage THAT my luggage was left in Frankfurt and I didn’t get it til 21.00hrs - totally ruining my plans for my first night in Prague!!!!"
Contra: "no screen for movies getting all aboard without dividing into sitting numbers."
Pro: "Staff were so friendly! The plane was clean and comfortable."

Contra: "the comfort of the seats is terrible. the boarding process was: 1st class, then everyone else. no zone or seat range loading..."
Pro: "The whole flight crew was so polite."
Pro: "The seats were comfortable, we all had a bottle of water at our seats, we were immediately served drinks and snacks, the meals were really nice (haven't had this in years). Plane crew were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the entertainment selection - it kept them occupied throughout the flight in spite of their young age (3yrs and 5 yrs)."

Contra: "For a transatlantic flight, boarding was one mass stampede, seats were hard as a rock, tight, media "touch" screen had to be punched to work, worst selection of entertainment film & TV show options I can remember for an overseas flight"
Pro: "Only the fact that I got lucky with a exit seat with leg room. That's it."
Contra: "There was no update on the status of our connecting flight. The pilot gave an update of other flights except for ours but it caused a bit of confusion. Some people even had to missed there flights altogether! Lufthansa, from the 4 times I have flown with them always seems to be late with no sense of urgency. Ultimately after arriving in Venice, I get an email that my bags did not make it, yet I was told by the boarding agent that the plane was still loading our bags."
Pro: "excellent service of crew."
Contra: "the food was not kosher chicken with milk at the first flight the past was owerfull"
Pro: "They had delicious little sandwiches for breakfast, and were amazingly efficient at getting out the snacks and coffee."
Contra: "They rescheduled me for 40+ hours of flight instead of the 19 that I had paid for. Instead of flying me directly Turin to Munich, I had to go Turin to Frankfurt, 5.5 hour layover, then Frankfurt to Munich, 13.5 hour layover, then Munich to Denver. 2 of those 3 flights were an hour delayed."
Pro: "Was rebooked on Iceland Air. Enjoyed that flight very much"
Contra: "That I was bilked on bus, got stuck in traffic and missed flight to Denver"
Contra: "6 hour delay , no explanation given whether the original flight was cancelled or not, bags have been lost. Complete chaos."
Pro: "crew, cleanliness"
Contra: "very little legroom, very uncomfortable for travellers who cannot afford business class"
Pro: "The agent at the counter was very very helpful and accommodated us to an earlier flight. That saved us lot of time."
Contra: "I didnt like the food offered"
Pro: "I like the service in general. Everything was great and the flight attendants where very helpful and kind. The food was good and the entertainment had all types of movies, music and games."

Pro: "Excellent service from a very friendly staff. Wonderful entertainment options to pass the time on a lengthy flight. Couldn't have been a smoother experience."

Boarding in the heat was not pleasant
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
Main trouble was with Kiwi -- a partner booking organization through Kayak. Even though tI booked well in advance they did not assign me a seat and I came within a minute iof getting bumped from the flight. On the return trip the airline sent me an ominous message that I had to provide additional info before I could receive my boarding pass and that if there were problems I would get a refund. That caused unnecessary stress since the airline just needed my home address. Kiwi should have made sure they had collected all the necessary information from me before they booked my flight.
Long delay, lack of space at the seats (not comfortable).
We made the boarding and then waited inside 40minutes before taking off The plane was too full It was probably the worst flight of my life in terms of comfort. I was in the central seat, and on my right i had a very big person who was occupying part of my seat since he did not fit in just one. I think in these cases the staff should notice and do something about it. I checked if there were available seats by myself, but it was all full. Maybe in business class there were still available seats though.
Expect Full aircraft in economy
Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Contra: "It was freezing we asked 3 times to have air con adjusted ...plus other passengers ask too . Nothing was done . Stag and hen people on flight... shouldn’t be served alcohol on flight if they seemed drunk already. People wouldn't sit down even with seat belt signs on..."
Pro: "Nice crew and helpful check in person."
Contra: "We waited outside in the heat for 35 minutes. Insane! How is that a “priority” experience?! We were all drenched in sweat before take off?! Horrible!"

Pro: "It was a great flight staff A1 and beautiful flying from knock, hadn't done for years , hot paninis great food better than Emmirates I flew with over the Christmas"

Contra: "Boarding started before all the passengers of the previous flight were disembarked from the plane, so we had to wait in the tunnel that goes from the gate to the plane. Another very disappointing thing is that you cannot choose your seat, but you are given one randomly from the system."
Pro: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"
Contra: "Kayak and RyanAir incompetence to cancel a ticked for 20 freaking days leading up too the flight. Man hours wasted 48 hours of emails and social media without resolving the issue = CANCEL THE TICKET"
Contra: "Poor service and delays!"
Pro: "Friendly crew."
Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."
Pro: "We had an emergency exit seat with extra leg room."
Contra: "Check in, delays, late arrival, luggage pick up too slow."
Pro: "Relatively inexpensive flight."
Contra: "Difficult to change anything with the reservation. 1.5 delay with no explanation, constant queuing and overall exhausting and unpleasant."

Pro: "Good flight times and on-time flight arrivals. Helpful crew and plenty of crew passes with drinks & food."

Pro: "We had a very short flight from Dublin to Edinburgh and everything was good"

Contra: "Ryan Air charged my husband and I FIFTY Euros EACH for not checking in online before coming to airport. However, they were very sneaky and misleading, bec. they sent us an email saying that we must check in 2 hours before flight time -- here are their exact words: "Online check-in is up to 2 hours prior to departure. " so we got up at 4:30 am to get to airport exactly 2 hours before to check in online, but online check-in was closed. then at the counter they told us we had to pay 50 Euros each, extra for not checking in online."
Pro: "Staff was nice and friendly."
Contra: "It was a 35 min flight. Although cheap, the baggage fees are ridiculous. It was cramped. And it took forever to board. Seriously our boarding passes were checked 3 different times."
Pro: "I paid for extras this time as on my outbound it was a shambles and did not want to go through it"
Contra: "Paid for priority, but there was no priority queue at all, then on the plane we were told yes you just push forward telling people you have Priority? Really? There was signage for normal queue and priority queue but inky the normal queue had staff on so had to join the normal queue. 26£ for what expect a refund"
Pro: "Nothing, I booked and tried to cancel within a few hours because I was not able to take the flight."
Contra: "I tried contacting Kayak to cancel my flight and Ryanair and neither would let me even though I was within my 24 hour cancelation time."
Contra: "Re-routed us to Naples due to a storm. Did not keep us informed on when the buses were coming, if they were coming or anything for 3-4 hours. Then we all crammed into buses to Rome for a 3 hour drive. Then did not compensate for the lost time or lost money due to being 6-7 hours LATE to Rome! Horrid!"
Pro: "Informative polite pilot Most cabin crew were courteous, helpful and professional"
Contra: "Boarding was a bit of a free for all without being organised at Chania end One member of cabin crew was clearly having a bad day; rolled his eyes and sighed when I was attempting to be helpful in returning items."
Pro: "The plane was clean, and looked new"

Contra: "Felt like it was a scam as I thought I was checked in with the printed out paperwork that said in big font that my checkin was completed. Then heard a fellow traveler on the plane that that's what you do. Then we heard a singer in the local pub sing about it which made me think I was not the only one. Bob Corbett"

Contra: "You can't check any bag for free. They make you check-in small carry on suitcase that would have been able to be carried on at other airlines. Each check in bad cost 35 euros. So don't be fulled by the cheap tickets. Between my son and I, we checked in three bags. You have to pay for the check-in bags at a different location, which almost made us late for our flight. Plus they fly to STN airport which is far away from the center of London. It costs 120 pounds to get to our hotel from this airport."

Contra: "Stanstead was terrible. We were there 150 minutes before flight. But only just got on flight. I would advise being there 4 hours before flight... Huge Q for bag drop. Why not more Ryanair desks open. Security checks hugely inefficient and unfriendly. Biggest shopping mall in any airport I have seen that you are forced to walk thru. Corridors to gates were like a cattle stampede. Will avoid Stanstead in future. Even car parking and shuttle takes nearly an hour."
Contra: "Flight delayed. Missed my national express coach boarding time."

I contacted them 5 times before departure and every after sending them the chat box detail, they say I did not contact them. I think this airline is a scam! Will never fly them again."

Contra: "Very upset about what size the bags are defendant and I witness that Italians were being put a tag on it gone through but myself who I am in American and two other different couples of Asian we were charged and I try to say something to your workers and I thought they were very Rood and I just think that I would personally never fly Ryan air again"
Contra: "I checked in online or so I thought and when I got to the airport they charged us 45pounds a piece nearly $200 simply to check-in. I qualify as an experience flier (likely 1600-1700 flights) over my career. While $200 doesn't ruin our vacation it was clearly theft. Services theft."

Contra: "The make flight attendant physically pushed me down the isle and told me to move because he was frantic about getting trash picked up. So so rude"

Contra: "We lined up at gate 109 to board then they changed the gate to 104 the last minute."
Pro: "I opted for priority seats for €13.00 and reckon they were worth it. Quick boarding, guaranteed our carry-on would be carried on by us. I paid for more checked weight than I needed, but that was my own fault, and only cost me €15.00 extra."
