Very frustrated"

Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Pro: "I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."

They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."

Contra: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Contra: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."

Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

Contra: "Told our bag was too big even though we'd paid for a large carry on, which we already knew fit in the overhead compartment (plane was an airbus A320). We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

Contra: "I got to the airport with plenty of time to make my 1:30pm flight. However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac."

Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Contra: "You are only allowed to bring a small personal bag on board then check your carry on bag . The plane is old and used. They took forever to unload the bags and put them on the carousel."

Contra: "They kept us boarding for 45 minutes without tell8ng us that we would be waiting 45 minutes after our plane was due to leave"

Pro: "The only thing that was close to satisfactory was the crew and the comfort of the flight itself."
Contra: "We did not like being made to stand in line for over an hour like a herd of animals only to be rushed to another door to wait another half hour. All of this occurred in an environment that itself was loud, uncomfortable, and hot. Moreover, announcements regarding the status of the flight should be made frequently and in English."

Contra: "Crammed in - no leg room Charge extra for everything Check out Southwest's business plan and processes"

Pro: "I ultimately got to my destination."
Contra: "- Was charged left and right until I paid twice for my ticket. I even paid to get my boarding pass. - Boarding was a mess. Passengers were blocked in a hot area, then in the stairs for an hour before boarding - Flight was an hour half late - Flight crew was rude and systematically failed to resolve a seat assignment problem. They mocked a passenger instead of admitting they were wrong about not checking for the error in the seat assignment - More of an annoyance; Flight crew was constantly selling stuff, from drinks to cheap fragrance and scratch lottery cards. In summary, Ryan Air is a scam and an embarrassment to the industry."

Pro: "Efficient cost effective connector service. Good website for arranging details of the flight."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."

Contra: "The representatives were not friendly and having to pay an additional large fee for normal size carry on luggage is ridiculous."

Pro: "The seats were spacious on flight but I did not get to choose my seat and was put in an emergency row so no reclining."
Contra: "The experience during checkin/preboarding makes me not want to fly or support Ryanair. The attendants at the checkin and baggage counters today, 28.08.2017, were rude and impatient when I had questions. They were not helpful and charged me more than the €50 airport checking fee even when Ryanair lists it on the website as €50. I am currently trying to cancel my return flight on Ryanair because of this complete lack of customer service."

Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

Contra: "Despite meeting the required measurements, my friend and I had to pay for our carry on bags at the gate. We were told at the check-in that our bags were ok. This is unacceptable and cost an additional 110 Euros. There was zero flexibility, and our bags DEFINITELY would have fit. Additionally, there were others with same sized carry on luggage that were allowed to stow it in the overhead bins. The "money saved" with Ryanair is not worth the inconsistency or headache."

Pro: "The actual flight is thirty minutes and low cost"
Contra: "No information poor communication. Boarding delayed for no reason and then we were unable to take off for almost two hours because supposedly air controllers' restriction on starting their engines? It almost seemed as if it was an opportunity to sell food and drinks onboard"

Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "Boarding is the worst. They claimed to start boarding at 2005. Not true. It started past 2030. Not really boarding, because no one was allowed on board at that time. Completely misleading info, unnecessary crowd, good start for the really bad travel experience"

Contra: "The entire flight consisted of the cabin crew constanatly making announcements about what they were selling from the duty free shop. At one point they even seemed to be selling lottery tickets - or something like that. They spoke entirely in Italian the whole flight."

Contra: "It was quick"

Pro: "I can't think of any."
Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Pro: "Absolutely nothing you should maybe bring up your prices and stop killing people on there bags!"
Contra: "Very upset about what size the bags are defendant and I witness that Italians were being put a tag on it gone through but myself who I am in American and two other different couples of Asian we were charged and I try to say something to your workers and I thought they were very Rood and I just think that I would personally never fly Ryan air again"

Pro: "Flight on time, friendly crew"
Contra: "Had to wait standing in queue for 1 hour beford boarding"

Contra: "Selling many things on board"

Pro: "I hated everything"
Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."

Pro: "The flight attendants were very funny and friendly. They were proffessional and helpful."

Contra: "They wouldn't consider a change in ticket. Nothing said that it was non-refundable. I had the wrong date and over the phone they simply said the tickets are non-refundable. Click"

Contra: "They lost my baggage and 12 days later I still have no bag. The whole trip I had no clothes while trying to enjoy my vacation and had to endure the stress of having all of my things lost. When they filled out the missing claim report they had written down the wrong tag number. When contacting ryan air they have been no help and also their aviation services. I cannot even talk to anyone to change the number. I am disgusted at how I am being treated in this whole process and this is the most unacceptable thing I've ever been through."

Contra: "There is nothing include in the price other than your seat. If you have luggage its an extra wich wasn't specified when I booked the flight. For water or coffee you have to pay on the flight... No wonder they say they are cheap"
