Then when I called in to the Romania Service Center to rebook, the phones went down in the middle of the call. That is understandable given the extreme volume of calls they were handling. What is unacceptable, is that they made no attempt to contact me once the phones were up. I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

British Airways is significantly better."

And thank you for the USB outlet, now if you could just do that for ALL domestic flights i would never fly anything other than AA. Also, my connection was late and AA held the flight for me and 11 others to our final destination to Honolulu. Thank you American Airlines."

The flight attendant was short and quick to snap. This was the couples first trip to hawaii and the attendant gave them a sour impression leaving the plane. I was disappointed."

Pro: "The check in process was easy and straightforward but we were in the front of the line--which was very long. The lady who checked us in was very nice and pleasant and she was there for boarding as well. This process was very smooth for us."
Contra: "No water available unless you paid for it --same true of coffee and they only take credit cards. Was not able to request seats early and ended up next to the bathroom and lots of people standing in my personal space and the smell is overwhelming--the chemical smell."

Had to shove my things in a Tesco carrier bag and in my daughters small backpack on wheels. The backpack broke later as it was not made to carry more than a few books. And to top it off, the suitcase I was made to check never made it on my connecting flight to Chicago. I am still waiting for it to be delivered 36 hours later. This suitcase is virtually empty. Well, it's actually carrying a pair of sunglasses and my phone charger. totally inconvenienced and the crew saved the plane from being dangerously overloaded by an empty suitcase. Absolute nonsense."

We received lunch, movie snacks, and a mini pizza lunch. The only meal that wasn't great was the mini pizza."
Contra: "The only minor issue we had on this flight was that our entertainment units stopped playing movies 4 hours before we landed. The cabin crew tried resetting it a few times and tried everything they could to fix it, but it didn't work. They did compensate us for the inconvenience so that was nice."
