They said we were selected for screening but all the other people they took before us were screened the exact same way. It was stressful and traumatizing to stand for 45 minutes with no clear explanation. The crew were clearly new at their job or ill trained. On top of that they consistently ran out of food they were serving and was forced to take the vegetarian option when it's not what I wanted. I could not wait to leave Doha and exit Qatar airways. I hated my experience traveling with Qatar. It was stressful and traumatic. I want a full refund. I will also be advising all my friends to never fly Qatar. It was the WORST!"

One of my bags didnt arrived. It was a priority bag. And the flight was a really bad experience. There were two kids (2-3 years old) from two families in business class that cried during literally 10 hours! Was a really long flight

Contra: "I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket."

This is my sixth time traveling to Switzerland from San Francisco on Swiss....Their service in my opinion remains excellent......The cabin crew was cheerful friendly yet remained very efficient at the same time... The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Contra: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

What is unacceptable, is that they made no attempt to contact me once the phones were up. I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

Contra: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough, and it took forever for the flight attendant to come after I’ve pressed the call button. Overall impression: meh! First time flying Austrian, but next time I’ll probably book with their competitors if prices are similar."

Pro: "Even though I was very disappointed at what the Austrian airline did to me, the staff and crew and captains where professional and the flight was comfortable especially on Lufthansa. However, I missed the experience of enjoying the flight with the group of people that I joined on the way to Vienna and to Egypt."
Contra: "I didn't like the fact that they cancelled my Austrian flight to a completely different company (Lufthansa). I paid extra money when I reserved the tickets in the USA to make sure I am on the same plane as the other three families that i wanted to be with as a group. They had reserved their tickets and I got the flight numbers and when I reserved my booking I paid extra to be on the same airplane as the rest of the group. My plan worked going to Vienna and to Cairo (although one of the planes were delayed 3 hours which ruined our stay in Vienna) but on the way back from Cairo to LA, I couldn't be with the group because I left 2 hours early and arrived in LA 2 hours late. I pleaded that I came with a group but they said I have a different booking so they couldn't honor keeping me on the same plane as the group. I am very disappointed and will avoid my future travel with Austrian airline"

Pro: "They lost my baggage and nobody cares.They charging good money for extra bags but they have only sorry for they mistake. If you plan your important trip to Europe please don't use this company,so you can avoid unpleasant experience."
Contra: "It took us 2 tries to get there due to weather and they had us waiting in the airport for 12 hours in the middle of the night. We first flew to Lviv and then they turned the plane around and came back as we were landing. I appreciate that they did this for safety reasons. When we got back however at 2:30am, they did not provide us with a hotel and just gave us blankets and pillows to sleep in the airport. They also offered us only a piece of bread with ham and cheese and a coffee for the next 12 hours until the new flight left. Not a pleasant experience."
Pro: "The staff should speak english and albanian from pristina to austria or from pristina to turkey its abvious they are albanians %95 of them and elderly who dont speek any other language but albanian"
Pro: "Short flight from Milan to Vienna. Easy check in -- which at MXP is always a plus and a relief, Crew was very friendly, attentive and focused on the passengers and their job. A smile is worth a million dollars!"
