Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."

She never did try to solve the problem, we had to seek other help and we charged exorbitant fees. Never fly with Ryanair."

Contra: "firstly with Ryanair, you pay for every little service free on other airlines. to add 2 luggage of 20kg each we paid an extra US$ 40,00 per luggage + taxes = US$ 104,00. If you travel with somebody and like to sit together you have to pay extra money. during the flight the crew was going up the alley trying to sell whatever they have for sale during the flight, going from drinks to food, from gifts to alcohol and cigarettes, but not giving the embarkment cards like every other airline does, no, here you have to wait to be in front of the customs, get the form, fill in the form and then take your place in the queue for another 30 minutes.. and I don't mention here how many times the crew hit my leg and knee with the trolley during the two hours flight."

Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "--Online check-in system is strange and puts the onus on passengers to do the work w/in a bizzare window of time. If you remember to do it too much ahead of time, then you get charged a fee. If you remember to do it too late, then you get charged a fee. --The fee for missing the check-in online window is exorbitant (50 euros per person) and seems to be a punishment more than anything else, since I don't see how buying and installing a kiosk for customers to check-in at the airport would be less cost effective for the company. Particularly when you consider the cost of the employee's salary whose sole job it is to sit and process the "late check-in" paperwork at a different window. --The luggage fee is among the highest I've ever encountered and also has to be "processed" at a different window with a Ryanair employee who literally fills carbon copies of paperwork in for every single person in line. (There must be a more modern option for their infrastructure than this.) My husband and I had to go back and forth to this other window since the people at the check-in window didn't bother to tell us that we'd have to process the luggage fee + the check-in fee at the separate window. --Finally, the boarding process was chaotic, crowded, and late. And I was kept awake the entire flight by flight attendants making several announcements about Ryanair promotions, including employees pushing actual carts full of non-food items (like cologne) up and down the aisle to sell as if the airways were a flea market. Overall I would have saved time, money, and huge headaches if I had booked a pricier flight up front. At least those companies have some integrity."

Contra: "The flight delayed for eight hours with no explanation provided. The crew/staff were rude and inconsiderate of the noise level in the plain. The return plane did not provide any English announcements, leading me not to understand a word of what they were announcing."

Contra: "The same bags we used to get there from Dublin were no longer 'acceptable' on this flight. We did not buy a single thing to put in our bags in Madrid and yet my luggage was 2 kg over and we had to pay an additional 20 euros and they said my husbands was too large to carry on - though we did prove to them if fit and they eventually let us but it was an ordeal (they didn't even bother two people in front of us with the exact same luggage). The Madrid Ryanair employees could learn a couple things in hospitality from the Dublin ones."

Contra: "Very difficult to locate checking area in Madrid. The boarding team was rude, selectively enforced rules and made the boarding of the plane a chaotic experience. The plane seats have no leg room, they are cramped and don't recline. They provide no complimentary refreshments, I have to beg for a small cup or ice. I would have rather pay more and not save to have this flight option! We flew Madrid to Marrakesh and will not do it again!"

Contra: "I had luggage that required I remove 2 kilos to be acceptable. The airline I flew before Ryan accepted the bag as it was within its limits (less than 23 kilos). THAT WAS REALLY ANNOYING. HOW ABOUT SELLING BAGGAGE THAT AGREES WITH THE STANDARD WEIGHT (50 ILBS OR 23 KILOGRAMS) INSTEAD OF 20?"

Pro: "When I get off of the plane"
Contra: "The plane had a delay of 3 hours at least I think that would be a good idea to give same refund when the delay is like that likeothers companies this company in my opinion sucks."

Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."

Pro: "The flight attendants were very funny and friendly. They were proffessional and helpful."

Pro: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Contra: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("

Contra: "One hour 15 min late, gate officers did not update, screen kept saying 40 min delay even after sitting at the gate for one hour. It was hot, humid, every one was sweating. Least they could have done was to offer free water after making us wait for one hour 15 min in hot weather."

Contra: "This is an international flight and the airline didn't even provide complimentary water or soft drinks"

Contra: "The company could have alerted of the 25€ you have to pay for stepping out of the airport."

Pro: "Cheap ticket"
Contra: "Worst airline ever, no water or juice even when one of the passengers had diabetes and needed sugar."

Pro: "The fares are cheap and they charge for luggage. Check-in was smooth, boarding was as well, and the crew was smiling just a bit. But then that's the Turkish attitude I have noticed all these years. Not bad over all. My luggage made it all the way to my destination with no problems, even though there was a connection flight."
Contra: "The seats did not recline which makes it a little difficult to relax if the flight is longer than two hours. No entertainment and no food served (not even water) unless you pre-order or purchase it in flight."

Contra: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."

Contra: "that i can change my seat in advance, they put you in a middle seat, they leave late in one hour without any excuse, very old junky plane"

Pro: "Flight started late and even I was threatened not to be boarded and to be moved to a later flight (midnight) because "I had arrived late at the gate" which is twice absurd because: 1st I arrive slightly late - but still on time for the regular borading - only because the previous flight - operated by the same company was LATE 2nd the flight left 1h and 1/2 late, so my delay - if any - in coming at the gate was irrelevant"

Pro: "Nothing."
Contra: "A lot of peoblems with this airlines. I will not use it again."

Contra: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"

Pro: "Crew was very nice. Seats were comfortable."
Contra: "Plane was HOT. It must have been 24 degrees or more the entire flight. I turned the fan on full but it was useless. I was hot uncomfortable and sweaty the entire time I was on the plane. Made what would otherwise have been a short and enjoyable flight extremely unpleasant."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "Checked in only to find out that someone checked allready with my name and he is sitting in my seat. The next bomber?"

Pro: "Absolutely nothing"
Contra: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."

Pro: "This is a budget airlines, compare to Ryanair seats Pegasus Airlines seats has more leg room, especially I have long legs I need more leg room."
Contra: "I know this is a Turkish airline, but the cabin crew could do with a bit more understanding of English"

Pro: "clean aircraft"
Contra: "Flights are overcrowded, chairs won't recline, even a glass of water will cost you, transit via buses"

Contra: "45 minutes delay"

Contra: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

Contra: "I want to make change flight but they where not helpful"

Pro: "The seats are not narrow."
Contra: "I am guessing this company does clean their aircraft only once in a while. In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"

Pro: "Very nice crew, smooth flight, on time."

Contra: "My tent poles, which were attached to my bag were lost. I am hiking in Switzerland and have no tent now!!!"

Contra: "Boarding was delayed and there were no announcements about when we would be boarding. Also the ticket check at the gate to board the buses was not the most well-organized/efficient."

Pro: "It is fine. It gets you from point A to point B."
Contra: "It's almost outrageous that they don't give you water."

Contra: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Pro: "They got me to my destination... eventually"

Contra: "The flight got delayed. One of my loggage didnt got to bucharest only at the evening of my second day."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "Everything"

Contra: "Terrible boarding procedure at Basel. Had to stand in line for about 30 mins waiting to board."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "After the experience with the Pegasus flight from Kuwait to Istanbul I didn't expect anything hence was not disappointed. Right before the boarding was finished the boarding lady came into the plane looking for me, checking my passport one again and even taking a photo of it (with my consent). She left with no single word of explanation. Once again: this is a joke but definitely it's not customer service."

Contra: "not direct flight"

Pro: "The actual flight to Turkey was ok. nothing horrible happened."
Contra: "I came four hours before my flight, about 4 a.m.. two and a half was spent sending me back and forth because they couldn't agree on what was an appropriate price to charge me for extra baggage. The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."

Pro: "It was cheap"
Contra: "Late take off and arrival, and when announcements are made in English the speaker talks too fast so even English speakers cannot understand"
