Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Contra: "Being on time + quiet fellow passengers"
Pro: "Staff were kind entertaining and friendly"

Contra: "Could not checkin on website for 2 days We were charged 60 Euros late checkin fee at airport."

Pro: "It is the worst airline on Earth. They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."
Contra: "They must obey EU laws!"

Contra: "Seats very hard and uncomfortable. No food or water provided unless paid for. No entertainment onboard, not even a magazine."

Contra: "Onboarding was like for animalls. After we pass throug the gates, were sticked into the tunnel for 15-20 min in hot air..."
Pro: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."
Contra: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"
Pro: "They denied the me boarding,I want my money back"
Pro: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"
Contra: "I was charged an extra $141 because I did not check in on time. When you’re traveling the internet is not available at all time. I’m very disappointed with the service."

Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."
Pro: "They were professional and efficient"
Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."
Pro: "The crew was very warm and the seats had great room."

Pro: "Nothing. Worst travel delay of my life. How about brokering a partial refund for the EXTREME inconvenience that ruined the first 24 hours of my vacation and cost me a bunch of extra money as a result?"
Contra: "The flight was supposed to take off at 1555 hours and didn't take off until 0030 after midnight. Crazy!"
Pro: "Nothing. I would never fly this airline again."
Contra: "You literally can’t bring any baggage on the flight even thought they say you’re okay to bring a personal item and a carry-on."

Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Pro: "Comfy seats and good legroom, great cabin staff. Good special assistance much appreciated."
Contra: "Flight delay but quality of service made up for it."

Pro: "Crew were good and the pilot got us there very quickly."
Contra: "Total carnage at stansted. No queues. Priority boarding a waste of time and money. Delayed over an hour. The plane turnaround was so quick the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Not hand towels. Blood stained toilet tissues all over the floor. Utterly disgusting."
Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Contra: "Very slow to board, had to walk across tarmac, thin plastic seats that don't recline"
Contra: "My American friend and myself were flying Rome to Palermo. The boarding line was chaotic without any sense of order. The attendant had my friend and I make sure our baggage fit into their container, along with others. An Italian man who's bag was clearly wider, was let through free of charge. They asked my friend if she was Italian and when she responded in English they said she needed to pay the 55 Euro fee. The only other people who paid besides my friend and I was a family of four from England even though it was clear that other larger bags were let in. Save your frustrations and pay extra for a more professional flight!"
Pro: "Timely departure/arrival Seats and space"
Contra: "Boarding Bag to be delivered to crew while boarding. Sometimes one plans to travel with just hand baggage to meet connection flights. This should be respected!"
Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Pro: "Efficient, timely boarding,smooth flight."
Contra: "Nickel and dime you to death with charges. You pay extra for EVERYTHING! Also barely did any directions in English. Since it was an Irish airline I thought they would speak English on board and at gates much like Lufthansa does German. Thus no understanding of how to even purchase food or beverage on flight. Not many options to Sicily tho so you are at their mercy."
Contra: "No information from either Kayak or Ryan that I needed to finds a way to print my own boarding pass or face a $50 fee. Absurd!"
Pro: "Was not able to fill out this survey on my IPAD, but I would have given it a great rating."
Pro: "Left and arrived on time; seats were bigger than expected for basic economy though not equal to "extra" level on longer flights."
Contra: "Constant sell-sell-sell announcements, pushing everything from food/beverages (nothing complimentary) to raffle tickets. We were required to surrender a bag at boarding because cabin baggage was overbooked, but most people took theirs on anyway. While we followed the rules, we paid the penalty of having to wait for the bag to be retrieved. It cost nothing but time, fortunately. But the bag surrender before the flight was not convenient or easy to monitor. Also agree with the other reviewer that online checkin is required to avoid a fee. And the requirement for non-EU persons to have a PRINTED boarding pass was a pain. Luckily, our hotel agreed to do this for us, but many travelers don't have the option."
Pro: "I can't think of any."
Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"
Contra: "We were surprised and disappointed that we had to pay 150 euros because we hadn't had boarding passes. We didn't know this. 150 seems like an awful lot, also the girl behind the desk telling us was very rude......"
Pro: "Crew friendly and efficient."
Contra: "Seats uncomfortable, did not recline, we're hard. No snack or beverage service. No audio entertainment."
Pro: "We got to Palermo so I am thankful for the pilots."
Contra: "1. We were not allowed to take our carry- on luggage on because it was said to be too bit; however other people in our section carried on bags of the same size. 2. We were put on a bus but then kept in it for at least ten minutes before we were taken to the plane. 3. The seats were uncomfortable. E plane left 18 minutes late because the boarding was handled so poorly."
Pro: "I hated everything"
Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."
