Pro: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Contra: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Pro: "The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good."
Contra: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Contra: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

Contra: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Contra: "Ridiculous boarding situation, expensive onboard food and beverage. Upright seats. Advanced check in always seats your group apart to encourage you to purchase seats. Budget airline that trust to milk their clients for every penny. Only use them if no other option."

Contra: "Bought the 2 bag priority but they forced us to check one of the bags any way (on the way back we were able to bring bag on flight so it was nothing to do with size of the wheels as they suggested) - staff was unfriendly. Seats were dirty. Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."

Pro: "Crew was friendly! Aircraft was very clean and the flight was on time!"

Pro: "Flight on time no delays especially with the weather been bad"
Contra: "Only problem I would say they delay in baggage handling and on the wrong carousel"

Contra: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."

Contra: "3 hour delay at Stansted to collect luggage, with no information. Arrived home at 4:30am, having missed the last train."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "Things that went wrong; 1- gate switched at the last minute. 2- the flight departed 30 minutes later. 3. At boarding, as Americans, we were singled out and had to pay €50!! For our carry on. This was the third airline we in our European vacation. No one else was being asked and had bigger bags then we did. I told them that they had to be consistent with everyone that was going by to make sure that they also paid. But they didn't even bother to check People with European passports. We will never ever flight with this airline agin. We don't recommend it. The airplane was old. The seats were torn. And the landing was horrible."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."

Pro: "Crew were lovely both at gate and on board. They were very reassuring as the flight was very bumpy for a while due to weather conditions"
Contra: "nothing really would have liked a little more leg room but those seats were booked when I booked mine"

Contra: "Spraying perfumes on board to sell it is inappropriate, people can be allergic to smells, don't like it, even big malls with huge departments and open floors don't do this"

Contra: "The departure lounge was horrible"

Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

Contra: "The seats were very small and my middle seat's foam was flat enough that I felt like I was sitting on a metal bar."

Pro: "It was cheap"
Contra: "Flight was 1.5 hrs late. They charged for everything, even a drink."

Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "Stop trying to sell me things every 10 minutes. I just want to get some sleep. Provide something for free, like peanuts or pretzels, as a nice gesture."

Pro: "Arrived 25 minutes ahead of schedule"

Pro: "Everything and everyone was on point apart that we had a perfect landing."
Contra: "That , they changed the gates with 20 minutes before embarking."

Pro: "I can't think of any."
Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Contra: "We had a delayed of more than 6 hours, and they didnt give us in the airport any cupon or something to get some food!!!! More over, they had not report us the reason of the delayed till we were on the plane."

Contra: "This was my first Ryan Air flight. It was nearly two hours late to take off - while said the pilot was informative, we were treated like cattle. We were made to wait on the tarmac in the freezing cold sleet, where my shoes became soaked in puddles and I was unable to get warm for several hours after. It felt disorganized and amateur."

Pro: "All is done smoothly"

Contra: "43min delayed, no information give, standing at boarding gate"

Pro: "I hated everything"
Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."

Contra: "online check in did not work so I had to purchase a boarding pass in the Catania airport which doubled the price of my ticket. What a scam. Beware!"
