Old planes, ride staff (even by remarkably curt and abrupt Romanian standards). Broken inline experience. Overall unpleasant. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!

O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

Contra: "Ground crew went on lunch break causing an hour delay. Seat was dirty. Could not understand what the crew was saying."

Contra: "We waited on line for over 30 min before boarding; no food or beverages were offered and the plane was not equipped for in-flight entertainment."
Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Contra: "Delay of flight and delayed access to car rental (made via Ryan Air). Ryan Air did nothing to help with communicating the delay to the car rental company."

Pro: "Arrived at 5.45, checked in, gone through security by 06.30. Flight delayed by 15 minutes, due to passengers not Ryanair. Arrived 15 minutes early so would have arrived earlier at Palma. Staff seemed friendly. No real complaints."

Contra: "We had trouble checking in beforehand we got there 2 hrs early and were still charged extra $100 dollars to print our boarding pass. THIS IS unacceptable"

Contra: "The cabin crew seemed very disorganized. As was the boarding process. People were standing during some pretty good turbulence. I am a captain on a foreign carrier. Letting the pax be that uncontrolled endangers others also."
Contra: "I booked flight by mistake. Tried to cancel within minutes and could not reach anyone so I sent email immediately for refund and no proper response."

Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."
