Pro: "It is always a pleasure to fly with Swissair. They are so much better than the other airlines on the Europe - US flight. Food was very good, we even received an ice cream for extra snack. Kids received nice activity books. The movie selection was huge."

On top of that, his whole demeanor was condescending, treating us as if we had never flown an airplane before. We are big are traveling light, so we had 2 small suitcases, small enough that we never have to check them in for the US domestic flights. I asked the check-in agent if the small ones were needed to be checked in or if they could be taken as carry-ons. He made a big deal that they were too big and had to be checked in. But when we boarded the plane, we saw that about a quarter of the carry-on bags in the plane were as big as our small suitcases! We were in row 30+. The leg room was the narrowest I have had in all international flights I flew in. Having longer than average legs, it was pure torture for the duration of the overnight flight. The best part of the dinner they served was the croissant - that should give you an idea. I don't think I would voluntarily choose Swiss Air again."

From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

The plane was old, but also poorly cleaned between flights, so the bathrooms on our LAX-Atlanta flight smelled of urine from minute 1--you can imagine how they smelled by the time we landed. There was trash in my seat-back pocket when I took my seat. Supposedly food was available for purchase, but I couldn't activate the food menu, only the drinks menu, on my little seatback screen, so I just waited until I got to Atlanta to eat."

Contra: "I was in line for 25 min I was there 90 min before but took me 25 min to check in and the lady said I was late for only 3 min I was waiting on line I still had 87 min before my flight and the lady didn't check me in for only 3 min that was my 25 min in line"

Pro: "The flight attendant was one of the best that we have ever had on this flight. Since we were a late afternoon flight out of O'Hare we did had a departure delay. But the flight attendant served us drinks and snacks while on the ground. And after we took off he came around again and offered us more drinks and snacks. As we departed the plane he even offered us snacks to take with us."

Contra: "My tickets ultimately were booked through Kayak/webjet. I will never book through webjet again. You can't directly speak with an agent. They never sent me my e-tickets. I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."

Not many vegetarian food options and they say we have to call 24 hrs before when there website was not working and also nobody was ready to pickup calls for any queries. And they don’t even ask for it as we try to register on VeriFLY why don’t they ask for food options there. And they gave economy class seating to passengers who are premium world travelers plus in connecting flights.. And if BA flight is delayed for any reason they don’t bother to make sure to give the same class in connecting flights either and leave passengers to connecting airways .

Luckily for me the seat next to me was vacant, hence it was fine, otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable as it is a little too tight. on the 777 having 8 seats in a row is a tight space even with all the configuration."

We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."

Contra: "The airline overbooked the flight and kicked us, along with 100 other passengers, off the flight and forced us onto a non-direct flight. They violated Passenger Rights, and every member of their staff treated us incredibly rudely. Due to their violations and illegal behavior, I am seeking legal counsel and plan to take the necessary action. I DO NOT recommend British Airways and will NEVER fly the airline again."
Pro: "The staff are friendly and cheerful. No food or entertainment for the short donestic flight (as would be expected anywhere for a 50 min flight)"
Contra: "Boarding badly organised ... signs telling you where to queue are double sided and depending which side you see first direct you into the wrong lane... Left a bit late but arrived pretty much on time. Baggage didn't arrive after a 2 hour transfer and this is the third time in four times over the past few years. I strongly do not recommend BA as a domestic UK connection after an international arrival."
