Awful delays, missed connection, no assistance, total disaster
Contra: "It was full, Ben if Lufthansa said on their website that they keep physical distance for passangers! Liars!"
Pro: "Comfortable and Clean"

Contra: "10+ hours flight. No food. No beverage. No snack. No blanket. I travel a lot and never saw a flight without service like this before. At the very minimum, snacks are reasonable. Extremely bad experience. Very disappointed with Lufthansa."

Pro: "Super easy boarding, just scan your ticket and go. Staff was very friendly. On our short flight from Munich to Rome we were served a complimentary sandwich and option of beer, wine or other refreshments. There was plenty of leg room compared to our other recent flights"

We lost our car reservation as we would arrive too late to collect, we also couldn't check in to our hotel as planned as the hotel only allow check in until 11pm; we would have got there at 1am, so then had to book another hotel for the night. Airport staff at Lufthansa told us they could not help and told us to go away!"
Pro: "Lufthansa is a great airline. My problem is Kayak, who sold the tickets to us."
Contra: "You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case."
Contra: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Both luggages are missing. -made the complainment, now we are waiting to show up in Romania and to be delivered at home. -went to pick up the rental car, because of the plane delay, they gave our car away. -after trying several companies, we found a car, 3 times more expensive, but we have a car....yeeyy"

And the online payment for bags was not user-friendly Venice should have a bus shuttle for the older folks from the Water Taxi to the terminal and one person to monitor the security at this location at all times. A few more signs in multiple languages at the security checkpoint would have made the line go faster. Same thing at the ticket check-in counter."
My original flight was cancelled and no explanation was provided. The flight wasn’t automatically rebooked so I spend roughly 4 hours with different service desk workers. They failed to actually “ticket” my booking so I had to then go to the service desk at the airport so that I could checkin. Austrian also needs to update their entertainment. They only add a new release of importance seemingly every quarter.

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

After waiting for the ground crew to come rescue us, we started pushing backwards but then forwards again. Captain came on and said the problem was fixed. Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."

Contra: "No entertainment provided (iPad tablets you need to pay for 10 dollars), pay as you go Wifi, and limited legroom/ overall comfort. Other US airlines have on demand videos. Overnight flight without pillows/ blankets provided."

An hour later a bus service was offered leaving in ten minutes which many of us raced to catch on our own with no one to show us how to get to the bus. The bus we were told to look for was the wrong bus. Of course our luggage didn't make it and that took another hour to register at our destination as every one else on the bus didn't get their luggage either. Bus driver got lost but passengers were able to show him the way. This is the third time in four flights Air Canada has lost our luggage. The worst was the NO ONE ever smiles, we were watching for it, and certainly NO ONE ever says we are sorry you are inconvenienced which would go a long way to make the delays and changes more tolerable."

Every single one in the Cabin Crew, far exceeded the norm of Cabin Crew across various airlines I have flown for quite some time. I would definitely fly AC as a primary option in the future, just based on this Crew's performance!"
Pro: "The crew was friendly, quick, and helpful. The seats were comfortable, we had space for our carry on items, and there was a good selection of entertainment and food/snack options. Takeoff and landing were also very smooth - the pilot did a fantastic job!"
Contra: "On an international flight (or any flight over 3 or 4 hours) I believe it would be courteous to provide a meal as part of the ticket price. We purchased food on board as it was a five hour flight from Mexico City to Toronto. The food was good with a variety of options, but it seems that Air Canada should update its policy to offer complimentary food service on longer flights."

Pro: "The flight had to abort take off due to an issue with the pilot seat. We had to return to the gate for them to fix the problem. Left the gate a second time only to sit on the runway with no explanation from the pilot."
Pro: "There was enough room to stretch out a little."
Contra: "That there was a secondary charge for everything."

Contra: "Actually I flew from Buenos Aires to Vancouver on Air Canada. I had paid to prebook my seats both on the B.A.-Torononto leg and also Toronto to Vancouver. Did not get either of the seats I had paid and prebooked. Therefore Air Canada is taking money but not providing the service or product...... technically this is stealing"
Pro: "excellent take off and landing, very smooth"
Contra: "Could serve a nicer snack.....came around once with free liquids....seemed more interested in pushing food to purchase....don't like paying for a seat when you already paid for a ticket"
Pro: "Comfort and Entertainment were great. They were punctual as well."
Contra: "The overall checking process was horrible. Nobody to provide help in Mexico City. We ended up spending extra time on line even though we did online check-in. One of our bags never made it. Which was very frustrating since we were traveling with two kids and were the last to leave waiting for the bag that never made it. At Newark, the lady that handled our missed bag claim had little customer service skills. All she said was that it was common for stuff like that to happen. Just that experience might make this the first and last time I use Air Canada again."

Pro: "The 10 Euro voucher was the only pleasant part of the flight."
Contra: "Our flight through Air Canada arriving to Toronto was late and our flight to Milan from Toronto was also delayed. We would have been able to get onto the flight from Toronto to Milan because we made it to the gate in time but because our baggage was not with us we had to take the next flight that then took us to the U.K. and then to Milan. With the next air canada flight also being delayed, go figure. We finally arrive in Milan and with an entire day gone to explore the city. We waited 2 hours for luggage when our bags never came we checked lost and found and it turns out that our luggage was still in Toronto. Seriously Air Canada? Our luggage hasn't even left Toronto yet? So much for not being able to catch or last flight because our bags were not with us. We finally get our luggage a day later on the exact same flight we would have taken the day before, had Air Canada not screwed everything up."
Pro: "I liked the comfortable airplane. The bathroom we used by the front of the cabin was a great size bathroom. Food was OK but could have been better."
Contra: "I upgraded the seats for me and my 9 year old daughter to economy premium for about $300 per seat. You would think they would give you two seats together considering you are flying with a minor. Nope! The seats were on different side of the isle and they had a seat between. One of the flight attendants was gonna accommodate us to be seated next to each other on the side with two seats only and my daughter was happy to be next to me. Another flight attendant comes after us and moves us to the middle where are 4 seats between the isles. I would recommend to ask what seats you are getting before boarding. I had picked two seats next to each other but in the meantime they sold the window seat to somebody else and moved me one seat away from my 9 year old daughter plus an isle between us. Will NEVER fly them again. I felt very uncomfortable and honestly like criminal while waiting for them to decide about my seating arrangements after paying additional $600 on the top of the regular fare. This was a flight from Paris to Montreal."
Contra: "Staff were unhelpful when I had to reschedule my flight due to delays from the airlines; it was a nightmare trying to get on another flight. The staff at the counter kept saying all flights are overbooked and that I had to go on next day flight to get home. Then I called customer service and was able to find plenty of seats for the same day. I hate the experience with this u helpful staff. Would never fly air canada again."
Pro: "I liked the streaming entertainment I enjoyed the friendliness of the crew I was pleased with the Canada air app allowing check-in and tracking of flight"
Contra: "The comfortability of the flight was poor. Both my wife and I were too uncomfortable to be able to sleep on out more than 9 hour flight. Leg room bad, seats uncomfortable."
Contra: "Delay in Our connection in Toronto caused us to miss the connection in Frankfurt - not because we couldn't run, but because it left before our delayed plane arrived. Then they gave us Stand By tickets for their problem. No exaggeration: The crew rolled a beverage cart in front of the restroom while I was in there. I couldn't leave for about 4 minutes The food made me vomit. That's why I was in the restroom when they blocked me in My headset jack was broken. 500 movies aren't worth anything if I can't hear them"

Contra: "We had huge trouble at front desk since now Canada asks Mexican citizens for visa and while booking the flight there was no mention to this! We almost didn't make it to the flight, only because we have double citizenship and we could board with our other passport. Front desk made us a lot of trouble in accepting the other passports because the name is not the same in both documents (one married last name other one with single last name) Strongly suggest adding a pop up when there are specific visa requirements."
Pro: "Good entertainment, pillows and blankets, friendly staff."
Contra: "Very long transfer lines to get to my flight to Philadelphia because in a different country. Food was distributed first to pre-paid passengers, hinting that there might not be enough for all passengers to buy."
Pro: "I enjoy flying and being in the air at high altitude in any air line. Away from everyone else and with a new family who are flying with me."
Contra: "The charge per bag is ridiculous. It should be included as part of fare paid. Understood another bag charge as a separate fee."
Pro: "The flight 723 left on time. From LA Guardia...the flight was smooth...the aircraft was clean and the inflight though hurried was efficiently carried out by a couple of pleasant looking air hostesses."

The big other surprise was when we got to Des Moines and realized all the bags were opened!...my wife's jewelry was stolen!!!! UNITED AIRLINES SUCK!!!!!"
