Everything was good,but founding gate was awfup
I love flying Lufthansa, but to tel Aviv it not so good, to many orthodox Jewish very loud…
Food was absolutely terrible…old plane.. small seats
Well I guess more flexibility from terminal to terminal and close to the gates. Thanks

Contra: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Contra: "Boarding and airpot staff were horrible: rude, chaotic experience especially in Munich and Frankfurt. Main issue was rude staff... No concept of customer service ."
Contra: "Due to the reason that the flight was overbookef LH asked us to drop off our hand luggages as well, however both were approved for the cabine. For this reason I had to buy padlocks. The problem was, that even if we were asked for favor we had to wait for baggage drop off at boarding for one hour."
Pro: "The plane was cleaner that most other ones and the seating configuration made it easy to get comfortable during the flight."
Contra: "The flight was delayed with no explanation or announcement as to why. The flight attendants only passed the beverage cart or served water when serving the meals during the 9-hour flight. At no other time did they check to see if the passengers wanted a beverage."
Contra: "I hated that the plane did not wait for me as I have been on plenty of airlines that have waited 5-10 mins to allow for these sort of things to be rectified. thankfully, Lufthansa and United booked me on a plane that left 5 hours later. they even bought me a 10 euro lunch. :), a pass to the , Luftanhsa lounge would have also been a good showing. I asked about this , but was gently denied. the help desk was gracious, which I appreciated. I had an entire row to myself on the United flight to DC, which softened the blow as well but the flight to Munich from IAD was great (2-28-18)"

In particular, Qantas is much much closer to business class than to economy class in it's premium economy product. Lufthansa is just not delivering value to this segment."
Contra: "At the luggage claim the flight crew collected their baggage first then the passengers. My last bag didn't appear for 40 minutes after the flight crew departed."
Contra: "A strike caused us to have to shorten our vacation and we lost the money on all hotels and tours. The treatment by staff was unpleasant. I hope the other 350,000 affected people were treated with more courtesy."
Pro: "Staff are very friendly & well mannered. I like it since it's my first to fly with Lufthansa which compare to Swiss Air"

Pro: "The crew was very kind and made their beat efforts accommodate our requests or help us with the issues we experienced in our seats. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food served during the flight."
Contra: "The entertainment system in my seat was not working. The crew was very helpful in terms of trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was not fixed. The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

Contra: "Sat too close to the toilets , bad wafting smells. Only 1 earphone on my head set worked, unless I jiggled the plug. The plug did not fit neatly into the jack ."
Pro: "for a 1 hour flight we had wifi and even got a sandwich"

Contra: "Leg room in economy class is still a problem. 11 hours with very little room to shift position is just unpleasant."

Contra: "The 24 layover in Chicago with no possible flight out. If I didn't make the rescheduled flight, I would have been at least 48 hours in the airport waiting on another flight. Because I was unfamiliar with the area and was not offered any accommodations, I didn't sleep the entire time I was in Chicago. I also had to stand in line for a very long time and by the time I was done rebooking my flight all the airport restaurants were closed. I understand there are flight cancellations, but it just would have been nice if the airport was a little more accommodating."
Pro: "Much better than lax to frankfurt"
Contra: "Too much walking from one gate to another. Seemed as if I walked the whole airport."

Pro: "Very positive and responsive crew! A fresh cup of coffee I received when I requested one was delicious. And,one of the crew members made me a cup of tea before they had started serving it."
