Our baggage is lost

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of proper communication and the changes of my flights. The original flight was changed and I reported to the airport in Nuremberg for the new time, but was then told the flight cancelled. I was rescheduled for the next day, in which I had to take a bus to Munich and then fly to Denver. I had to take taxis to and from the airport in Nuremberg and pay an additional $75. I also had to make other arrangements in my plans due to this inappropriate lack of communication. I fully intend to never use Kayak or Lufthansa again and request a refund for this poor service.

For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"

Food was not good, some mysterious meat they called beef stew and veggies with strange texture. We ended up drinking more since the food was bad. The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

The people (personell) Spoke amost no English and only poor German. I was told to WALK, because no chair was avaailable or would arrive in due time. However, I should be able to sit in a seat without the seat in front of me literally 6 inches away from my face. I will never fly with Lufthansa internationally again.not because of the crew, because their head office insists on squeezing every inch out of their planes without regard for passenger comfort."

Overbooked flight of airBaltic, tow hours of delay

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"
Contra: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Contra: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

The food offered is subpar.

Unfortunately was very unplrasent from Warsaw to Toronto... Delay, wait g a lot for get a Gate in Toronto.. Waiting for luggage almost 3 hours and not getting our luggage. Very, very sad!

Great non-stop flight for your quick trip to Krakow. Comfortable seats and great crew.

Contra: "The registration could open earlier than two (!) hours before the take-off! Or, at least have more than two representative registering economy class passengers (yes, there was a big and very slow line). The food could be better than just a McDonald's type apple pie."

Contra: "At check in the website did not allow me to purchase checked baggage. I arrived at the airport and paid 80 Euros to check in my 12kilo bag. I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

Contra: "the flight was 2 hours delay and messed up all the arrangements we have to be picked up also the whole plans needed to be changed and inconvenient for the person supposed to pick us up from airport"
Contra: "Delayed one hour. This should not happen especially for an international flight"
Pro: "Excellent flight attentive crew. Luggage handling super fast. Crew gave out some free extras to make up for the delay."
Contra: "Weather related delay not airline dependent"
Contra: "I had to pay 70 Euros for luggage one way, while there was no information that my ticket does not include luggage. Actually, economic tickets (as mine) should have allowed for trips in Europe a checked in luggage according to the company website. I do not find any information regarding how I can pay for my luggage in advance, and not at the airport."
Contra: "I paid extra for my seat, but it was uncomfortable from LAX to Warsaw - too tight and cramped that the cabin was hot through most of the trip. Crew was okay, but for such a long trip, I would expect more comfort than what I get on short one-hour trips on small planes here in the US."
Pro: "I liked that I had an open seat beside me, but it was taken by someone else who didnt like their seat almost immediately."
Contra: "Stewardesses pretended I was not there. Seats were minute. My video/movie player did not work (the only one not working on the plane so movies were out). Had people with way too much baggage next to me. Overall flight was terrible, although my flight home with LOT was very good."
Contra: "Departure was delayed. Got held on ground at Chicago. Baggage was very late to arrive"
Contra: "When checking in we were told to stand in a long line to drop our bag after getting our boarding passes from a machine. After standing in line for 30 minutes the woman at the counter said we were in the wrong line and was extremely rude as if we were stupid for not being able to follow the Polish signage. We had simply stood in the line we were directed to. Counter clerks not very pleasant compared with other airlines!"
Contra: "Our tickets were very expensive compared to other airlines and had to buy food and drinks."
Contra: "Delayed a lot in Warsaw airport."
Pro: "Flew from Cracow via Warsaw to Venice. Short flights. Absolutely stunning views (sunny day) of mountains."
Contra: "Ungodly early start from Cracow then 4 hours layover in Warsaw with absolutely nothing to do. UGH. Food and entertainment is nonexistant on LOT European flights. Onetime snack and basic drink service (no apple or orange juices). Oh, and use of propeller airplanes should be forbidden on commercial flights. We are in jet era, aren't we???"
Pro: "Boarding went easily the flight was quick and filled with snacks"
Contra: "Nothing"
Pro: "lots of legroom on this flight"
Contra: "My flight was canceled after 4 hours of waiting . Poor communication in regards to it"
Contra: "Saw some sort of a bug crawling around...perhaps try and have a deep clean of airplane sometimes :)"
