Contra: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."
Contra: "There was a long line at the very hot sleeve leading to the aircraft, in Istanbul. If the ground team know that this is the case they should slow down the boarding at the gate. The sleeve at the destination, Venice, was air conditioned"

Contra: "1. The boarding process at Istanbul airport was horrible. No one could speak or understand english. My father was on a wheelchair and he was the last one to be boarded on the plane! There was so much confusion - some people wanted me to go separately from him, others wanted him to walk down the stairs on his own, etc. etc. There were hardly any announcements for people with special needs. Generally they are allowed to board first as they need more time to settle. I could barely find overhead bin space for his stuff. 2. There were several remote controls broken on the plane. A lot of people had to suffer through a non working entertainment screen. 3. One of the hostess was hardly listening to anything I had to say. She seemed to be in so much of a hurry and had a very bad attitude."

Crew is very friendly and helpful at the same time. Slippers and socks they give you in economy class + cotton blanket of course make you feel you are 1st class traveler. What else? You name it and it is there. Will fly again with Turkish airlines."

I don't know what happened, but I was waiting any moment for the 777 to just roll and go up in flames! It took 1 hour and a half to get our checked bags. Don't know if there is a way to speed that up, but it was the icing on the cake after having spent 16 hours on the plane."

Contra: "The middle seat that I got. The first 30min the plane was super hot plus it was very hot outside. When I boarded the plane, I asked if there were any exit row seats open. I was told no. I sat down 5 rows or so behind the exit. 15 min later the attendant started moving children from the exit rows to different seats. I raised my hand to be placed in the exit row but was ignored. The flight attendants were slow and rude. I asked for two white wines with my food, and was looked at with disgust. I was told that I can have one, and when I finished it, I could have the second one. I said ok. Well 30 MINUTES later I touch the attendant button and no one came. Finally after 5 min someone came to take my order. She quickly came back and said they were out of wine. This was a very disappointing flight."

Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"

Contra: "The flight was late boarding and late arriving in Munich. I had a connecting flight to make and that was a harrowing experience. I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection."

Ultimately after arriving in Venice, I get an email that my bags did not make it, yet I was told by the boarding agent that the plane was still loading our bags."

No further instruction was given for the gate check process, hence I rolled the small suitcase to the entry of the aircraft, where the Purser asked why I would wish to check the bag. When I recounted the story, he chuckled and said, bring it aboard, there is no reason to check that bag."

Pro: "Mobile app is very good, but just allow you to download boarding pass on PDF version right at the moment of the check in"
Contra: "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. Pro: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Contra: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Pro: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Contra: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Pro: "Flying EI-DAR, this was Ryanair's sixth-oldest active aircraft at 15.3 years old. Despite this, it featured the new sky interior and was comfortable overall. Flight was quick (albeit at 10 minute late landing) and deboarding was not an issue."

Contra: "€70 per person fee for not printing a boarding pass 2 hours prior to departure. No JTR kiosks to even try doing this. The check-in was not avail' via the app. The Skyserv staffer lied to us about sending an email notice & SMS about this. There was ZERO flexibility by the Skyserv staff to enforce this horse$#;t policy, just a hardlined pay the fee or don't fly. Thus we had to double, triple the cost of our flight just to get to Athens. JTR is worse than flight terminals in Iraq & Afghanistan. The flight - who cares, they ripped us off, made our morning miserable, and we'll never fly RyanAir again."

Contra: "I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."

Contra: "We were charged almost 200 euros extra because we did not check in online (which we could not do because we had been traveling for 30 hours and did not have Wi-Fi in the air) and when we went to check in the receptionist was rude about the fact that we had not checked in, so we had to go across to a different counter to pay our fee, go back to check in at the first counter, and then was told we could not be seated together, when it turned out the flight was half empty. Besides all of this, the planes are not nice, you are only allowed one carry on (no personal item) and the seats are not comfortable. I thought we would save money but check in fees and ridiculous baggage fees made this flight cost more than a nicer airline."

Contra: "I'm a frequent flyer. This was my first and last flight with Ryanair. It started at the check in desk. The flight cost me 140 euros plus an additional 50 euros because I didn't check in online. I never check in. Ever. For any of my domestic or national flights. Never. after reading my itinerary email it did state to check in online but failed to mention there would be a penalty if not done. What's the point of a ticket agent when they can't give me my purchased ticket? I have to pay you to give me my ticket !!! Ridiculous! Than I get to the gate and I don't have a seat number because the computer said "full" . I get into the plane. It's delayed 2 hours. We are sitting there in our seats and a passenger 2 rows behind me starts screaming because a cockroach flew into her hair (flight attendants did nothing did not Do anything to help her as she was frightened she was about 11 years old). The floors were a mess. Food, wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. Might explain the cockroach. The air was blasting colder than any flight I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Horrible. I wish I never flew with them."
Pro: "Quick boarding, probably thanks to the small size of the 2 airports (Trapani and Girona). I also appreciated flying with the new boing by Ryanair."
Pro: "Cheap ride and cheerful crew."
Contra: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours, which was a bummer because I missed the check-in window for my hotel in Italy. We also had to walk out onto the runway to board and then had to head back inside. The crew sold us on products throughout the trip."

Got harassed and threatened by the gate attendant while boarding because I didn't have a Visa check stamp on my boarding pass even though I had visited check-in and was not given one."

Half day of my holiday was spent for looking for the printing Center and staying in the line. Not surprisingly many people were also in line for printing of boarding passes. At first the price seems cheap but when you add up all extras charged the ticket is no longer attractive. Probably I will not fly with them again."
Pro: "En general fue una buena experiencia para ser un vuelo low cost. Importante saber que los asientos no se reclinan y que si el vuelo va lleno sólo caben las primeras 90 maletas en cabina, las demás se pueden despachar al momento del abordaje sin cargo."
