The family sitting in the row across from us had two unparented and very loud children who were disruptive for the entire 10 hour flight. Even on landing the child was not wearing a seat belt. At no point did any of the crew members do anything in regards to this family and their disruptive actions."

Pro: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Contra: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

The flight was delayed more than 1 hour. The question regarding should not exist in a 35 min flight, it simply can't exist !

Avionul, fiind foarte mic (și, probabil, vechi), senzațiile au fost nu tocmai plăcute - îmi părea că suntem frunză-n vânt. Majoritatea călătorilor au avut stare de disconfort, din momentul decolării până când avionul a ajuns la o înălțime unde s-a putut stabiliza...

Contra: "Male agent at boarding rude. Aircraft dark and dingy. WiFi not working. Many lights not working. Majority of TV screens not working and “misfiring”, flashing throughout the whole flight gave me headache and hurt my eyes."

Contra: "Flight was more than 3h late, it took time for the airline to accommodate with another flight to catch up with connection. They did after many customer complained, and adding to that, my checkin bag didn't make and they have no information on it's location. Still 24 hours later and no information a d i don't have clothes to change or stuff to shower. I had to buy few stuff and they said they won't payback anu other expenses, mean telling to just wait for my only lost bag."
Contra: "Departing flight left 2.5 hours late. Missed my connection. No one from LOT met us at the connecting airport to explain how our transfers would work. Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Contra: "Had to ask if I get some food too, because I was asleep and as I woke up everyone had food just not I. After 10 minutes I asked for some food. Also the personal could have gotten more times around to bring water. I had window seat and didn’t wanted to disturb my neighbors so I didn’t get up to ask for liquid but other passengers I saw getting up and getting their own drinks by the personal."

Contra: "The check in process lacked. I unexpectedly had to check my bag, they charged me 70 Euro ($85) which required I go to two separate counters. One to check the bag and a second (upstairs) to pay. Both attendants lacked a sense of urgency. In fact, they acted like it was their job to go as slowly as possible. Even after I mentioned I was starting to feel stressed about the time. I overheard other attendants complaining about customers who check in late and expect them to move more quickly. I found their apathy offensive. To add insult to injury, they lost my bags. Having paid $85, which I think is outrageously and obscenely expensive, I'd at least expect my bag to be well taken care of. Sadly, it wasn't. The lost luggage counter was also apathetic, though I realize they are not LOT/Luftansa."

Pro: "I am an oriental origin and the food that was served was not appealing. But, it was ok."
Contra: "It did not have vegetable, almost none."
Contra: "Going to board the plane and they told a group of like 30 of us we had been selected for random security check. So obviously it took a long time to get all those people through the check and we departed very late. Then sat on the tarmac for an hour and forty five minutes. The pilot said it would be 15 minutes and then never gave another update beyond that, which made it much worse."

Contra: "Because of loosing our connecting flight in Warsaw (due to weather...I think, it was never explain to us why our first flight had a 3 hour delay), the boarding staff was very helpful finding us a different route. Well the flight from Warsaw to Berlin, operated by LOT was horrible! No snacks no drinks, not even water on a 2hour flight! Shame on you! I had my wedding gown with me and I asked one of the crew members to put it in one of the closets design for this. And in a broken English she told me 'ya there is a problem' and she showed me the closet, it was full with the crew luggage :( We ended up laying the gown on one seat that was empty! When we arrived at our destination and picked up our luggage we noticed that they broke one of the wheels. Overall very ugly experience with LOT!!!"
Pro: "When we got to the airport on the way back home, they couldn't find our tickets. I had online tickets and confirmation, but we were still not on the flight list. We had to go to the ticket counter for them to clear it up and put us back on the flight. The flight itself was not bad. The flight attendants are a bit rude and condescending. The seats and entertainment was not bad."
Contra: "1. Cancelled our outgoing flight hours before it was set to leave; notified us via email; barely got re-booked via different airlines and had to take 3 different flights to reach out destination; missed the 2nd flight because LOT put us on a flight that was departing 30 minutes before out 1st flight arrived. 2. When we got another 2nd flight, we arrived at our final destination without our bags. LOT assured us that our bags were on our flight before we boarded but calling and confirming that they were able to transfer our bags (only had 40 minutes between flights), but of course, it was a complete lie. We did not get our bag until the next day in the evening over 24 hours later. At that point I was happy they found them and gave them to us. 3. Turns out, they cancel flights pretty often and they also book people on transfer flights that are too close for people to make it. We traveled with a handful of other passengers that had the same experience and people were in tears about their horrible travel experience. 4. Warsaw Airport - they only have 5 passport control officers clearing travelers and because they don;t have lines or any type of organization of these travelers, the lines our out of control. People are pushing each other, crying because they are missing flights or not feeling well because of no air and all the pushing and shoving. I was pregnant standing in the line for over 40 minutes. They would not let pregnant passengers or passengers with kids with them pass in their disabled line. Only people in the wheelchairs were allowed to pass there. Horrible airport and even more horrible airline! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION."

A intarziat plecarea ...

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!

O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

Organizare execrabila! Nu a existat niciun fel de distanțare!!!

Pro: "Professional and safe"
Contra: "Better boarding (lines too long)"
Contra: "More leg room and reclining seats"
Pro: "Seats are ok but unable to recline"
Contra: "Keep up the good work"
Contra: "Very very bad."
Pro: "- the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced."
Contra: "- on board WiFi -"
Pro: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Contra: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."
Contra: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Pro: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Contra: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Pro: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."
Contra: "6 hours delay due to bad weather."
Pro: "I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."
Contra: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."
Pro: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Contra: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."
Pro: "Prices on in flight purchases"
Contra: "Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed..."
Pro: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Contra: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."
Contra: "Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!"

Pro: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."

Contra: "the fact the crew arrived to the gate after the planned boarding time causing us to stand too long on the stairways. check in via the app (using iphone 6) was a failure. i was certain i booked with extra luggage - at the check in i was told i didn't. from the reservation confirmation it is not clear what i paid for & there are no means to contact you - email, on line chat - you know the regular things every company today use to proivde customer services which is not only "give us you money". too bad this is WIZZ Air"
Pro: "The flight was cheap and got you where I wanted"
Contra: "Make sure you queue early if you want to take your hand luggage on board, as if you are too late in the line they will make you check it into the hold at the last minute. I guess I should have realised that by how early people started queueing and the fact that they charge for checked in luggage."
Pro: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."
Contra: "The seats don’t lean back and do not have a lot of cushion."

Pro: "Facilities are terrible! It was like stepping back in time! To use this as a stopover, is a poor decision because this airport does NOT meet the brief and does NOT warrant being used for passengers. I’ve been very polite here, I have more choice words I could use"
Contra: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."

Contra: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."
Pro: "It was quite good at boarding, quick and efficient (from/to)."
Contra: "So noisy flight. I have never flown before in a such a noisy flight. Totally nightmare! Kids screaming and yelling and parents couldn't handle the situation all passengers were looking. Crew didn't ask if they need any help.."
