Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

Emirates has become a massive sausage machine people-mover. It has loss its finesse and exceptional service."

Boarding and In flight customer service
Food should be supplied as per request. One meal option they are giving as per passenger request either vegetarian or non vegetarian. When real vegetarian people get to choose by that time all vegetarian meals are finished. Entertainment telugu movie collection is very poor. When 90% passengers are Telugu speaking there are only 2 Telugu movies whereas other language selection is more. Movies number should be based on passenger destinations

on Oct. 16, 2016, I flew ACC to DOH on QR1424 with my Dad who is 81. Ryan Mostafa and her crew were EXCELLENT, such great accommodating service, such amazing hospitality that from now on I will always fly Qatar when possible!

With added stress of going through qatar which i booked because of longer layover so wouldnt miss connection just before political decree announced, i will do anything to avoid qatar again despite the very friendly crew. And having to wrap my camera equipment to check it, get extra insurance, such a pain."

The airport at Bucharest is a nightmare. Rude agents at the Delta partners desks and no directions for finding the correct place to go. Boarding at Amsterdam took over one and one half hours by the time we were sent through three security lines at the gate. No explanation for why we were herded through one line and then sent to another and then finally through another security procedure where they wiped us down for something. Atlanta was probably normal for there. All three legs of the flight were late but I did make it home after a very frustrating and exhausting 24 hours. At this moment I feel as if I will never go anywhere again,.

The chicken curry in economy was ok. The rest of the experience was and continues to be a true nightmare. I was scheduled to take flight DL73 from Amsterdam to Atlanta, having purchased a Delta Premium Select seat - to try for a change, as I had most recently flown the same route in Delta One. However, KLM and agents dressed in Delta uniforms put me in wrong lines to check in and check my luggage, the KLM agent badge said “trainee” and they had me waiting 35 minutes before a more experienced agent came over and finally said “oh of course he is all clear, including the covid test document” and information that I also provided physically and on both the Delta app and the KLM app. The more senior KLM agent apologized and said that my bags would make flight DL73 and I would also make the flight so long as I ran to the gate. I did just this, and despite multiple other passengers being escorted in front of me through security and customs, I ran very fast and was at gate E22 in Schiphol at 11:15, well before the departure time of 11:40 (plane actually departed at 11:44), and certainly over 15 minutes prior to departure/door close - being there 25 minutes before departure. Nonetheless, the gate agent literally saw me and said “Mr. (my name), we just closed the gate.” I was shocked but the same agent said that I would have “no problem” getting on board DL75 at 1pm, including in a Delta Premium Select seat, for which I had paid along with being a Platinum frequent flyer. She told me to wipe the sweat off myself, take a deep breath and that “transfers” at Schiphol would handle and confirm this new flight and details for me. I then stood in a mile long line at gate T6, where KLM and Delta transfers were supposedly being processed. At the same time, I called Delta twice, each for about 35-45 minutes, and Delta said they could not help me, and to speak with KLM. This was also a rude surprise as Delta and KLM used to work together much more smoothly. It was also a lie as I later found out that the Delta Globalist team can help in this situation. An hour later, I made it through the transfers line only to be told that KLM could do nothing other than sell me an entirely new ticket! I then called Delta again, and finally a woman named Alexa (Alexis perhaps) - I think - finally listened to and reviewed my information. She deeply apologized and said that KLM simply listed me as a “no show” which is infuriating and inaccurate. She apologized again and asked to speak jointly with someone at KLM (at Schiphol) because apparently no one at Schiphol actually works with or understands Delta even though these flights were operated by Delta and many individuals wore Delta uniforms. I have flown that route many times as well with no issues whatsoever, but this was a true disgrace for Delta and KLM. The Delta globalist team / Alexa asked to speak to the KLM gate agent. Thus as it was then 12:30pm, I had to run to gate E24 to continue trying to get on board the 1pm flight and put the Delta team in touch with a KLM agent. Finally, at gate E24, the same gate agent from the earlier flight (DL73/gate E22) said, “Mr. (my name), I think your bags are waiting by the plane but I don’t think I can get you or them on this flight either.” I was shocked again, but Alexa and I spoke via speaker phone on my cell phone with the gate agent and a team of 4-5 others that appeared to be with KLM or Delta at the gate based on their uniforms. They finally somehow managed to get me on board, but refused to seat me in the open Delta One seat or the four open Delta Premium Select seats, instead placing me in economy, oddly which the Delta website and app still do not show, instead showing that both flights DL73 and DL75 are still in my itinerary. I am utterly disappointed, shocked and amazed at the level of poor treatment, not to mention why would Delta - and the FAA not have this information clarified in their systems? My luggage still shows as being at Schiphol airport, and my seat was far worse than the mediocre Premium Select seat for which I paid, as the flight attendant spilled cola on me and laughed with other passengers around me about Delta platinum and Diamond status for some reason, apparently unaware that I am a platinum flyer. My Delta app and the website continue to show both flights (from yesterday) in my itinerary as if I am somehow going to fly one of those flights now(?), which is even more confusing. It also clearly shows that despite being Delta Premium Select, a seat for me was “not assigned,” which makes no sense. This was by far the worst experience I have had with Delta and my opinion of Delta went from almost 5 stars to about 1.5 stars due to these unfortunate and awful events.
KLM flight sucks! Not very active about telling passengers to put in their mask over the nose. 🙄

The inflight entertainment system was malfunctioning for 11 hours. It worked... but paused for thirty seconds every minute or two.
Contra: "Gate checked baggage took forever to be brought to the jetway. I’ve been on several UA flights. It seems to be a major problem with UA and their contractors. They don’t load bags quickly."
Pro: "The cabin crew was horrible. When serving refreshments during the flight, I was ignored repeatedly when I asked for a soda. My wife sitting next to me, and the other passenger on our row were served. I asked the flight attendant 5 times for a drink and never received it."
Contra: "fire the flight attendant, and find somebody who cares for their customers."
Pro: "Crew was great"
Contra: "Airbus seats comfortable but not the same on the Boeing 747"
Pro: "Short flight time"
Contra: "We were delayed initially because our jet was given to a different flight which had been delayed due to mechanical problems. Then our incoming flight was first from San Diego, then Los Angeles. The arrival was delayed several times. Then our boarding was delayed several times. By the time we we in the air, we were even later. The flight was so turbulent, there was no food or beverage service, which isn't important anyway since that has become a token gesture by airlines anyway. . If this was an isolated incident, I could ignore it but it seems that this almost always happens when I fly United."
Contra: "Boarding delayed an hour, and another one hour until takeoff. I was late for my meeting for an hour. :("

Contra: "- Had to wait for catering to deliver carts before take off (this also caused a weight balance issue) - After carts were delivered, we were informed catering had forgotten one which caused more of a delay - While we were waiting, the plane started to become unbearably hot - After finally taking off, we were promised free Directv access for the delay but the entertainment was turned off 5 min into the flight due to technical difficulties"
Contra: "Delayed for hours, luggage was lost"
Contra: "Over 1/2 hr late and the worse la ding in history. Has this pilot ever la fed a jet???"
Pro: "Never again 1st class with United. Other than the bigger seat, really not much of a difference that would justify the added cost. I’ve been on many other airlines 1st class. I will say that with h United, it’s just not worth it."

Contra: "Cannot use a full size computer. Cannot change positions while seated. Not enough room for legs. Trays are tiny. Was very uncomfortable."

Contra: "I upgraded to a seat right at the front. Still ended up in boarding group 3, no room for my overhead luggage so I had to put it half way back on the plane. My $45 upgraded seat wouldn’t recline because it was broken and I still had to pay to have a bad checked. Oh, and the flight attendant simply said “ok” when I informed her of my seat malfunction."
Contra: "They cancelled my flight and made it seem like it was my fault. Took forever to speak to someone! I had to drive to San Francisco last minute because they cancelled the flight two hours before my flight!"
Contra: "I paid 6 dollars to watch TV but the headphones plug in wasn’t working well."
Pro: "Flight crew, flight, getting to plane and retrieving baggage"
Contra: "Seats could be a little more comfortable. What food? Pretzels? Oh boy. Delay was frustrating (especially as I had one on way out.)"
Pro: "United - standard and expected fare!"
Contra: "How can they put you all inside a plane, pull out from the gate and then talk about gate delays for 45 mins? Another 15 mins on holding pattern. All this hoopla for a 45 mins flight!!"
Contra: "Being 4 hours delayed"
Contra: "Delay getting off due to weather the crew said. This flight was very mediocre – seat was tight, crew were not very social or pleasant. Captain did keep us posted and was apologetic and kind."

Contra: "Small plane with limited overhead space, so had to check my bag which caused some confusion in Burbank because my bag like similar to another passenger's bag. Limited food choices. Bought prepared lunch, but wish I had more choices."

Contra: "This is the second time I have had a flight flat out cancelled to Burbank from SFO for blurry reasons. I was told it was an air traffic control issue. I was re-routed to LAX, which defeats the entire purpose of booking this particular flight."

Contra: "Less organized boarding of carryon items. Other legs of my travel had gate checked cartons in advance for the last boarding groups instead of just having us try to load it all first when their clearly was not enough rokkmin the overhead bins for everyone."
Contra: "Flight was delayed by two hours to wait for crew that was delayed elsewhere as they were coming off duty and had to presumably fly them back to Burbank so our entire flight was held to wait for them."
Contra: "Didn't take the flight. I want a refund!! You cancelled my flight and I couldn't take later flight. I had to buy a new flight from AA for $255 to get home in time for work. Please refund me and call at 585-727-9282"

Contra: "United Airline's App could be more user friendly. Challenging to add my mileage to the MileagePlus program. Eventually had to go to the main website and navigate my way around."

Pro: "Looks like almost all flights were delayed here. However we were abke to be rerouted yo catch connecting flight thanks to the quick thinking of service staff at terminal. Food/free snack was lacking. Some staff seemed a little short and less attentive. Leg room is a joke with coach."
