Much to my chagrin, an Indian woman had two howling urchins one row in front of me. These howling urchins proceeded to scream their lungs out for 11 of the 13 hours of the flight!! One of the babies was so small, it looked like she had just pushed the critter out earlier that day!! Had they told the Indian woman to drive or swim to Dubai, the ratings would've have been excellent. I did not pay good money to have to sit in a NURSERY!!!!!"

Contra: "On the outbound flight, the seat bottom was very hard as if the cushion had deteriorated. My behind was killing me very shortly into the 7+ hour flight and I sat on my neck pillow, which wasn't ideal but helped a little. The seat on the return flight was more comfortable."

And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

I asked when the meal would be and was told a few hours...which turned out to be breakfast..i wated all night for food that only came an hour before landing. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

This caused a missed connection flight and forced us to stay overnight in Chicago with nothing but a $12 food voucher. When we tried t ask what other options were, American Airlines personal offered no sympathy and said the best we would get is the food vouchers and we should be grateful. No other travel reimbursement or vouchers were offered other than a replacement flight. Overall it was a huge inconvenience and caused numerous other expenditures for us."

We were at the gate and everyone stood up to get off but the doors remained closed for awhile. It seemed to get even hotter."

I will no longer use American Airlines because their military convenience and policies no longer seem to favor the military. My husband also after speaking with him will also no longer use your airline including all his members he overseas when they return after their year tour."

Contra: "I had to pay to check the first piece of luggage 85€ one way. I was not inform of that when I bough the ticket and I could have chosen a different airline If I had considered that expense. The first piece used to be free intercontinental flights but now it varies depending on the company. I find difficult to find this information when buying and it makes a great difference in the final price you pay. I found strange flight attendants having a very loud conversation in a very quiet flight where most of the people were sleeping."

Contra: "Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, i lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. this is the first time i ever heard of such BS. Not happy."

Contra: "That I had to pay for my check in bag on my return trip. Was told the ticket I booked didn't include check in bags. Whan my trip going to Portugal on Azores Airlines did. Someone shout step in and change this practice. Very confusing for the traveler"

Contra: "The boarding check-in person was confusing. Anyone that didn't speak Spanish got in the wrong line. They didn't announce that there were two lines, one for A and one for B. So we were mistakenly directed to stand in the line for a Madrid flight, when we were going to Lisbon. They made the last minute call only in Spanish, so we all almost missed the flight. The landing was a bit rough with crosswinds."

It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."

Ridiculous! We finally begged our way into being squeezed into a flight to Porto. But of course our bags didn’t make it with us and they could not locate where they were or track what time they would get to Porto... we sat at the airport for hours waiting for our bag until they finally offered to deliver them at a later time, which we are still waiting. We missed a full day of our vacation to Portugal because of this situation and are still hoping that our bags will make it to our destination..."

So when we had to pay 80 euros for each bag it started off our trip with TAP a lot disappointed. We still have to fly back and we can go online and pay before hand and get it for 45 euros each. Increased out ticket prices by 205 euros. Will make me take a second thought before I book with TAP again."

Pro: "it had a feet support the toilet was big it was airplane food, still better than most companies I know from Europe, Asia and the USA."

We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."
