Contra: "The Soviet Union wants its airline back. This was perhaps the RUDEST airline experience I've ever experienced. I was at Frankfurt (FRA) airport waiting to board Air Moldova Flight 864 to Chisinau (KIV). Due to a delay caused by Frankfurt security (and no fault of my own), I was delayed in reaching the gate. Since it was past my boarding time, I grabbed my bags from the conveyor belt once past security without having time to repack. I arrived at the gate and the extremely rude Air Moldova gate agent on duty yelled at me and demanded that I give her my boarding pass. When I told her I needed to pack, she yelled that there was “no time for that”. When I searched for my pass, she again yelled and said “NOW!”. When I told her that it was not my fault that I arrived late since there was a delay at security, she said “Not my problem!”. After she checked my boarding pass, I tried to repack and she again yelled “There is no time. Go to the bus NOW!” I once again told her that it was not my fault I got delayed and she again yelled “NOT MY PROBLEM”. In addition to rude employees, the airline is clearly in violation of safety regulations. The safety card in the back seat pocket was written in ARMENIAN – and Armenian only, thanks to the plane having been leased and Air Moldova not appropriately changing the safety cards. How did they expect people who read Romanian or Russian (the local languages) or English to understand it! On top of that, the plane was easily 20 years old or more and dirty. If they can't even keep a plane clean or have the appropriate safety cards, what else are they not maintaining. Do not fly this terrible airline!"

Contra: "1. There was no beverage service before the meal - that's new to me (travelled 4x around the globe, mostly with LH 2. It took 3 people to open the meal seal with the plastic knife ... 3. You need a written contact with your neighbor about the foot placement - space is so narrow, you need to take turns if you would like to come off the plane without back injuries 4. New custom: serve coffee AFTER breakfast 5. Nobody walked around with water or juice between the meals - you had to wake your neighbor since climbing over someone is no longer possible [either] 6. If you have 2 beverages on your tray and your neighbor needs to get out, you need a third person to assist (impossible to get out of your seat with 2 beverages in your hands (we tried it!) - just too narrow (even for a European Teenager) 7. It was not clearly visible who boards where. An Economy couple standing patiently in line at the Wong boarding line was sent back to the end of the long economy line - although NOBODY was in the business line"

Contra: "A flight attendant was impatient with children, cranky and rude. Other members of the crew were very friendly and let my son check the second floor and cockpit. There was only one choose of main course."

Pro: "It could be better, the flight attendance one of them was overwhelmed and I could feel her attitude, although she made an accidental movement on my foot she never apologized. And her eye contact was very aggressive as if she would use words. I tried to save the moment, and avoided all further interactions. Not even to look at her, or accept even a single glass of water. She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."
Contra: "The attidute is what I try not to get involved. I am on the air, traveling, and I don't like to experience any negative feelings from no one. I am consciously aware not to give any reasons for any form of unacceptable behaviors either with or without evidence. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN, travel with LUFTHANSA just because of the way they treated me in my case which I travel always with my emotional pet, and this time they gave me a hardship and I had to travel without Logan. and additionally to this, I had to accept that flight attendance wordless aggressive behavior. Which in my opinion, I believe she could say I am sorry, and not looking at me as her worse enemy. Madness. She honestly needs a psychological evaluation."

I would rather sit another regular seat instead of the 1st-row aisle seat. Usually, I sleep on the plane during whole flight, but this time I could not sleep at all. 2. There was a curtain which separates the business class and economic class. As the 1st point, my seat was the 1st-row aisle seat, so the curtain hit me every time the crew went through the curtain, which is extremely annoying. 3. The Entertainment screen is so difficult to use, either hard to touch or so slow."

Contra: "Our departure was severely delayed due to airport and aircraft crew errors. This meant that I missed my connecting flight in Munich, had to endure an extended lay over, board an extra flight to Budapest and endure an even more unbearable lay over there before being able to reach my final destination in Athens. I paid for a one-stop flight and have ended up having to endure a two-stop flight with extended lay overs. I feel completely cheated out of my money and overall have had a terrible experience."

Contra: "Dirty plane, apparently not cleaned from the previous flight, since there were crumbs everywhere on the floor.... Unfriendly crew, non accommodating, not helpful, or not even following on questions/ requests from passengers. I don't expect a luxurious meal for an economy class ticket, but the food could have been better ( and it is - with other airlines). Some fresher bread - and more eatable - would have been very good. The movie selection was poor - only old, badly rated movies. I know it can be way better than this - with other airlines. Overall I was unpleasantly surprised - very surprised."

Contra: "My son Adam is in Mekele Ethiopia having flown most of his journey with Lufthansa. For two days now, his luggage with his nebulizer and asthma medications has gone missing and not ONE person at Lufthansa is willing to help on their end. Since his last leg was with Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa is unwilling to help in any fashion or form in helping to track the luggage that flew with them over two flights. They DENY they have any responsibility to help because it's not their "policy." They wouldn't even look into their computers to see where the luggage was last seen. I am so angry that "policy" is more important to Lufthansa than actual human caring about their passengers."

It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you."
Contra: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."
Pro: "I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful."
Contra: "Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."

Contra: "I had only 40 minutes to board my connecting flight to Vienna, had to run through two sets of security gates and one immigration and a long walk - at 64, I almost didnt make it, and was the last one to board huffing and puffing!"

Contra: "On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!"

Known traveler numbers (Glibal Entry) were not askrd at the time of online check in and ad a result, TSA Pre didnt show up on out boarding passes. Agent at the counter coulsnt dix it euther. Surprisingly, very disappointing breakfast."

This has not improved since my last flight with Austrian in March 2018. The one reponsible for ordering such junk should be punished by having to eat the muffin himself. Sorry!"

When my wife n son went to board on the Stewart or stewardess told them that they are not sitting there and that they will be flying first class today. When my wife landed n told me I was extremely happy that they saw her with a baby and gave my wife n son that option to sit in first class then be tied up in economy and no so comfortable. I greatly appreciate the hospitality you have given my wife n son. Thank you Filip"

We were all invited 45 minutes before boarding to board, when apologies were already offered for the slight delay, which turned into 1.5 hour overall. Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

I feel taken advantage of paying $44.00 U.S. for a snack that was 22 Euros. It happened again with another vendor there..$6.00 for a 3 Euro small bottle of water."
Pro: "Served a lot of food. Most personnel friendly and helpful. Enjoyed entertainment selections. Plus this flight was $300 cheaper than the others. Convenient times and choice of airports."
