Charges for simple things like blankets and headphones, Wi-Fi was double other flights, crew was passive aggressive, only served one meal on 11 hour flight, very bad quality meal and very small. Will not be flying with again.

Same chicken dish twice on the same flight - not so good.

And the complimentary water bottles also had a past expiration date (although, I don't know how water expires). Generally speaking, I think all of the meals I ate on Lufthansa were subpar compared to the many Asian airlines I've used for overseas flights. Quality could be improved and I think there's a missed opportunity to incorporate meal options correlated to the airline or international destinations (German airline, why not bratwurst? Pretzel bread?)"

The crew members were very rude. One of them literally pushed me and yelled at me for trying to get my baby's bear she forgot in her seat while exiting the plane. The food was very bad. Will never ever book with this airline again.

The 50 or more Hasidics refused to wear masks, despite the crew’s entreaties. The airline did not have an enforcement officer aboard, and there were no consequences awaiting them at JFK. Laws apply equally to all, and the Hasidism have no right to endanger passengers and crew.

They were understaffed and staff to peer to be stressed and fatigued. The seats were small and cramped and not well padded in the economy section. We are going to be flying on Lufthansa in the spring and will hope that their services are better than what we experienced on Austrian air."

Contra: "First I lost my United Airlines flight because of security reasons. I checked in Guatemala but I was delayed at the Airport's security too long, it was beyond my control. Consequently I got to the boarding gate right when they were closing. Consequently I lost all my connections from then on. The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

Contra: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

Contra: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!

O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

Organizare execrabila! Nu a existat niciun fel de distanțare!!!

Contra: "On night flights woken up to serve drinks and given flying details from the pilot. Great in the day but would rather be left and not disturbed at night!"

According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Pro: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Contra: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Contra: "Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

Welcome to the new age of flights!

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Contra: "I had to pay extra for baggage, I had baggage on the booking, but upon booking it was only for 8 KG, and need to purchase more, The baggage cost was almost equal to the ticket, needs to be addressed on the home page, I pick with baggage and then booked the ticket, needs to show that it is not the same baggage as other flights, comparison is wrong."

Problem is NOBODY BOOKS VIA SKY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS GARBAGE. YOU CANT EVEN CHECK IN ONLINE. The result is many rude, dismissive folks charging an extra 100 euros for something you will have no control over."

Contra: "We were very delayed on the way leaving Mykonos and there wasn’t a single notification, update or apology. The plane had no air, was extremely hot and muggy, almost unbearable. On the other end, luggage delivery extremely delayed. Completely incompetent airline and staff. Never again."

Contra: "The tickets I purchased through Kayak stated we were allotted 23 kilo/bag, the standard for most airlines. We flew Sky Express to Santorini with no issues. It wasn’t until we were boarding to go back to Athens when the attendants for Sky Express told us the limit per bag was only 15 kilo, not 23. I spoke with someone in their management office at the Santorini airport and apparently they have different levels of tickets you can purchase, the highest allows the most amount of baggage weight. I explained to them that we had no issues flying into Santorini and showed them my e-ticket from Kayak that clearly showed 23 kilo/bag limit and they would not honor that. We wound up having to pay over $80 in baggage fees because we were lied to by Kayak. Thank you Kayak."

Contra: "Trip cancelled due to high winds. I was forced to keep my luggage on the plane for an hour after the cancellation then another hour to get out of baggage claim. Don't take those small planes, fly Aegean or Olympic who have bigger planes and the best pilots."

Contra: "I purchased 3 tickets through Hahn Air for a special trip for my daughters. I rechecked reservations before to make sure had everything in place, since I named my daughter Santorini afte the island. The day of the flight, we spent 2 hours waiting in line for this flight. The service was exceptionally slow and they kept letting other passengers who were on another flight ahead of us. When I got to the check-out counter we were told that our flight didn't exist and it was like we were ghosts in the system. Even after showing proof of our e-ticket confirmation, it didn't matter. We had to repurchase new tickets at high prices and wait the whole day at the airport to get to Santorini. My friends who were traveling with us had to go on without us and the expensive hotel I purchased for the trip was a waste. We didn't get off the island until 8 and arrived late in Santorini. The whole experience was a disaster."
Contra: "They charged us 6 euro per kilo for every kilo over the bad weight limit, but our ticket only allowed for a very small bag which we didn't know until we were at the ticket counter and it was too late. No one tried to help us or have any sort of customer service so we ended up paying a lot of money so that we didn't make other passengers wait on us to transfer weight."

Contra: "I did not board my return flight to Athens with Sky Express because the flight never showed up. I had to pay out of pocket for another flight with a different airline to get back to Athens. While I was waiting to hear any updates regarding the flight status, the company provided minimal details about the status of our flight and spoke in a condescending manner to concerned passengers that had flight connections in Athens. I was told my flight would be reimbursed but I have no confidence in this company's management to expect reimbursement. I will warn other customers that this airline can cause great grievances and inconveniences. The company's service was atrocious and frankly unbelievable. If one pays for a plane ticket, one should be provided adequate service in a timely manner. I'm forgiving about delays but the plane never came."

Contra: "Booked the flight with Hahn Air two months in advance to make sure everything went smoothly as it was a special trip for my 12 year old son and I. When we got to the check in counter we were told our reservation could not be found!! Even after I spent over $400USD for our tickets to Santorini. Thankfully, Olympic air had a flight later in the day and we were able to salvage our vacation. I had to spend a lot more money for the new tickets probably because it was last minute. Do not use Hahn Air systems to book your flight-you'll be left in the lurch with added stress and possibly a spoiled vacation."
Pro: "Sole cabin crew was very nice, polite. Seats were relatively comfortable with just enough legroom for a tall person. No food, no entertainment so left as 1-star (not because it was bad, just that it wasn't there for a 50-minute flight)."

Disembarkation at Seville airport was in a part of the airport distant from the main facility. We used stairs to leave the plane then had a very long walk to the luggage area and Covid monitors. They could do much better.

Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Pro: "Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us."
Contra: "Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)"

Contra: "Website said we must get boarding passes stamped or we wouldn’t be allowed on flight, and we wasted time waiting in line at check-in desk only to find out we didn’t need to get a stamp after all. The constant ads were annoying of course."

Contra: "I read their policy about checking bags four times to make sure I understood. The check in staff was rude and treated me like I was stupid. About half the people in line to check in also had to go to another line to pay the fee to check a bag, and go back in line to check in for the flight. Boarding was a disaster. The inflight service was them asking you to buy perfume. Not worth the cheap ticket - at all!"
Pro: "Only option available at the time. I would not have flown Ryanair if there had been any other airline flying the route in the time slot. Actual flight was fine, but the process from booking the flight to gettin aboard was horrible."
Contra: "Rayanair made the transaction as difficult, uncertain and unpleasant as they could. From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."

Considering I bought two tickets for myself and my boyfriend, I ended up paying 40€ more just for check in and seats. This was a rip off. Then the boarding took much more than expected, we waited for 50 minutes standing up in a queue after the gate was announced, we boarded the plane late. The seats are super small and uncomfortable."

Pro: "For a discount airline, the service was what we expected, no frills, just transportation from Lisbon to London."
Contra: "As a no frills airline, nothing is free, not even coffee and we paid 6 euros for two cups on board the plane. We paid extra to get better seating and we got one "free" check-in bag as part of the deal. They are very strict with the carry-on luggage and make sure that you adhere to their sizing policies and saw people arguing as they were forced to pay 50 euros for non-compliant bags. It is better to pay extra in advance to get better seating. Finally, if you are traveling to London, the airline flies to Stanted which is about an hour from London, but train service is good and you can connect to the tube and practically reach every corner of the city quickly and cheaply."

They didn't accommodate us at all and we had to purchase a whole new flight, that departed 10hrs later but couldn't check in for 8 hours to get past security. So we had to just hang out at Athens Airport for 8hrs with all our luggage and minimal services after traveling for 15hrs."

I can understand that this is a way to make money out of it but it was too much for it. I was okey about it until I went on the plane and had the cabin crew rushing at me preventing me to stand up to pick my phone from the locker above me for the reason that she's giving instructions... she had a good reason but after she finished it I tried to get up knowing that the flight was delayed for 35 minutes and still she didn't let me stand thought other people behind her where getting up... and she insisted to open my camera bag and get me the phone out of it rather then just giving me the bag, she smiled in a sarcastic way at the end... I asked her to put the camera bag next to my hand bag but she's didn't want to listen and she wanted to put it where she wants... not to mention the very bumpy landing and very fast he was almost run out of the runway, it was scary. Pro: "The flight was on time and the crew members were courteous. The landing was alright and we got where we needed to go. I don't mind checking in online as well. It saves the hassle of standing on long lines to get on the plane."
Contra: "The airplane was small so I naturally expected the flight to be cramped to a certain level. It was indeed cramped but not all that bad. However, it was considerably warm inside the plane as if the AC was having issues. The other funny thing was the crew members selling items like it was Walmart. Everything from fragrance to selfie sticks to tablets were being sold on the flight, which was kind of annoying."

We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."

Contra: "Online baggage size requirements were different from the baggage sizing containers at the airport (at the airport they were smaller), so despite having a bag smaller than what's listed online I was forced to pay to check it at the gate, and they were rude about it to top it off. Boarding was disorganized and slow, and we arrived late because of it."
Pro: "I liked nothing about the airline, the service was horrible everyone was rude . They changed time and gate with no notice as the entire flight was running around airport looking for flight/ help..."
Contra: "I asked to have my ticket moved up two days which it was for a flight that wasn't full and was flying out in a hour but instead of using me to fill a seat and use my old ticket to sell they charged me a fee to change the date which was more than I originally paid for the first ticket then I had to pay for baggage wasn't included in my ticket like other airlines do. I was not the only one another guy at the counter was being charged extra for something stupid. He also stated he would not be doing business with Ryan Air again. I also will not recommend them to anyone. My flight was an hour late departing and we never were told why when I asked I was told don't worry about it in a very rude tone by the Flight attendant. During the flight it was more like a sales pitch over and over being asked if we wanted to buy refreshments instead of them being provided like other airlines. They also tried to sell me make up and perfume lastly they bothered us about donating to charities. It was a 1020pm-1120pm flight I would of loved to sleep or relax with it being so late not be hounded for money."

Contra: "Everything else. The seats were the smallest I've flown in a very long time. The boarding process was chaos. The flight attendants spent more time trying to sell us perfume than they did providing any type of service, such as a beverage service. In fact, they charged money for beverages (a lot too!), as well as pretty much every other aspect of the flight experience. How does it make any sense to charge you money for checking in for your flight at the airport if you have to visit the check in counter either way? Really crappy airline, I would only fly them or recommend them to someone who is also trying to pinch pennies wherever they can."
