The travel experience was good. Looking forward traveling again with Singapore Airlines.
The staff and service of SIngapore Airlines is hard to beat. They are excellent. If they could only figure out their call center fiasco it would be a top airline. Attempting to call SQ is like trying to talk to the dead.
Best airline ever for economy

Contra: "I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

US airline flight attendants don’t even come close to this team that truly serviced the cabin for 8 hours continuously without the typical hiding in the back of the plane and chatting. Very encouraging that genuine care in the air is very much alive and well on Singapore Air! I will fly them every chance I get!"
Contra: "That my flight had to end and I know my next US airline flight won’t come close to this kind of experience! Air travel doesn’t have to be a cattle herding process with peanut treats on cross country flights - shame on the US carriers - I strongly suggest they fly Singapore Air to see what true customer service feels like!"

Pro: "To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

Contra: "The flight was quite old, was a bit surprised as the route seems very busy. Our seat 36J and K interestingly had no windows. First time flew on a flight with no window row."
Pro: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Most unreasonable, cheating me of my payment. I have since sought legal advice and contacted travel agent regarding, seems case law from several instances in my support. I had to pay thousands for new flight Austrian Air. Swiss thieved my money and I dont mind saying so. Unfair and unfair conduct. I am saving this letter for twitter to tell my friends of my disgust. I will be happy if this is sorted refunded immediately. A copy of these details and medical letter already provided to Jithendra from flight network (online travel agent)."

Contra: "From the moment we checked in in Singapore there was no service. Having travelled first class and Economy before with Singapore I was very disappointed with Business class. My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."
Pro: "I am still trying to find my bags. I missed my connection and Jet Blue made me stand in a line to get rebooked for 7 hours. Unprofessional, uncaring. None of this was my fault but everyone who represents Jet Blue treated me as if it were. Never again"
Pro: "Crew staff were excellent. Food was pretty good. Overall trip was flawless including and early arrival. The A350 aircraft feels roomy. Most importantly, given the total duration of the flight, it was a pretty good experience on-board."

Great crew!! Best care ever.
The aircraft had a defected Aircon and they let us wait in the airplane suffocating from the hot air for over an hour. They were trying to fix it, while we were in it and there was no official announcement the whole time. First after a lot of people were complaining they started explaining and giving us some water. Awful experience.
The restaurant in the business lounge should work 24/7
We had 1h delay. We waited in the place for the whole time.

Contra: "Everything else was awful. Due to the previous flight being late arriving/departing we got to Istanbul late then they couldn't park the plane to de-board. We missed our connection and were stuck in Istanbul for an entire day. The customer service related to this mistake were awful, blaming us, telling us it wasn't their problem, and constantly trying to get refer us to another representative or their website rather than attempt to resolve the issues. Worst flight experience I've ever had."
