Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Contra: "Being on time + quiet fellow passengers"
Pro: "No issues - everything went smoothly"
Contra: "There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc."
Contra: "Pointless paying for priority boarding as staff just let both lanes board at the same time"
Pro: "Good pilot"
Contra: "Airplane was very hot when boarding and didn’t cool down till about 20 minutes before landing."
Pro: "It is the worst airline on Earth. They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."
Contra: "They must obey EU laws!"
Pro: "There was no legroom, the sandwiches is missing (not available at all)"
Contra: "Onboarding was like for animalls. After we pass throug the gates, were sticked into the tunnel for 15-20 min in hot air..."

Pro: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."
Contra: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"
Pro: "They denied the me boarding,I want my money back"
Pro: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"
Pro: "The flight left on time and arrived early, the staff were pleasant and friendly."
Contra: "The cabin was a bit grubby."

Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."
Pro: "They were professional and efficient"
Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."
Pro: "That i made it through all this"
Contra: "People cut in the line, seats are almost wooden."
Pro: "The efficiency of the staff, the cost of the flight, the food."
Contra: "The queue at the airport."

Contra: "Near 2 hour delay."
Pro: "The flight was easy; no issues."
Contra: "No USB charging ports on the airplane."

Pro: "The flight itself was ok. Good landing by the pilot in stormy conditions. Thank you!"
Contra: "It's the booking process and all the hidden ad-ons that will deter me from flying with Ryanair again. I paid CAD $130 for a seat plus $60 for a checked in bag (all together $190),a very expensive price to pay for a "low cost" no service airline. Your boarding pass printing fees and very early check in fees are very silly. Many better low cost airlines out there."
Pro: "Flying was excellent"
Contra: "Delays on the ground with no indication of that on the message boards"
Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Contra: "The difficulty getting my boarding confirmed. It worked in the end but it took a long time and it was frustrating."
Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Pro: "Effective service point A to B. Flew from Hamburg Manchester and seated 17A. Leg room good on the exit row."
Contra: "New slimline seats will be difficult for anything more than 2 hours"
Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "Tight seating"
Contra: "Everything, firstly I checked in early as recommended to find that my wife and I were not sat together. It gave me the option to change one of our seats, stating that it would only increase in cost if we select a more expensive seat. It turns out there were more free seats than reserved but to sit next to my wife (without changing hers) it was going to cost £10, no idea why as they hadn't selected her a more expensive seat. Guess what.....the exact same happened when checking in on our return journey, can't wait to board the plane in a couple of days! When arriving at the airport it is clear Ryanair are removing staff to keep cost down with no care for passenger satisfaction, you check your bags in automatically which appears a scam for over weighing your cases and charging you without having to speak to you. It coat us £10 for being over a kilo, we didn't believe we were but paid it as we thought we had no choice because no staff were close by. A couple beside us were supposedly 3 kilos over and believed this to be incorrect, they kicked off enough of a fuss to be able to go check in face to face and not pay a single penny, doesn't quite seem fair? The final nail in the coffin was the fact that at 8.45 (our supposed departure time) we were stuck in a huge queue watching people get off the plane we were due to board. No delays or hold ups had been announced yet we should have been boarding at 8.15 and told to go to our gate as normal for this time. No plain in sight and when it arrives we can't go straight on as people are getting off it! All in all Ryanair have been awful so far and I am dreading our flight home!"
Pro: "nice crew, they tried their best"
Contra: "the plane was packed with drunk af stag groups screaming shouting abd drinking non stop from takeoff to touchdown"
Pro: "Quick flight option"
Contra: "The check-in process is just crazy! Four step procedure with the same person doing 3 of the 4 jobs. Herded into a small hot holding room after long lineups to see if the carry on luggage fits into the measurement guide. Poor staff! Doing their best with the means they have. Perhaps ask them how it could roll out better."
Contra: "Our Ryanair flight was delayed due to engine trouble. However no one ever made formal announcement or updates about the progress. Every 2 hrs we heard through word of mouth that the plane was still not ready. After waiting 8 hrs in the airport terminal, they finally brought a new plane for us. Many people missed connecting flights and the airlines was no help. It was an extremely frustrating situation. By far the worst flying experience I've had."
Contra: "We waited for an hour on the tarmac. It's critical that if other passengers aren't on time we close the doors and go so we leave on states time. Otherwise we miss it as we did and had to wait an hour. I realise my flight was cheap however timings are global whether no frills or not!"
Pro: "Price was good. Staff are good in general but felt that the cabin crew lacked professionalism - a tough job noted however. Overall very happy with the service - please note my comments."
Contra: "Why did I pay for a priority que ? The point being exactly what ? The herding of customers into a cattle gate affair ? Last call 45 mins before the flight. Cheap flight - cheap organised. I note below someone has stated crew were professional and VERY entertaining ...... thatnis not professional I am afraid. A crew that is busy entertaining the passengers is a crew that lacks focus on the primary role of the cabin safety ... Human Factors !"
Pro: "Pretty typical RyanAir-- cheap, fast, and not a lot to get in the way."
Contra: "Why do I always get the flight with the screaming child? I know this isn't exactly RyanAir's fault, but it certainly had a negative influence on my flight experience."
Pro: "I can't think of any."
Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"
Contra: "I checked in on-line, as prompted by Ryan. At the gate, I got a big hassle from an employee who said that I had to check in at the desk, presumably because of my USA passport. I thought she was going to send me back out through security, in which case I would have missed the flight, but she printed out something and let me go forward. SHe was just unpleasant and did not communicate well."
Pro: "Tight seating. Short flight with no food."
Pro: "I guess for a budget airline it was OK. Live and learn."
Contra: "- Boarding was like a cattle call, chaotic. - Seats would not recline at all. - There was no food or entertainment so I can't really rate them. - Not one free checked bag?? - Don't think I will travel with them again."
Contra: "My 81 year old father was asked at the final hour to measure his carry on luggage right before loading the bus on the tarmac to take us to the plane. They had already looked at it at check in. They pulled him out of line after he handed over his passport and then told him they were going to charge him for his carryon because it was too big. He place it in the measuring device and it fit so it was not too big. They ended up not charging him but the experience was very unpleasant."
Contra: "Being treated like a second grade traveler, the constant pushing of sales by the crew"
Pro: "I hated everything"
Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."
