Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.
They told us our family of five couldn’t fly because our Covid tests weren’t at the correct time. After it was elevated to the fourth level, someone actually did the math like we did, and they realized we were right and let us on the flight. This made the experience extremely stressful and frustrating. The employees and especially the flight crew were nice, but not having their info straight tainted the trip. I know these are very challenging times for airlines as they navigate all the different restrictions from different countries, but something as simple as the test cutoff time for a 48 or 72 hour lead time for a scheduled flight ought to be easy to have ready beforehand. After all that drama, there was no “Sorry about that” or perk of any kind. Good lesson for us to make sure we have our facts straight before torpedoing somebody.
Staff was great and very helpful. But in Mumbai airport had a tough time to get wheelchair and some misunderstanding in getting wheelchair for me and for my wife. It took them almost 2 hours to give us wheelchairs
The three people behind us continued kicking our seats and after two attempts to resolve, they got aggressive and loud. Very uncomfortable and frustrating for 15 hours flying.

Contra: "Due to a misunderstanding at check-in we have been seated away from a baby bassinette (although booked) to sit together with my husband, nobody asked what my preference would be (sitting as a whole family or having a bassinette) and a 17-hour flight with a 9month old baby constantly on my lap was challenging. Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"

How can such a reputed airline have no tools to calculate the pay? Other airlines offered one-way for half of the price i paid. On top of it, online helpdek promised front line seat to satisfy me but nothing was offered even if i ask explicitly. Simply declined saying i am not in priority list. Why do they make false promises? Friends, Just don't fly in Qatar for food....."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Pro: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"
Contra: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

There was no entertainment or even a glass of water. But to be fair it was a short flight . I just remember the good old days when service was a lot better.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes due to poor communication with ground support. Thus we missed our connection at Heathrow to Manchester. We had to leave terminal and get re- ticketed and go through security again. Not very customer friendly. The instructions at customs on where to go were very poor. American Airlines should have addressed this in flight and provided assistance

Contra: "The gate agent was very rude at CLT, and no one was giving us real updates about why our flight was getting delayed, they just kept pushing the time fifteen minutes each time we got close to the boarding time without communication. I get that there’s weight restrictions, but they gate checked my bag on a hardly full flight. I’ve now been waiting an additional 20 minutes after already being delayed over an hour."
Pro: "Boarding was fast!"
Contra: "The staff was not great! When I had just arrived to the gate, they had already called group 5 so I went up and presented my boarding pass and the crew made a facial expression of annoyance since group 5 was called and they were boarding group 7. When I entered the plane, one of the staff just looked at me twice without saying hello back. I said it twice and the same lady gave me a cold goodbye when I was leaving the plane. There was no entertainment!!!! Also, no plug to charge my phone that I had to wait to charge my phone after getting my bags to contact a taxi driver (Lyft)."

International travel used to be exempt from impossibly small seats, lack of in flight entertainment and terribly overmatched crew members scurrying to try and complete their duties. Terrible. But the good news is if you pay an extra fee they will let you get on the plane first. More time to be miserable! Hoorah!!"

Contra: "Customer service is dreadful, the planes are so old they still have cigarette lighter charges in first (but of course no adapters), no food/snacks of any significance, and they seemingly cancel flights at a whim with basically no staff to help re-book the lines of guests that have been disrupted. I pity those who loose luggage AA baggage services are flooded with lost baggage they just don't care any more. Seriously its embarrassing how little they care about customer service."
Pro: "It was easy checking in and getting boarding pass online. OMG"
Contra: "OMG. Horrible experience. The 8:20 am flight didn't leave 'til noon. There were several changes. We were moved to different gates FIVE TIMES!!!!!!!!!"

Contra: "The security check at the gate requires one to leave the comfort of the lounge early incase of queues and then wait in an over crowded lounge with the other passengers (so the fact you are business/first or have one world status does little to ease the burden of boarding. The lounge also did not offer red eye passengers a meal and the on board meal service is slow (so if you are hungry it eats into precious sleeping time). The breakfast wakeup was also disappointing. My meal of choice was not available and the whole process was rushed like a fast food restaurant. Overall I am disappointed by the club world offering on this route and would not pay for it again unless intended to get on and just sleep for the entire journey."
Contra: "You could have not cancelled my flight after rebooking a connection"
Pro: "Wonderful to fly on a small airline that still believes in service - a free cup of coffee and a Tunnocks biscuit - whereas many larger airlines charge for coffee etc."
Contra: "Initial delay and then take off delay because slot time had not been updated. Our family missed connections. Disaster follow up in terminal!!! So far far we have been over six hours from check in and are still not through immigration. This for an hour flight."

Contra: "Southwest Airlines style seating with a foldable tray table over a middle seat. Sold as a business class cabin at a high price for an hour and a half flight but we left feeling ripped off. No boarding order and overall chaos boarding. I feel that for the price and being advertised as business class I was taken for a ride so to speak, and not in a good way. This would not qualify as business class on any other airline irregardless of how short the leg was."
Contra: "First class had three seats, but the middle one was not used. I expected actual nice big seats, and a video system."

Contra: "While I prefer beef to be cooked rare to medium-rare (and mentioned this) on both legs the meat was well-done and dry. This is common to many airline steaks, and may be an unavoidable consequence of the limitations of preparing food on board. (Though I have had reasonably prepared meat dishes on certain AA flights). All dishes are highly under-seasoned, but a packet of salt and paper is provided, so this is not a curial concern."

Contra: "Your airways lost my bag on the both flights from MIA-LHR-VIE and on the way back VIE-LHR-MIA My entertainment system was broken. I paid for the seat at the end of the day I didn't get. The moat horrible flight I ever had. I will never again fly with British Airways"

Pro: "I fly a lot between North America and Southeast Asia (usually on SQ). My BA flight was a perfectly acceptable long distance flight for a song, so that its best aspect was the low price. It was much better than any US airline's flight to SE Asia that I have been on from time to time, and was a solid B to B+ against the standard SQ A to A-. I flew from Singapore to Charlotte with no issues, then returned two days after their IT disaster in a half empty airplane. I expect they continue to discount while they try to rebuild their brand, so I suspect this kind of flight stays quite a good value for the next year or so."
Contra: "I ordered vegan meals. The dinner on the way back to SIN was fine, but the veggie breakfast was absolutely pathetic. Most of the vegetarian food was okay."
Pro: "Not much. Very small plane. Only one bathroom on the back in the galley! Impossible to get in most of the flight because of service carts."
