Pro: "The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great."
Contra: "The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes."

Contra: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Contra: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Pro: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Contra: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Contra: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Lastly, I am quite petite and still struggled with legroom."

Contra: "As a new user of the app I expected information to flow more fluidly. Gate changes were not communicated through the app unlike several other airline apps I use. My biggest complaint, if you will, is the requirements to pay for anything one wants on the plane. A soda, water, bag of crisps/chips, all for purchase. For the cost of the airline ticket, even our "no checked bag" ticket, you could at least afford to give passengers a can of soft drink or a water and inexpensive bag of pretzels or crisps. Seat was basically comfortable, not great but comfortable. Departed late but arrived on time"

It is an embarrassing how the airline cares (or doesn't care) who travels with them, where the people are coming from so they can understand their needs. I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can."

Pro: "A380 planes hold far too many people for the capacity of the departure terminal making the gate experience sonewhat of a spill over. Seating maps at check in did not make available a single seat close to us for a third member of our party who had booked an equal ticket on a separate booking. Yet after n boarding there were seats physically available that were not offered by check in staff. Meal trash was left for far too long before collection in our seats which was upper deck final rear cabin. Plane noise during flight was very low, excellent. Miami Airport is a logistical immigration process nightmare. We look forward to BA using FLL instead directly from the UK."

Contra: "I was not let onto the flight as my passport was expiring in less than 3 months and the EU has restrictions against this. My disappointment stems from the fact that I was not given any warning that this was a concern before I arrived at the airport. So, I was unable to use the ticket and have been subsequently told that I cannot be refunded for any part of the ticket. As a consequence, I will not be using Finnair again at any point in the future."

Just a couple pounds over the 50lbs and you get screwed with a $100 fee. There is very little AC in the airport and very few outlets so if you have to wait for a flight make sure to charge your devices prior to getting to the airport. WiFi on this an all other American Airlines flights I've recently taken has been useless - almost impossible to use."

Contra: "When checking in the staff was so incredibly rude, nonexistent during the whole check in process that it led to several people missing their flights or almost missing it. I had to run around asking for someone to help the long line of people including me who were all in danger of missing their flight because no one was around to help. And then when I finally do get checked in using the now kiosk only option for the plebeian class while anyone above economy gets to talk to real people (way to highlight the class divide guys) I missed my check in time by 5 minutes and was told by the kiosk to find an agent. Then I go running around looking for an agent. I find one and she says you missed your flight. I told her I still have 45 minutes to make it, and she rudely just tells me to get in another line to pay for a new ticket. LUCKILY someone in the priority line saw I was having a problem, a customer not an agent, and she told me to try to talk to someone on her side. After 3 agents told me no one finally told me yes. I made my flight but just by a hair. If the agents would have been around to help or been willing to help me from the moment I spoke to them this would not have been a problem. Thanks for almost ruining Christmas for me. When I spoke to others everyone told me they always have issues with AA. Will never fly AA again."

Pro: "The crew was attentive and boarding went smoothly. The seat had more room under the seat in front of me, my purse was not jammed in."
Contra: "I hate paying extra for almost every seat on the plane. It's a con job. Food selection was terrible. If I'm paying anyway, give me better choices. No monitors in plane at all. Entertainment needs to be viewed on a tablet or laptop of some sort."

Pro: "Friendly-on time-love the charlotte airport"
Contra: "Nothing."

Contra: "staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto."

Pro: "Food is not really included and the seat DONT recline. But the crew were great and boarding was easy"

Pro: "I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again."

Contra: "It was over an hour late with little information about why. The gate wasn't shared until the last minute. Boarding was awful and confusing. Contra: "No water at toilet....??? No coffee....??? The the movie’s subtitles were out of time."

Disgusting plane it was so dirty I took a shower after this flight and the amount of dust in the air was visible terrible"

Contra: "Boarding was a disaster that took an extra 30 min"

Contra: "We had to pay $120 for a checked bag because it “weighed too much”. The lady at the check in counter said they were weighing everyone’s at the gate so there was no way to get around it This however was a lie and they were not checking weight and people got on without having to pay the outrageous fee"

Pro: "Would appreciate a voucher for how bad the Flight was. Seriously UAL is using a plane last built in 2004? UAL only cares about taking people’s money not a wonderful flying experience!!!"
Contra: "Everything!"

Pro: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me."
Contra: "TAP's stupid rules against my destination. Not faire!"

Pro: "Not much"
Contra: "When TAP couldn’t get me to Lisbon in time to make my connection they added a flight to Madrid where I waited until 16:00 to fly to Seville. I talked to several TAP representatives and none were helpful or apologetic and they offered me nothing for the problems they caused. I missed my only day in Seville due to this. This trip turned out to be a disaster."

Pro: "Frendly"
Contra: "Nothing"

Contra: "When I booked the flight, your site said that I would not have a luggage charge, but I was charged 37 euros more when I checked in."

Contra: "2 hours late, problems with entertainment, bad service at chack-in"

Pro: "The service appeared to be good but everything was rationed"

Contra: "Some of the worst customer service, seats that do not recline at all, minimum leg room, and worst of all a 2 hour delay that made me miss my connecting flight for which they took NO responsibility stating that they can have delays for up to 3 hours without having to compensate anyone."

Contra: "I paid to select my seats which were 2 window and two aisle seats. I was assigned 2 aisle and 2 middle seats. I paid extra to acoid middle seats and I would like a refund."

Pro: "Excellent attention by the crew and the food."

Contra: "No USB ports or movie choices. Entertainment screen very small."

Contra: "This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!"

Contra: "Crew was helpful. Flights were on time and overall experience was very good."

Pro: "The hotel and accommodation were prepared, as we delay the connection flight to Miami because of the bad weather. BUT NOBODY GAVE US A CALMING INFORMATION ABOUT THAT 3 HOURS LONG TIME. WE WERE FORCED REMAIN IN THE CABIN 70 MINUTES AFTER LANDING!!!"
Contra: "The charged an extra cost for normal luggages, however it was free while booking. Istvan Sas U3MNSD and Iren SasneHarazin U4812T PLEASE GIVE OUR MONEY BACK! OTHERWISE WE CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION BY LAW."

Contra: "Me and my girlfriend were seated in the middle in a 4 seat combination. I asked the crew member to move us on an aisle seat. Even though there were plenty of aisle seats open, the crew member just kinda ignored us. The old lady sitting next to me just slept the whole time and I could not get out to the bathroom. Also since I am left handed I could not really eat since with the right-handed old lady we were hitting each other's elbow and nocking each the food out of each other's hand, I finally pulled my elbow in and ate like a T-Rex. The person in front of me pushed their seat back all the way, I asked the crew member to do something but nothing really was done, since I am a little taller I could not fit my knees, they were crushed."

Contra: "Outdated movies"

Pro: "The check in was smooth and boarding was quick"
Contra: "We had problems with TAP up front related to baggage fares and them keeping the $85 I paid for my son who is 2 meters tall to be in an exit row and then assigned to a different seat. He was miserable for almost seven hours."

Contra: "1) I tried several times while traveling but was unable to figure out how to choose a vegetarian option for the flight. When I called customer service, after a long hold time, the woman I finally spoke to told me it was too late to order vegetarian and refused to help me. I have never flown another airline (Air India, Turkish Air, United, American, China Southern, etc., etc.) that did not make this easy to choose during booking or check-in and that did not already have a standard ovo-lacto vegetarian option on the regular menu. Vegetarians practice for all sorts of reasons, including religion and health needs. It's unacceptable to make it so difficult to meet your meal needs while trapped on a plane for nine hours. 2) The check-in agent did not know the rule about all remaining seats being opened for passenger choice three hours before booking and insisted we had to pay to get aisle seats despite one of us having a health problem necessitating her standing up and walking every 45 minutes. Then another agent told us we couldn't choose seats for free for our Porto to Newark flight when we check in for our Madrid-Porto flight because it wasn't technically three hours before the Porto-Newark departure. But how were we supposed to choose seats for the Porto-Newark flight three hours in advance if we are in an airplane flying to Porto at that time? This makes no sense. Seats should be opened for every leg of a same-day journey at the same time. The agents were unhelpful and unsympathetic. 3) This was an old plane without options to choose a film or show to watch. Instead, passengers could flip through a few channels and hope to find something of interest that was already playing -- there was no way to begin a film or show from the beginning if you landed on it in the middle of its running time. I cannot recommend TAP Portugal to any of my friends, family, or colleagues after this experience."

Pro: "I got to Rio de Janeiro on time"
Contra: "cramped seats, minimal water offered by crew on 9.5 hour flight. I also found the extra charge to reserve a seat on this flight a serious affront to economic sensibility"

Contra: "This airline company was looking like a scam. I was refused the flight. Then promised compensation, which was then refused again. Treated like kettle. Simply corrupt company."

Contra: "We had to postpone our first leg from London to Lisbon by a day and then they cancelled our return flight without telling us!!! So, we were trapped in Lisbon with no flight to return home. We called them and they said, "we cancelled your tickets and only have business class seats available for you and your toddler." We said no thank you. If we were going to spend 1k on a return flight, we were going to take British Airways. TAP, never again."

Pro: "The food and air conditioning"
Contra: "I purposely got a seat in the front row for extra leg room next to my two friends whose tickets I paid for. The TV in my seat was broken and I therefore could not at all watch TV unless I moved to another seat. I ended up not being able to sit with my friends for the entire seven-hour flight. The flight was delayed multiple times. The first time it was delayed because they were doing an extra security search by hand in the Gated area awaiting to board the plane. I have never seen this in my life and it was definitely started. Then we were on board the plane for almost an hour before they made an announcement that they found a broken part on the plane and had to switch planes. It was all very fishy. Quite frankly that I want my money back."

Pro: "There was one male steward who was not friendly at all.....I felt he was giving me bad looks....I felt uncomfortable."

Pro: "No reason given, just wouldn't let me check in online."

Pro: "The ride was comfortable, and the crew was attentive and pleasant. I loved the fact that i had a 10 hour layover, and I could go out into the city and do some sight seeing. This is not to the Airlines credit per say, but it was super easy. I enjoyed getting off on the tarmac just 200 feet from the building, was a nice sunny day."
Contra: "The seats did not have entertainment system that I wasn't going to watch anyways. The seats did not have charging ports either (for phone or laptop), which several airlines now a days are making standard."

Pro: "El personal amable."
Contra: "La calidad del entretenimiento, pésimo. Calidad de sonido y video. Los asientos no tiene para cargar los aparatos. Adicionalmente, no llego un paquete que embarcamos en Madrid con conexión en Lisboa."

Pro: "No delays"
Contra: "The sit are very uncomfortable, no leg room. The audio was not working, no entertainment. The flight attendant gave us a card to call customer service, to provide for improvement on these flight."

Pro: "Excellent service on board and at the ground... Very convenient United conection in the US :)"

Pro: "the service from the crew was ok"
Contra: "The plane was very old for such as long trip. Seats very uncomfortable and no enough space to stretch your legs. the entertainment system was very old as well, so the experience for such a long trip was very poor."

Pro: "solid flight, efficient"

Pro: "Wine was nice and metal container of so-called business class utilities (socks, tooth brush, etc.)"
Contra: "Seats are coach seats! No entertainment. No AC power sources. Shame!"

Contra: "The online check in open for a flight from the us to the europe must be open 24 before, indeed it has been opened only 16 hours before..."

Pro: "Both meals very nice. Crew members pleasant"

Pro: "I only liked the price of the fare....everything else matched the price of the fare. Cheap and bad."
Contra: "First of all I fly all the time at least once a week. This is my first time experiencing roaches on an aircraft!. I tried calling someone but I was looked at and ignored because I wanted to ask top change seats. I didnt want to cause a scene and affect the airlines reputation with people freaking out or feeling uncomfortable so I just moved to another aisle. Service very mediocre and plane was old."

Pro: "I know the flight between Lisbon and Amsterdam is only 3 hours, but it could have been better. First, boarding was a mess because no one could hear announcements being made. Once on the plane, things only got worse. I'm a small person- only 5'4" and even I had no leg room! This was made worse when the seat in front reclined- very claustrophobic. There were also zero entertainment options."
Contra: "It was nice that they served light snacks even though it was a short flight."
