It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. Turkish Airline airconditioning is very poor; however, I have requested them several times to run the airconditioning but it wasn't helping at all. They also take so much time to provide the on-boarding food. I have made reservations for business class and I was expecting a better service but I believe they failed in that.
I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.

No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."
Pro: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."
Contra: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Also, it was like 9-10pm local time by this point so dinner made no sense! Then the lights were dimmed and people tried to sleep. The lights were turned on 1.5 hrs prior to landing to serve a light breakfast. So, 6.5 hr red-eye turned into about 3.5 hrs of actual sleeping time. I would've preferred to be left alone and given a bigger breakfast."
Pro: "The flight attendants were good - they run a tight ship, both from a safety perspective and looking out for the passengers. That said, they should have allowed me to move to any open seat, except first class, to accommodate any passenger with broken equipment at the seat they selected."
Contra: "This old plane had broken seats with broken entertainment equipment. After changing seats twice, my ultimate seat still had a loud buzz in the sound system. The flight attendants should be allowed to seat an inconvenienced passenger in any open seat in the event of broken equipment. Space in the seats was ridiculously tight for a 7 hr international flight."

Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Contra: "Canceled flight—absolutely no notification. Convoluted rebooking in whcuhbhey lies to us about what flights we were actually on. Spent a couple hours at Delta rebooking our trip. Lost prepaid night at hotel and dinner eaecatuon plus day of vacation."
Pro: "Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule"
Contra: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"
Pro: "Yelling, cheering and literally rolling in the aisle made for a really annoying flight"
Contra: "Infusions bad behavior. Also, flight number was changed and AF. Was understaffed to handle questions on squirrelly luggage check."
Pro: "The airplane have great entertainment system. The cabin crew are very nice."

Contra: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."
Pro: "Cheap aircraft, not even headsets"

Pro: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."
Pro: "There were 4 of us flying from Atlanta, there was a great amount of leg room, tvs were nice, remote control for the tv fit into the seat, the way the plane was laid out, the 4 of us sat in a middle row, which meant no window seat (which my sister was disappointed), dinner options were great, wine was complementary"
Contra: "My only problem was that there wasn't any air flow and until someone told them how hot they think it is, it was a very sweaty situation. I couldn't sleep because of how hot it was and I didn't think to tell the crew because I didn't know they would care."
Pro: "Although plane was full staff moved us through quickly"

Contra: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."
Pro: "Loved the entertainment. The movies and other options were great. The drinks were very repressing also."
Contra: "I did not like the food. Also I do not eat meat so I was no given a non meat option I was just told to eat everything except the meat. I was also not a fan of the snacks in between. There was a spread some olives and then a spinach pie and they were cold and not appetizing. Next my luggage did not make it to ATL with me it stayed in Dublin and I ended up not getting it until 2 days later. Next the bathrooms became very dirty towards the end of the trip so it made it quite unpleasant to have to go to the restroom."
My wife and I did not get food. There was no chicken left and we can’t eat pork so we didn’t get food. Crew member didn’t ask ask first but left the pork in our table and after I asked him what it was told that was only pork left I asked him to take back. The only thing we can’t eat is pork and that was the only option. I was shocked for a long flight not to have enough food. Crew member never came back to let us that there is no other food available. After we asked and other crew member he checked and confirmed there is no other food. He offered to share his own meal with my wife and I but we refused but we appreciated that. I hope I never have an other experience like that. It wasn’t a good experience. :(
Pro: "3 hours flight, on time."
Contra: "During the time of COVID, I would expect the crew to follow restrictions and procedures. Nobody from the crew paid attention if all passengers have their face masks. In fact, most of the passengers didn't have masks on their mouth and nose. Many of them didn't have them at all. Crew didn't care. If this is how LOT pays attention to our health during travel, I will definitely not fly with them anymore. 2 months earlier flying with Lufthansa and all crew was very strict about the rules and everybody on board was wearing a mask."

Then the plane was moved aside and we walked to the bus that drove us to the airport. No luggage information given airport Toronto"
Contra: "1- Tight seats for three big adults in a row of three seats especially for an 8 hour flight! 2- I don't eat pork. Most of the food was pork or mixed with pork even the salad! My options were very limited thus I wasn't well fed."

Pro: "Flight was good. Warsaw is a well organized airport and easy for transit passengers to negotiate. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. The captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays no just well run and well organized."
Contra: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."
Pro: "My flight was pretty comfortable. I had heard so many negative things about LOT Airlines, but I loved the cabin crew who were extremely courteous, and the food served was pretty good (dinner and breakfast since it was an overnight flight). The entertainment was pretty good as well; they even had some Oscar nominations like Dunkirk and Shape of Water available to watch. Overall, I was very pleased with my flight experience."
Contra: "The only thing that I was not a fan of, but which didn't bother me that much/didn't affect me that much, was that we departed from JFK in NYC *an hour late* because we boarded so late. For some people, this caused an issue with their connection in Warsaw, but for me, I luckily had a four hour layover. Still, an hour is pretty bad in terms of departure."
Contra: "they canceled my flight, they put me in a new one that was delayed 1hour. They way the crew reacted gave me the feeling it was completely normal. I received a coffee and 1 cookie for the trouble."
Pro: "Got to Warsaw on time. Carrier seems to build in a 10-15 minute buffer for every flight so they stay on time"

Actually, economic tickets (as mine) should have allowed for trips in Europe a checked in luggage according to the company website. I do not find any information regarding how I can pay for my luggage in advance, and not at the airport."
Contra: "I paid extra for my seat, but it was uncomfortable from LAX to Warsaw - too tight and cramped that the cabin was hot through most of the trip. Crew was okay, but for such a long trip, I would expect more comfort than what I get on short one-hour trips on small planes here in the US."

Pro: "I traveled on this airline few years ago, and there was always room for improvement. This trip was a very pleasant surprise. Departures and arrivals were on time, excellent service, good entertainment aboard, and what a great, comfortable airplane (Dreamliner B 787)."

Pro: "The entertainment on the plane was great. Large selection of movies, music, and TV shows to keep yourself entertained. The dinner was adequate. It was also nice having the overhead screens continually update our flight progress."
Contra: "The seats are incredibly cramped, by the end I was feeling seriously claustrophobic. It didn't help that we left late. The boarding process was a mess, nobody seemed to know what to do, and the announcements were all mumbled to the point where I was just guessing what to do. The second meal served was inedible as the bread was completely stale. Also, one of the toilets was broken and kept flushing, even when sitting on it. Like the boarding process, disembarking was sloppy and confusing. It took a very long time to open the door, and they only told people at the last minute that they needed to get their passports out."
