Because of the departure delay from Cluj Napoca to Istanbul was 1hour and 20 minutes, and time between flights 1 hour and 30 minutes we were running between terminals. It could be great if someone will wait for us with a golf cart to transfer us to the other termimal.
It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. Contra: "What could have been better is: - the email that the airline generates and senda to people a couple of days prior to flight directs you to a site where you are supposed to fill in the blanks. About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

The first incident went I tried to use the bathroom in the back of the plane, she would tell people: "don"t use that one, I need that bathroom for......." All I can say is that everything else was great, including the friendliness of all other crew, but that one ruined the experience. A third time I got up to walk to the bathroom and the seatbelt sign was on, but so it had been for a long time. She prompted me to go back to my seat. All others seem to do their job without been rude, Not sure why this one couldn't. Job stress? Not the passenger's problem. Besides that and the poor movie choices, everything else was great. I think the flight was delayed but to that point everything was going so smooth, I didn't even notice. I will fly Austrian again, and would love to visit Vienna. I booked in Kayak, left to Ohio from Miami running from hurricane Irma, my return from Ohio to Miami was cancelled and I had to embark on that long plan10 day trip without even returning home to Miami to pack. I liked the quick check in, but both flights were significantly delayed, making an already long journey, completely exhausting. Although some members of the crew were extremely professional, and nice, creating a welcoming environment, others could certainly improve their manners, and not laugh at a passenger who needs help or further instructions, or treat them as if they are stupid, and be outright rude to them. I was a little taken aback because I only asked for some extra paper towels after a glass of water fell on the floor, only to get an angry response: I told you we don’t have any, go the toilet to get it, which had a terribly long que at the time. Unthinkable way to talk like that to a passenger, by any standard, just to give you an example. The other was when I tried to find a place to store my handbag on the plane; not only the attendant stared at me and she would not help me make it fit, she told me that I was able to do it on my own, and laughed together with another passenger. Seriously? I am shocked to say the least; and hoping that these are just two isolated events that happened flight after flight, on the same day, and not the image that Lufthansa wants to portray to its customers.

When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you charge $50 per just to reserve an economy seat, so I attempted to do so at the Venice airport. I was told I had to do so I in Munich but when we got there I was told there were no upgrades or "forward" seats available. On the plane I again requested an upgrade or to at least to move forward, I was told there was nothing available. My husband and I are a "mature" couple and had been traveling since early morning Venice time. We were seated at the very back of the Airbus.... Our rear location caused us to miss the Coach USA bus to take us the additional 75 miles closer to home so we had to wait an additional hour and a half for the next bus!"

Unfortunately was very unplrasent from Warsaw to Toronto... Delay, wait g a lot for get a Gate in Toronto.. Waiting for luggage almost 3 hours and not getting our luggage. Very, very sad!
My wife and I did not get food. There was no chicken left and we can’t eat pork so we didn’t get food. Crew member didn’t ask ask first but left the pork in our table and after I asked him what it was told that was only pork left I asked him to take back. The only thing we can’t eat is pork and that was the only option. I was shocked for a long flight not to have enough food. Crew member never came back to let us that there is no other food available. After we asked and other crew member he checked and confirmed there is no other food. He offered to share his own meal with my wife and I but we refused but we appreciated that. I hope I never have an other experience like that. It wasn’t a good experience. :(

The captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays no just well run and well organized."
Contra: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."
Pro: "My flight was pretty comfortable. I had heard so many negative things about LOT Airlines, but I loved the cabin crew who were extremely courteous, and the food served was pretty good (dinner and breakfast since it was an overnight flight). The entertainment was pretty good as well; they even had some Oscar nominations like Dunkirk and Shape of Water available to watch. Overall, I was very pleased with my flight experience."
Contra: "The only thing that I was not a fan of, but which didn't bother me that much/didn't affect me that much, was that we departed from JFK in NYC *an hour late* because we boarded so late. For some people, this caused an issue with their connection in Warsaw, but for me, I luckily had a four hour layover. Still, an hour is pretty bad in terms of departure."

Contra: "I paid extra for my seat, but it was uncomfortable from LAX to Warsaw - too tight and cramped that the cabin was hot through most of the trip. Crew was okay, but for such a long trip, I would expect more comfort than what I get on short one-hour trips on small planes here in the US."

The boarding process was a mess, nobody seemed to know what to do, and the announcements were all mumbled to the point where I was just guessing what to do. The second meal served was inedible as the bread was completely stale. Also, one of the toilets was broken and kept flushing, even when sitting on it. Like the boarding process, disembarking was sloppy and confusing. It took a very long time to open the door, and they only told people at the last minute that they needed to get their passports out."

In Lisbon, half the people in the aircraft, more than 30 persons, did not found the luggage, the company told us nothing and we spent all night (from 8 PM to 4 AM) to declare them lost. They called after 5 days to tell us the luggage was found, we had already left Lisbon by then, asked to send it back home. So, we bought new suitcase, clothes, everything. Wen we come back, we found that the pilot decided to leave about 50 luggage on the airport, in order not to lose the take off slot. U intend to ask for compensation, it was a decision of the company to leave without the luggage and they told us nothing.
Could be better when check-in on desk at the airport that 2 people who voyage together to have the 2 seats close to each other not 8 and 15.
The delay was unpleasant. I liked the quick boarding.
We had a 4 hour delay and wizz Air provided no help or information at the airport.
Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!
O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

Contra: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
