I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.

Contra: "The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road."

The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

There were no instructions for passengers on the flight trying to make connections regarding the distance between gates or to be prepared to go through customs. Had we known that we would not make the flight in anyway shape or form because our flight out of DC was delayed by 2 1/2 hours, we would not have a rushed to try to make the connecting flight. Ultimately we were rerouted through Frankfurt and arrived in Valencia eight hours later they are intended time"

Flying from Munich- The entertainment screen was broken, completely unusable. After a hard reset by the flight attendant several times... Still broken. She said she thought it would fix itself once we were at cruising altitude. Nope. Notified the flight attendant who said vaguely "I'll see what I can do..." Never came back to check, never got offered any sort of compensation (even something like a free mixed drink would have been nice), offer to move seats, nothing. So- ten hours with no entertainment/nothing to watch, just a malfunctioning screen. Food was mediocre. We boarded late, and left almost 1 hour late because they had to wait for an employee (who was not working, just getting a ride back) to board. Literally there and back with Lufthansa was a fiasco. On top of it, we have been back for 3 weeks and are still waiting to hear back from Lufthansa customer service. Apparently they only communicate by email with complaints. Not over the phone. So after repeated emails, just radio silence. Terrible airline."

Contra: "Snacks could be better and you could reduce plastic waste. I don't want to drink water from plastic cups, I don't need a napkin to my water, I don't need to receive a sweet bun packed in plastic wrap..."

Contra: "Flights seem to be delayed every time we fly LOT. Flying out of Warsaw, crew did not communicate that we'd be traveling to the plane by bus, which led to very long lines and a delay in takeoff."

Pro: "The flight Sofia - Warsaw was more than 1 hr late. The crew never apologized. Was arrogant and unhelpful when we asked for gate information to our Warsaw-Stockholm connection, which we barely made. The Warsaw-Stockholm flight, operated by Nordica was the exact opposite experience. Crew was awesome!"

Actually, economic tickets (as mine) should have allowed for trips in Europe a checked in luggage according to the company website. I do not find any information regarding how I can pay for my luggage in advance, and not at the airport."

Contra: "Too many kids and parents that think other passengers must put up with their kids. The "new system" spilt up my wife and I and we sat in different rows. Nobody seemed to be able to fix it and told us we could have booked our seat 24 hrs in advance online but the 24hr advanced option had 0 available seats. Why is it acceptable for any company to think that, when booking two or more people under one reference/ booking number, its ok to split up the people on that booking...? Would a car rental place give me two cars because they wouldn't want my wife and I to be in the same car??? When I explained my frustration, They all agreed with me, that they would be just as frustrated but nobody could do anything about it. A lady next to me (again, not my wife as she was in a different row) ordered a special meal that was not filled for her. She ate two rolls and the flight crew was not prepared for a mistake someone made with the prearranged food order. It is not a waste of money to have an extra few meals on the plane to accommodate "emergency" issues like someone forgetting to read their "to do" list with special needs. LOT Polish Airlines had become a disappointment for many passengers. Not my first flight with them and seems that they get worse every time I'm in one of their airplanes. Probably will look for other airline options when traveling to Poland in the future."
