Contra: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

So I had to be routed to Munich to catch a 10:30 pm flight, which arrives at 3 am Sunday. So I wasted the entire day, starved, exhausted."

Contra: "Frankfurt is just an awful airport. Too many landings and not enough infrastructure. Also tired of planes having to park thousands of yards from the terminal. The time to get the bag is as long as the flight. Each about 55 minutes. There is very little about German efficiency here."

Contra: "Flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt delayed, when we arrived we had no chance of making our connecting flight to Split yet no one told us. No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."
Pro: "The ground staff in Heathrow was helpful. They happily swapped me onto an earlier flight to Munich after I spotted delays out of Munich, allowing me ample time to connect in Munich airport"
Contra: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Contra: "The flight was delayed . When we arrived in Frankfurt, there was a quie of 200m . After waiting 10 minutes, they asked us to go to other passport control . We had to walk onother 10 minutes to get there ."

Lets not forget that they delayed our flights like 4 hours and only gave us 1 voucher for snack. I don’t expect the experience will be fancy but this is a total disappointment!"

Contra: "The plane lands a considerable distance from the airport, you walk across the tarmac in the rain to a bus, and then the bus ride is almost 15 minutes. I expect Lufthansa to have a better berth at Frankfurt."

Contra: "Getting to LHR early for. 6:30 am flight was no use since they don't have any departing flights between 11pm and 6 am. So we were stuck in the lobby for hours until ticket agents arrived at 4 am. There was one open coffee shop however. Then we waited for security to arrive at about 4:30 am to get through and it was quite a slow shake down. One through there were no restaurants open until 5-5:30 am. The flight itself was fine. Facilities at Frankfurt were minimal with toilets offering only one stall each. While standing in the long queue a lady and her young daughter were rudely ushered out by the male custodian for cleaning, and then it could not be used for another 10-15 minutes."
Pro: "Even on such a short flight I got a sandwich. It was a salmon sandwich which I never had on any other flights. They usually serve cheese or ham or chicken in the Middle East. It was nice to have something different and nutritious."

Contra: "Terminal procedures, particularly a tarmac delay and understaffed customs and security personnel, jeopardized my London Heathrow connection in spite of the 80 minute layover. Itineraries with less than a two-hour connection should be discontinued as a fraudulent misrepresentation of the passenger's likely success. I will never fly through Heathrow again."

The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it."

I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. Mostly the flight attendants were kind, but as soon as i asked for something it seemed like they don't want to help or work at all. I understand I have traveled on the economy class but shouldn't make a difference how you treat the travelers. The pillows were dirty!!!!! Not only one, because I have asked for more......most of them! It is disgusting! Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. I have flew with Lufthansa most of the time and in the future will chose them. Very disappointing that sooo many little things are interrupting a vacation."

Not the first time we have experienced defective entertainment system on this trip. It should be upgraded.

Contra: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"
