Reasonable price, good staff, flight time’s suit me. 👏👍
The flight was ok,the crew not so nice.
Contra: "Priority check in isn’t really much of a priority since we all end up in the same place at the same time before boarding"
Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Pro: "Quick online check in"
Pro: "Very chip flight but expensive tricks about luggage paid my cabin bag but not allowed to check them I will never flight with Ryanair air."
Pro: "The seats are extremely crowded"
Contra: "To not wait 10 min outside waiting for the bus to pick-up the passengers."
Pro: "The crew was very good."
Contra: "The advertising is not good; in fact ,the conditions are of a low cost but the prices are of luxury."
Pro: "The crew was very nice and helpful,and our seat confortable,the food and dring very good"
Contra: "it was announce a delay of 1h which in the end it was 3hours without any further announcements... they offer vouchers for drinks and food but they did not announce accordingly, I found out only when I was boarding..."
Contra: "Having to now pay and queue for cabin baggage is treating customers like dirt. Flight was one hour late to Dublin so missed my connection. Best not flying with this crowd in future."
Contra: "There was only 1 polite cabin crew member. People were shouting and walking all around the plane through out the flight and the cabin crew did nothing to stop this. It made the early morning flight impossible to doze off on."
Pro: "Friendly stuff, good price."
Contra: "Delay at the airport, also didn't take off anytime soon. We were sitting for over half and hour in the plane. Seats are very cramped too. People over 1.80m / 6 foot have to book an extra seat with more space, otherwise you won't have an convenient flight."

Contra: "I was already checked in and when I got to the counter they told me that I was not checked in even though I had my boarding passes printed. Almost lost he plane. They lost my luggage’s and very very very bad customer service. Would not recommend it."
Contra: "Bought the 2 bag priority but they forced us to check one of the bags any way (on the way back we were able to bring bag on flight so it was nothing to do with size of the wheels as they suggested) - staff was unfriendly. Seats were dirty. Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."
Contra: "Sitze, so steil (ohne Lehnenverstellung) und so hart, dass man nach 3 Std. Flug mit erheblichen Schmerzen von Board geht. So kalt, dass wir die Winterjacken anbehalten mussten."
Contra: "Brand new bag a bit damaged..."

Contra: "U get what u paid for. Check in is slow and only 2 counters are working. During the flight they will try everything to pull money from you. Seats are fixed to one back position."

Contra: "Our flight was delayed by over two hours from Frankfurt Hahn. No one on the ground gave us any information. They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."
Contra: "The seats are extremely uncomfortable."
Contra: "Asked to put cabin bag in hold despite having no other hold luggage. Plenty of room for cabin bags right above my head. Even more delayed time"
Pro: "The fare was very inexpensive"
Contra: "All of the added fees and added expenses in getting there (cab,busses,time) made in the same cost if not more. as flying to and out of the larger airports. Wasn't worth the stress in the end."

Pro: "The general friendly attitude of the staff. I adore the music that is played after we land!!!"
Contra: "The boarding took long and the seats, plus no reading material, such as a magazine or newspaper. Everything else was very good."

Contra: "The fees and policies are ridiculous! Pay to print a boarding pass, pass for bags, pay for each thing in a different line. In order to do this, get to the airport 5 hours early, or you will miss your flight!"

Pro: "The attention when checking in in the counter was great. Also at the gate. The gate had no services other than bathrooms. The plane was confortable and the flight was uneventful. they offered food in the plane but I fall sleep and could not buy it on time."
Contra: "you can not buy food or drinks close to the gate and you do not know that when is your first flight with them. We had to walk a lot when we checked in and when we arrived. You have to be prepared for than and not carry heavy stuff."
Contra: "Stop trying to sell me things every 10 minutes. I just want to get some sleep. Provide something for free, like peanuts or pretzels, as a nice gesture."

Contra: "I was charged extra for insurance even though I didn't buy it. This feels like a trick. No soap in bathroom"

Contra: "It's my first time i travel with Ryanair...and maybe it will be the last one... i bought the tickets and i paid for it.. because i didn't print it hard copy.. I PAID FOR ANOTHER TWO TICKETS... it's not logical.. maybe this is your policy but take a small extra charge not 100%"
Contra: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."
Pro: "The cabin crew seemed prepared enough to host redneck passengers and other species that often choose traveling low cost (of course)."
Contra: "I purchased priority boarding for nothing. There was no such thing at the gate. Boarding was chaotic."
Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."
Pro: "Ryanair is charging passengers 45 € if no make online check in !!!!"
Pro: "The briefness of the flight"
Contra: "The plane smelled a bit musty and of urine- almost like that of an old folks home. The crew wasn't that pleasant either. Glad it was a short flight."
Pro: "Cleanliness, polite crew, on time departure and landing. Good price."
Contra: "Priority boarding line....weird spit behind columns @ the gate, like we were hiding... uncomfortable spot, no chair / bench to sit for elderly passengers."

Contra: "Muchos problemas en el aeropuerto ."
Pro: "I was made to pay for my carry on bag ostensibly because it was too large. The person ahead of me and the person behind me in the line had the same size bag and were not charged for their bags. The employee definitely had an anti-american attitude. I never want to fly on this airline again. Boarding and disembarking from the plane was like the great wildebeest migration on the Serengeti. No thank you."
Contra: "2 days before our flight we received an e-mail telling us to pay for our bag or we would have an excessive charge. Also, if we didn't print off our boarding pass we would pay a 17 euro fee for each ticket. It's a bit hard to print things while on vacation. This airline is LAME."
Pro: "Nothing! Cheap price does not equal cheap price......"
Contra: "Advertised Price is a facade.... Too many add-on prices once you get to the airport. no thanks.. never again. I will tell a freind! They are super expensive! I think they charged me for my oxygen in the airport and on board! ...RIP OFF AIRLINE!"
