They made everyone go through the same line weather it was wheel chair or not had to wait slot longer seats are also small hurts my legs when flight is finished
Food and the entertainment on the airline was good. The legroom between seats was OK because I am a female and I’m not too tall. As mentioned before the only issue I had was with the luggage. The only allowed one suitcase first passenger on the way to Karachi Pakistan. On the way back they allowed me to suitcase per passenger
Qatar airlines denied issue of any Boarding Pass to me at the Airport Check in counter, siting the reason that pre-booking of Covid Test appointment 'on arrival' at Kolkata Airport (CCU) was a mandatory requirement, even if I was not traveling from (or through) any of the 19 (nineteen) 'AT-RISK' countries notified by Govt.of India for the purpose of International Arrival. Moreover, Air-suvidha form of Govt of India which I had pre-filled with required documents, never asked me or redirected me to any Covid test pre-appointment site 'on arrival' by the international passenger. The QA executive at the Houston (Texas, USA) air-port check in counter informed me about this about this and said it has come from their internal memo. They even denied issuing me a copy or to take any photo of the same internal note. Though as per our understanding the same is not required as per Govt of India's latest guidelines in related to international passengers arriving in any of the Indian airports (including Kolkata). My subsequent telephonic call to Qatar Airways Customer Care centre also did not help. They only could inform me to send a mail using 'feedback' link in the Qatarairways official site and ensured that it would be replied within 12 hours. Even after making a complaint (through Feedback link in QA official website), I have not yet received any reply from them even after 4 days (besides an automated acknowldgement) of my complaint. In none of their earlier communication to me, neither Qatarairways nor by 'Kayak' / Indian Eagle, this requirement (even if it was mandatory) was ever been ever communicated to me. Suffered a huge loss due to this. Very much disappointed with the Qatar airways.
The flight was 2 hour late and they also misplaced luggage of many customer. Including mine.

They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha."
Contra: "There was not enough tome to catch my connecting flight and I had to stay in the airport an additional 6 hours and had to stay the night in the hotel and then get to Portland on another airline 21 hours later than planned."
Contra: "I didn't like that my original return flight selection was changed one month after confirming. The new flight details which were automatically chosen for me had me coming back home a full day later. This forced me to have to select a new return flight with an 8 hour layover."

I did not appreciate having to pay $800 for two Premium Economy pre-selected seats. $400 would have been outrageous itself; the additional $400 was an insult representing a non/refundable amount when the exact same flight had to be the-booked due to a system error. Contra: "All was well with the Airline and British Airways met all the safety protocol, I expected. The booking with Kayak was made online. I had questions after the booking, I called. The representatives were very helpful,. professional and courteous. Thank you."
Contra: "No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost."

Contra: "Booked this flight every last minute and didn't order a Vegan option at the time. Was flying business over lunch time so a meal was served. However there was no vegetarian option on the menu. I expected there to be a vegetarian option at least, and I would work around my dietary choice, but with no vegetarian option, this was impossible to do. In the end the crew managed to rustle up something from the Crew meal and I was able to then have snippets of meal segments that suited my requirements. How could this be prevented in the future? Make available a vegetarian choice on all meal served flights. A Meat eater can eat vegetarian at a push but not the other way around. I know if might be too much to ask to make that a Vegan option as standard, because then every one can eat it, but just putting that out there."

Contra: "Boarding was chaotic - after having first class and preferred passengers board, it was a free for all for all other passengers, which doesn't make a lot of sense and caused a long line. Due to a malfunctioning piece of equipment, the plane was about 90 degrees during boarding and while waiting for takeoff, which was pretty miserable. Temperature was fine after takeoff. The plane itself was very old, seats were cramped, and the screens for movies/tv (and selections themselves) were very poor, which is disappointing for an 8 hour flight. There were no power hookups either, which my Aer Lingus flight a few days beforehand offered. Finally, the passenger in front of me put his seat back while the plane was boarding, making it a struggle to get into my seat while boarding and to get out of it to let others in my aisle out from time to time for the restroom. Can't really blame the last one on the airline, but it added to the misery."
Pro: "The connecting flight got canceled and 24 hours latter we are still in the airport trying to get to our final destination."
Contra: "We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."

Contra: "The flight was delayed due to a sick passenger, but while that was going on, the crew was also scrambling to assign a woman a new seat as a religious man did not want to sit in the same row as a woman (the 3 seat row would've put the woman 2 seats away from the man with the complaint). This is an unfair and misogynistic policy."
