Not the airline's fault, but it was hard to enjoy the last flight for these reasons. Also, water poured ahead of time on trays on 2 occasions instead of seeing them pour it. I was sitting next to a coughing sick person so I wanted to cover my beverages and food as soon as possible. My sound on video didn't work all the time. It kept cutting off. Tried my husband's headphones, but didn't help."

Contra: "I was transferring from an international flight and was not able to check 8n online, thus I didn’t get to choose my seat. I ended up squeezed in a middle seat next to a man who was served a lot of alcohol and took up more than his share of room."

Pro: "Upstairs deck for economy is a small space but is relatively quiet. Boarding was relatively quick through electronic gates where you scan your boarding card. Flight attendant was very personable. She was checking some passenger names as some seemed to have switched seats and remembered mine for the rest of the flight. Something you usually get in business class but a first for me in economy. They also came around several times during the flight with water/juice, and snacks. Entertainment was ok. A mixture of newer movies available."
Contra: "Like all economy seating not much space especially when the person in front reclines their seat. This makes getting in and out of the seat a little difficult. Food a bit limited. 2 main meals for this flight (lunch/dinner) - chicken or pasta for the first one and beef or pasta (again) for the pre-landing meal. Also the attendant didn’t know the translation of the pasta dish from German to English so that was a bit disappointing. One thing to note. I flew Hamburg to Frankfurt to connect to the San Francisco flight with a 1 hour layover. You need to go through passport control in FRA and then I hustled to get to the gate. They were boarding as I arrived but maybe 10 minutes later and I would have missed my flight. No issues with the airline just a cautionary note on the layover time. I would likely book an earlier connecting flight to give a bit more time."

Contra: "I liked everything except the cookie. It reminded me of the low quality supermarket American cookies, way too sweet and flavorless. They used to give little sandwiches, excellent in quality!!! A cookie is good too, but a better one would do a great difference! It was early morning, who would eat a sugary chocolate chip cookie for breakfast? But otherwise, I would fly with Lufthansa again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!!!!!"

This was a completely full flight and no one even mentioned the possibility of checking it; they put me in an early boarding line and put it in a closet. The way they handle this for myself and the other passenger with an instrument made our day, as well as making boarding smoother forbus and everyone else. Really excellent job on that!"

She went back to gate and little while later came back with a comfort seat. Some people seem not to have shown up as the seat next to me stayed open as well. It was very poorly handled."

My bag only arrived almost 35 hours after i already landed Hong Kong, without being able to tell me when exactly and made me sit and wait for them to deliver it at mid-night."

Contra: "As a gluten free person dinner delicious but after 5-6 next hours for breakfast I got few small slices of melon... like really?? This will not feed anyone! For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Contra: "Behavior of AA. We came with AA from Nica to Wien on time and AA did not allowed us to take plane to Zagreb. They changed to latter fly with CA. Shameful and inadmissible !"

I tried again at the counter and was told I need to call 48 hours in advance for a vegetarian meal. I did not find this information on their website nor does it make sense to me that a vegetarian meal should be so hard to get. They should improve this. I had nothing to eat on the flight :-("

When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

Pro: "The aircraft was big and clean, but the seats were not comfortable. No entertainment at all, not sure why it was list for review. My biggest problem was with their communicates. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"

Contra: "1- Tight seats for three big adults in a row of three seats especially for an 8 hour flight! 2- I don't eat pork. Most of the food was pork or mixed with pork even the salad! My options were very limited thus I wasn't well fed."

Contra: "Poor behavior of the flight tender, no humility, poor respect, disgraceful... also the seats in the toilet are defective (all of the passengers noticed this) - the plastic covers when you lift them (open) do not keep vertical position, they always fall down what is very annoying (how can you use the toilet if the cover is falling on your back all of the time?)"

Bathroom doors didn’t work, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up while using it! Yuck! Had to shuttle EVERYWHERE between flights, before and after. Crew was not attentive, and not so friendly either. Only good note was the young lady who checked our bags in Warsaw and helped get our seats together (after the airline messed the seat assignment up in the first place). Ugh. Worst airline I’ve been on."

LOT was clearly understaffed to check in passengers on a small Boeing 737 plane used for the flight. Line moved incredibly slowly, many of us were afraid that we were going to miss the flight.m, with no updates from LOT ground personnel. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Next time I'll just fly Easyjet or Ryan Air. At least. I'll know whatï to expect evo, s"
