Improve gate boarding communication through better sound system and signage.
They wouldn’t let me board. I had to go to the ticket agent 2 times. They canceled my original flight and rebooked me for the next day. Lost my Luggage
Boarding was chaotic since they were short staffed. Staff had to board a different flight before boarding our flight, which made our take off late. However the captain made up most of the time in flight. The steward and stewardesses were outstanding, friendly and helpful. The airline also helped us with the transfer. I’m not sure we would have made it in time by ourselves.
Psychotic boarding personnel shouting at customers to board faster even though they were not to blame for the delays. Everyone with a phone already knew the flight would be delayed but personnel and displays kept insisting everything was on time till we were almost past departure time. This industry needs a massive attitude change.
Food was absolutely terrible…old plane.. small seats

Contra: "No food on the flight! Due to some problems with the catering service, only a small sandwich was available."
Pro: "Nothing was good, Soeacial meal Asian food was pathetic no taste completely bland. Boarding was chaos, too many confusions and crew was clueless. Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care."
Contra: "Everything related to flight could have been better. I have flown Lufthansa multiple times in the past never had such drastic issues like this time. Completely disappointed. Should have booked Qatar instead."

Contra: "Staging at the gate was chaotic and disorganized. The passengers formed a big mob since there were no instructions for where to form lines for an organized boarding. Passengers could not hear boarding instructions from the front desk."
Pro: "The crew was amazingly friendly, efficient, and hardworking."
Contra: "After 7 hours, the seat became very uncomfortable. Not just a Lufthansa issue."
Pro: "The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!"

Contra: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."
Pro: "Crew was friendly and efficient. Plane was newer (and cleaner)."
Contra: "The gates kept changing and people were standing in line without being told how long the wait would be, or what was going on. A little challenging when you have overseas connecting flights ."
Contra: "The airport pretty much shut down for awhile so some flights were canceled. Due to the number of people attempting to check in and go through security, I missed my plane and was rebooked in an economy seat. These glitches occur but one would expect Lufthansa to have had a plan to deliver clear directions."
Contra: "Gate changed ast minute so we had to walk a long way to get to it with 3 kids. Airplane with no entertainment at all. Also the worst was getting to Beirut without 2 of our bags. We got one of them 1 day later and the second 5 days after. When we got the second bag few of our things were gone."

Contra: "Missed my flight because the baggage check in closed, but what bothered me was that the attendant did not give any solutions or help, just coldly said “you can’t get on because you can’t check in your bag” and continued to tell me that I should just throw my luggage and all my things away to at least check in and get my body on the plane. I felt like I had to coerce her for help or advice on what I should do with my situation and she didn’t really give me any beneficial help until right before my gate closed and my plane departed. As customer service, shouldn’t they offer help without having the customer feel like they need to convince the check in attendant to give them alternate solutions?"
Pro: "The view - flying low over the northern extremes of Canada was superb. Thanks to the pilots etc."
Contra: "The flight was late arriving at Frankfurt. I requested a notification to my connecting flight. Crew member frowned, turned away and in formed me, "We don't do that". I ran to the Connecting Lufthansa flight and barely made it on time."
Pro: "Good service.good movies.Good food."
Contra: "Being asked, when other passengers were around me, how much money I cary with me. This is a dangerous thing. I don't know whom I travel with, and I felt at risk knowing that other people know how much cash I have with me. Plus, the money were counted on the passageway to the plane, with people walking by. I strongly believe that you should change the method you ask and check passengers for cash. I heard other details that I shouldn't hear from another women who was also checked. What I ask is PRIVACY."
Contra: "Flight was delayed want to take off. Luggage did not transfer. Four days before luggage will get to us."
Pro: "We had a very kind crew! We traveled with an infant and while boarding was a mess, the crew on board was kind and helpful and did all they could to make it a good experience."
Contra: "Air Canada Rouge operated our flight rather than Lufthansa or other similar airline. This meant that there were no tvs on board, which means the nearly 9 hour flight got very long. Boarding and check-in were also disorganized and many people from lower zones boarded before zone 1 and those with children, m among we had to stand on the ramp for a very long time holding ort baby."
Pro: "The crew was friendly. I did not need to wait in line too much for use of restroom. The flight was on time."
Contra: "Crew was not friendly or very helpful, nothing stood out. As this was the first leg of my international flight, it would have been much better I had proper food, rather than a bag of 6 pretzels, especially since I had to be at the airport three hours earlier, and I had a six hour layover in Newark."
Pro: "Efficient boarding. On time departure."
Contra: "The crew we had was very impatient and irritated quickly. The flighy attendent name was Jorge. Starting at the beggining of the flight before we took of I asked him about the head phones. One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."
Contra: "They scheduled our connection flight from Munich to Dulles Wash DC to close to our arrival. For example, the flight from Athens landed just four minutes before boarding started for our connection and we had to go through German customs. Luckily for us there were many passengers on the Athens flight that were also going on Dulles flight the airline waited for the passengers. This scheduling issue caused unnecessary stress that could have been avoided."
Pro: "clean cabin"
Contra: "AC was broken, set on plane for an hour sweating terribly, had to stress to make connecting flight, barely made it. Movie selection did not appeal to me. Seat was super narrow and my seat did not recline fully, pure torture."
Pro: "Enough leg room in economy class and feather pillows with cotton pillowcases made all the difference! They served lunch,dinner, and two snacks. Nice and clean bathrooms, very nice crew."
Contra: "I wish they had new movies, but overall, they offered a good entertainment."
Pro: "I appreciate the taxi, in Munich airport, to my next connection."

Talked to the crew about it and was advised to use the dressing to make it better!!! Still would have been rotten underneath. Was not offered a replacement. They ran out of chicken and only served pasta. No choice!!!"
