(it was a lap-ticket, no seat) When we arrived at the check-in counter, they said that because it was a lap ticket, we are allowed only a baggage of 10KG piece. We were delayed at the checkin counter with a baby in our hands, and humiliated (as people in the line behind us started to get nervous). I'm definitely gonna write a mail to VAYAMA agency. And I'm extremely disappointed. At the end, after maybe 20 minutes (which seems like forever) they let us check in the baggage we had."

The agent was not willing to refund the money I paid and give us ordinary seats. Apparently, with Air Europa, money goes only one way. Still, cheap, so may be attractive."

Sure enough, I missed the connection, and the Air Europa staff in Madrid were even less helpful, showing practically no problem-solving ability and even less empathy. In the end, I couldn't leave Madrid until 24 hours later and had to cancel half of my weekend plans in New York, frustrating friends and family who were expecting me. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. The indifference shown by Air Europa staff was outrageous."

Contra: "it was announce a delay of 1h which in the end it was 3hours without any further announcements... they offer vouchers for drinks and food but they did not announce accordingly, I found out only when I was boarding..."
Pro: "Direct connection"
Contra: "A 5 hour Ryanair flight is a terrible thing... Delayed 35 mins, kept the cabin lights on and sold fags for the whole flight, even though we took off at 8:30pm. They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."
Pro: "It was on time which was good"
Contra: "The selection of food available was poor for vegans Glad I packed my own snacks ir else I would have starved"
Contra: "Unfortunately, I fell asleep the minute the flight took off and I woke up after the plane landed, so I didn’t get to experience anything in-flight. It will be nice if you get onboard WiFi in the future though"
Contra: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"
Pro: "Smooth flight (thank the weather Gods)."
Contra: "Extra fee for a boarding pass, extra fee for pre-paid checked bags, total confusion @ check-in. RyanAir blows."
Pro: "Punctuality, quick check in procedures."
Pro: "I got assigned to the seat I requested"
Contra: "I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."
Contra: "The staff st the gate was extremely rude to all people. If you asked a question you got a rude answer/response. Was not a good flight at all"
Pro: "Staff were very friendly and very patient with difficult passengers!"
Contra: "Plane felt cramps, but it was a low price so to be expected."
Contra: "We did not have internet and computer access during our trip and when we arrived at the airport to check in we were told that there was a high fee for airport checkin. Never in my 30 years of airline travel have i experienced such s redicilous and outragous thing. I paid 196 euros today because we were not able to check in online rven though Ryanaiir had several checkin counters!. This was certainly the last time i flew with Ryanair and I will share this experience with my friends and family."
Contra: "Flight bit cramped in seats"
Pro: "Once we boarded, we had to wait 45 minutes to take off. Apparently, there was a problem w/ air traffic control, but no one said anything until about 25 minutes of waiting."
Contra: "The flight crew in the cabin were very unfriendly and not the least bit helpful."
Pro: "Liked no pressure sales from crew, but was there if you needed them and helpful very pleasant done their job well, would use again but if alternative carrier might consider them due to comments below."
Contra: "Seats uncomfortable due to shiny covering, slide in seats when asleep ended up with bad back during break, just a suggestion being gluten free ( not a lifestyle choice) would suggest this being added to menu might make more sales as lots of us about and makes you feel cared for."
Pro: "Efficient, good value and on time"
Contra: "Non priority Queue and the fact that my bags were put in the hold."
Pro: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Contra: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."
Pro: "The Price of the flight that was all."
Contra: "Very unorganized no idea about time scheduling boarding right up until take off and then spent nearly a further hour trying to get off of the run way. No reason given just blamed ground staff at the airport no apology felt very unprofessional. Should of made me effort explaining why we were delayed had to cancel plans as we were nearly an hour later than taking off was planned."
Pro: "The pilot was friendly."
Contra: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."
Contra: "Automatically being allocated seats apart from each other"
Pro: "The quick boarding to take off"
Contra: "Making you pay extra to sit with your fellow travelers Making you pay a stupid amount to change the name, even though it was weeks before the flight"
Contra: "if you come on board with babies, put them in the back, not in the middle of the plane. not everyone needs to suffer!!!!"
Pro: "It got me home"
Contra: "Boarding was slow, seats not together unless you pay, uncomfortable seats, park up in poor location meaning you have to go up and down steps. Not good with push chair"
Pro: "Cheap"
Contra: "Seats don't recline and a bit cramped."
Pro: "Price"
Contra: "Uncomfortable, no leg or arm room especially when sat next to people who are too big for their seats!"
Pro: "Nothing, I would rather pay more next time to take a flight that offered better service."
Contra: "After everyone qued to get on plane last minute change in gate, everyone stampeded to new gate, flight to London very stressful. While in England we were worried about whether we would even get flight back with reports that multiple flights were cancelled due to messing up on pilots vacations. No services unless you paid, the stewardesses constantly peddling items for sell which was annoying."
Pro: "Staff was friendly on plane"
Contra: "Changed gate three times , 1 1/2 hrs late. Not accurate times given when it changed. On ground staff could have done better. System of boarding- all for themself created at least extra 20 min. Should board by rows"
Pro: "Very quick service! We paid for two checked bags and priority boarding which made this flight especially smooth. The service was friendly and fast."

Contra: "The landing very bumpy"
Contra: "I tried to do the check in on my phone and it showed that i did it. But when I got to airport I found out I did not do correctly and needed to pay 50 euro extra per ticket. It was confusing and I had not been prepare to use internet too much on my vacation abroad. This made it very confusing and difficult to try and do emailing on my old phone. And Not something any of the other flight bookings I made required. Or had such a high charge for not doing. Why isn't just buying ticket enough? Why did I need to do an added checkin, with such a high cost. And the people at airport were not understanding or helpful at all. What a hassle and pain to spend same amount as ticket itself practically."
Pro: "On time."
Contra: "Pouches in seat in front of you would be nice. Would also be nice if they would assign seats together for people travelling together."
Pro: "Attention. Speedy boarding. Allowing to travel backpacking. Overall the whole experience is always great with them."
Contra: "Check in was a hassle. Had to go through the line twice. The machine wouldn't read my electronic boarding pass. I wasn't the only one."
Contra: "Ran out of everything always."
Pro: "Polite staff. Flight departed on time. Pleasant flight."
Contra: "My seat/seating area was littered with crisps, this was very obvious to anyone and should have been cleaned up. The seat tray was sticky."

Pro: "Was not able to fill out this survey on my IPAD, but I would have given it a great rating."
Contra: "Flight was late and this information is displayed nowhere else than at the airport. Very poor communication with the customers, like always."
Pro: "Flight and crew and service were good once we got to the gate and on the plane."
Contra: "We were required to have a printed boarding pass, and since we were traveling it was difficult to get prior to getting to the airport. Once we got to the airport, we were bandied about from one desk to another, then told we would have to go spend money at a computer/printer station, or else pay 15 pounds."
Pro: "The plane made it to Las Palmas"
Contra: "8 drunk women shouted and disrupted other's quiet"
Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."
