It was fine. No complaints.
Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Contra: "Worst airline"
Pro: "The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers."

They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."

Pro: "Boarding was quick and tickets are very affordable."

Pro: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."
Contra: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"
Pro: "The crew is doing its best job given the cards they gave been given to play with !"

Contra: "Chaotic airport Messy check in The bus was parked for almost 20 mins before heading to the plane. The flight was late for 30+mins and it was very crowded."
Contra: "Awful experience with Latvian staff during boarding. Luggage passed weight and size inspection from Milan to Riga. It has also passed inspection in Riga, but was checked again during boarding. Staff did not want to work with us and penalized my kid by charging him 53 Euro luggage fee. Disappointed that some staff members have suaded us to never fly Ryanair again"
Pro: "The flight was slightly delayed"

Contra: "Plane was filthy, covered in rubbish, crisps, dirty seats. There were no drinks left to buy as it was the last flight of the day, no milk for tea which wasn't good."

Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."
Pro: "They were professional and efficient"
Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."
Pro: "Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each."
Contra: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"
Pro: "New plane. Fast easy boarding with priority pass"
Contra: "No back of seat storage for stuff. Food and drink expemsive No entertainment"
Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Contra: "The on-line check-in site for Ryanair is terrible. Not at all user friendly. Of course this may be deliberate because if you have to check-in at the airport, they extract a big fee from you."
Contra: "Everything was great!"
Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Contra: "Had to pay 50 extra since did not check in online"
Pro: "Seating was not bad. However it seems they made no effort to seat couples together."
Contra: "My flight over doubled its cost when I got to the airport because I was not able to check in or print a boarding pass beforehand and had not prepaid for luggage. Not sure how that adds up to 208 extra euros when my flight cost 160 euros. I do not have an international phone plan and was not able to do this on my phone but so far have had no issues with getting a boarding pass and luggage completed at the airport. And the service there was terrible. There was no order to the line, people kept pushing in and they would just take them ahead. Also the manner of which they dealt with customers was very rushed, rude, and impatient. This is the second review I have written in my life because I don't feel the need to usually, but I wish I knew this beforehand and wanted to share."
Pro: "Effective service point A to B. Flew from Hamburg Manchester and seated 17A. Leg room good on the exit row."
Contra: "New slimline seats will be difficult for anything more than 2 hours"
Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Pro: "For the price of this ticket the service was really good there are improvements but for the price of the ticket I can't complain at anything"

Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"
Pro: "The flight was painless and the staff were very kind throughout the flight."

Contra: "Initial check in was horrendous, even though I had a carry on size luggage the flight crew at the gate told me I had to make my luggage smaller. How is one suppose to shrink the size of their luggage when there is no extra bag to remove items into. .... then she said take it out or else check in bag prices are 60 Euros. So once i did remove.barely nothing.. do you know what happened? They gave me a free check in...held up the line."
Pro: "I hated everything"
Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."
Pro: "Easy online Check In Low price Friendly welcoming on counter and on plane"
Pro: "The flight attendants were very funny and friendly. They were proffessional and helpful."
Contra: "There was nothing I could eat. None of it appetising. And not even about cost."
