Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."
Pro: "I liked the ability to have some air circulation, which was not offered in the first flight, so that was nice. The ride was smooth, quick, and mostly comfortable, although I did wish I could have a little more elbow room. There was no entertainment, but that was also fine because the flight was fairly short. Overall, I don’t have any complaints."

Contra: "Boading priority was not possible, due to the massive amount of people crowding the entrance. Very hectic and uncoordinated boarding process. I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

Check Emirates or other similar fare bracket airlines to understand the gravity of Lufthansa food problem. If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. They checked on him frequently during the rest of the flight and made arrangements to get us assistance off the airplane in Detroit and through the crowded airport in record time in order to get him to the ER as soon as possible. We are so grateful to them for their caring help during what could have been a very embarrassing situation."

The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Contra: "Well, I can't say I wasn't entirely expecting this. There was over an hour and half delay. Nothing announced. We were in the dark. The plane didn't arrive on time, nothing announced. Boarding was delayed, nothing announced. When boarding was complete, there was an indefinite delay that was only announced quite a bit later. Anyway, the whole experience, including naming Charleroi airport as "South Brussels" is not something I intend to repeat."
Contra: "...after everyone had already boarded. Then put us on a bus to Porto."
Pro: "The flight was delayed. No one took charge of boarding. Passengers talked over announcements."
Contra: "Ryanair charges 50 Euro per person to check in at the airport!!! Never heard of such a thing and was caught completely blindsided by having to pay such a ridiculous fee for doing what all airlines everywhere do for free!"
Pro: "If you are flying Iceland air it's for the great value, the friendly and courteous crew, and the chance to see the Icelandic landscape from the air. We did not try the food for sale."
Contra: "Boarding and transfers in Reykjavik can be quick and chaotic, leaving little to no time for the food purchases and bathroom stops you probably need. Also don't plan on having access to a large selection of current entertainment. Plan ahead."

Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."
Pro: "First time on Ryanair. Probably ok if you are 25 and have no checked luggage. If it's only marginally more expensive, travel with another airline."

Contra: "Check-in was a nightmare. I was on international travel with no PC, only phone and Ipad. I downloaded their ap on the phone, as they do not have an Ipad version. After tedious set up of account, I went through and completed the check-in procedure the day before the flight. However, when I attempted to download my boarding pass, the ap failed. I went to the airport 3 hours early. No attendant to be found so that problem could be resolved. less than 1.5 hours before the flight time, and after standing in line for 1 agent, I was told I could not be checked in, because I did not have a boarding pass, and I would have to purchase one from a service desk (different airline was providing service). The service agent said the Ryanair ap should have worked, and called them to request a waiver on the charge. They refused. I had to go back to the gate desk in order to check in, and very nearly missed my flight. Never again!"
Pro: "The two seats next to me on the plane were vacant, so I was able to spread out and pretend I was in first class."
Contra: "They have you stand in line 30 mins before the flight. By the time you board the plane, you're stiff and unhappy."

Pro: "This was my first time on Ryanair. The plane was no less comfortable than other standard planes I've been on. I didn't check a bag, I didn't buy any extras. I don't fly with cheap airlines in the US on principle based on the many horror stories I've heard, so I was a bit nervous about Ryanair. My trip was mostly very easy going though, so I really appreciated that I didn't end up paying what I'd saved on the ticket in some other way. All in all, I would say it was just fine. If you're going to fly around Europe with just some carry-ons, you'd be silly not to go with a budget airline. You're in the air for such a short time anyway!"
Contra: "Was really annoying to have to check in ahead of time and print my boarding pass at home, only to still have to stand in line to get the visa stamp as a US Passport holder. They should have a line for people checking in luggage and another for the stamp because it's really frustrating to wait 20+ minutes for a 10 second interaction. What's the point of self check-in if you still have to wait in line anyway?"
Pro: "What staff they do bother to hire try their best with the little they are given."
Contra: "Online chat confirmed I'd paid for a checked bag, but had to pay again. One check-in employee, long line. Flight gate changed abruptly. Much standing in line, as though all the chairs had been stolen."
