Flight has been canceled and no assistance was offered at Frankfurt Airport to guide us through. We stayed there for more than 8h with no help from anyone
Ty e bathrooms could be kept better . The crew could pass waiter or some juices during the flight as it used to be before . The guys could be more friendly during the flight .
Pro: "The crew was Ok except at the beginning when they could help more inside the plane with finding the seating."
Contra: "I missed the plane shopping because i don’t recall seeing the crew after the meal offering it. I heard the announcement at the beginning of the flight so I was looking forward to make purchases. Later when I asked it was already closed."

Contra: "Super crowded gate -- but that's more the CDG problem than Norwegian's one."

Contra: "Had wait in line for more than 1.5 hours to check in (no self-serve kiosk) and then conform to the 10kg carry-on (both backpack and suitcase) rule which didn't happen on the first flight. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the whole process of dealing with Norwegian is confusing."

Contra: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."
Contra: "Our flight was 9 hours late. We were given no notice of this until we arrived at the gate. it took an hour if holding before we could reach customer service. Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."

Pro: "The seats are comfortable and the plane was clean and well-presented."
Contra: "The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

Apparently the equipment was changed and I did not learn that I would need a seat re-assignment until I scanned my boarding pass during boarding. (However, the gate agent was quick to accommodate)."
Contra: "There were no Lufthansa representatives in Frankfurt airport upon my arrival. Also my connecting flight wasn't showing on electronic board. I had to get WiFi connection in order to get any info. I was very unhappy about it ."

Contra: "Unreliable domestic Lufthansa flights (in Germany) connected to this international one, and the departure time history for this LH400 proved typical for this flight, which ultimately left nearly 2 hours late despite good local weather. An announcement cited technical difficulties with the originally scheduled plane. Several small groups we recognized from embarkation on this LH400 flight filed lost luggage claims, as we did. Uncharacteristically bad planning by LH on food choices left our rows near the front of Economy without a choice of meals: only pasta, tasty though it was, was available. The chicken option was gone. The flight status video program function did not work for anybody near us despite three equipment restarts by the crew."

Contra: "We waited over an hour for two people to board the plane. After we waited, the couple didn't make it past security; so, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the company to take their luggage off of the plane. I was late checking into my hotel, which was in the process of being canceled."

The lights in the inside of the plane were like strobe lights, poor functioning.

Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."

It’s what you’d expect from a trip that only cost £14.99 each way... But, the things that don’t cost anything, the things you’d expect from any big brand weren’t there at all. Zero communication from staff about why the fliight was delayed (until we landed at Frankfurt) Zero personality from the staff. They looked unhappy, or overworked, or bored... Lufthansa, British Airways, AA, etc... all happy staff. Staff weren’t even communicating verbally... they mimed a lot of stuff... The safety breif was disorganised and they had to repeat it as the pilot interrupted... and the pilots announcements were very unclear, due to a lack of pronunciation of the words he was saying. If I was to offer a suggestion as to how this could be fixed, Inwould suggest that it has something to do with poor recruiting, low staff morale, or something similar"
Contra: "They charge a $100 late fee for not checking in online 2 hours before flight. We were at the airport 2 hours before flight waiting inline and was told we had to print our own boarding pass. The fees were almost more than the flight. They also charge hefty fees for baggage fees. It's in your best interests to choose another airline."

I would dare to say that hinders travelers that are planning on visiting Ireland as well as Great Britain. In Great Britain you can travel by train for less money and free bags, plus a lot less security and delays."

Contra: "The boarding process is ridiculous. First they force you to check-in online. We had a very spotty internet connection on Santorini (on an island - shocker!) so it took me almost an hour to get the app to finally let me check-in. Then they forced us to print out our boarding passes (they wouldn't allow electronic boarding passes for non-eu members). Unfortunately our small villa didn't have a working printer. So...we were charged $18 per person just to print out the freaking boarding passes. Are you kidding me??? Absolutely asinine. Then we had to go through a ridiculous line to drop our bags, another ridiculous line to get our passports checked (and this was a domestic flight), then we had to sit on the floor because the waiting area ran out of seats, then forced to stand outside in the heat for another 10-15 minutes waiting on the bus. Uggh. One of the worst experiences I've had flying (and I've been to 46 countries)..."

Contra: "Finding our way around the terminal. We finally found the check baggage and checked them. Then we went to security which was at the opposite end of the terminal but we were sent back to baggage to have our boarding passes stamped with the visa stamped. Then it was back to security."
Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."

Contra: "I don't like the factory-"get em out, get em in" mentality. We were lined up and put outside before the plane was even de-boarded from its last flight. We watched (in the freezing cold) while the plane de-boarded and I'm thinking.....aren't they even going to clean the plane? I'm sure they go around and pick up trash but there is no way they would have time to clean the trays. Then we were whipped into the plane. The seats were the smallest I have EVER sat in. It was almost impossible to keep your arms off the arm-rests. I hate that you are penalized if you don't have a printed boarding-pass. We almost didn't as the web-site was down the day before we flew and we ALMOST couldn't get our boarding passes printed - due to no fault of ours. When we called to say the web site was down, there was NO HELP or understanding. Not sure I want to fly with Ryanair again."
Pro: "SO CHEAP - $60 round trip from stockholm to london"
Contra: "Cramped seats, no recline, TOO MANY LONG QUEUES, v expensive to check a bag"
