Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!
O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!
Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).

Pro: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."
Contra: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. Contra: "We got the feeling that the price is low but the company will do all it takes to FAIL the customer and make him pay more. For example, the customer must check in online. if not done properly the cost is about 100 euro more, AND the online check in procedure is not working that well, you need to press buttons several times in order for it to work (and I have a good phone), and if you give up in the middle it will cost you. More on that we did a mistake and did not purchase luggage for the way back, when we went to the desk to buy it (after standing more than 2 hours in the check in), we were told to pay 40 euros, where the price is 23 if paid online. we asked to talk to a manager and get the regular price for the suitcase, the cashier said "no problem i can call him, but then you will miss the flight..." and in the meantime there were still lots of people in the check in line... The service is very slow and not pleasant, and the crew always give you the feeling you are not ok. I understand the price is low and this is a lo cost flight, but this should not happen no matter what is the price."

I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"

Contra: "I think standing in line for so long before boarding is ridiculous. Also, according to the gate staff my husbands bag ,which was smaller than mine, required a baggage fee as did mine. €110! On the return flight my husband was able to get his bag through and it fit just fine. He noticed mine would have fit as well. But another €55 for mine. Not much of a bargain."

The plane took of with more than 70min delay. Announcements from the crew were not understandable, After landing in Stansted, the gate was not ready (due to the ground crew again) and we had to wait 10min before the gate. Luggage took forever."

Things work differently which is fine but the airline should really inform you that in order to progress through to passport control you need to go to the check in desk (even though you checked in online ages ago) to get a stamp. It took ages and ages and the lack of communication was annoying. Ryanair sent out an email warning about longer security waits but didn't specify. The problem is most people who travel Ryanair don't have bags to check in so naturally like every other place you would go straight through. And if that's not the case then tell people!!! Very frustrating."

Contra: "The boarding process was hectic and disorganised, the plane set off late as Ryanair always do, there were incredibly loud and rude customers onboard which the staff did nothing about. The seats weren't comfortable at all and the headrests were awful. Generally just an uncomfortable plane, the new design looks nicer but the seats are a lot thinner and it shows Just felt very cheap, the flights weren't even particularly cheap either"

Contra: "When I bought the ticket, i was not clearly informed that we HAD to check in online before arriving to the airport. This was a huge issue. I held off checking in because I wasn't sure if my bag would fit in the overhead bins as I didn't have a tape measure. So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again."

They required me to print my tickets even though I had a download of tickets on my phone. Flight attendants were not pleasant as if they didn't like their job."

The check-in area at Dublin as poor signage as I needed to get my booking pass stamped & passports checked The seats didn't recline & because I am not tall the head rest curve pushes my head forward (on most planes) have gap behind neck so very uncomfortable only helped by reclining seat. Boarding messy as no seat order called hence isles blocked, most planes load back seats first keeping isles free, this plane had back & front stair gangways but weren't told."
