On the flight back, a bunch of people were handing those sandwiches back to the stewardesses after looking at them. Now I know why. I went to 25 countries on this trip, and this was low-light number either A1 or A2, depending on how the other thing shakes our financially. I had 3 flights on TAROM, and only one of them sickened me to the extent that I had to throw up."

(it was a lap-ticket, no seat) When we arrived at the check-in counter, they said that because it was a lap ticket, we are allowed only a baggage of 10KG piece. We were delayed at the checkin counter with a baby in our hands, and humiliated (as people in the line behind us started to get nervous). I'm definitely gonna write a mail to VAYAMA agency. Then because they didn't email my boarding passes as promised I was fined $50.00 per pass to have then print them (x4). I won't say never but it WILL be a cold day in hell before I ever fly Ryan Air again!!!"
Contra: "Due to a malfunction on our previous flight's plane which resulted in a 3hr delay, we missed our connection flight on RyanAir. They didn't accommodate us at all and we had to purchase a whole new flight, that departed 10hrs later but couldn't check in for 8 hours to get past security. So we had to just hang out at Athens Airport for 8hrs with all our luggage and minimal services after traveling for 15hrs."

Sent us to the cashier two times separately to pay for checkin bags and for the boarding passes. When we did not understand the extra round trips to the cashier the agent yelled at us. If you must fly RyanAir -make sure you pay for every thing on line ahead of the tIme and unless you are a back packer do not think you are getting a bargain price."

As we a bearing the podium the agent says the bag is to big and demands I pay 65 euros. I am trying to explain to her that the bag will fit. Long story short they got 65 euros out of me. I probably won't fly them again ."

Contra: "The entire check in process is a joke. They have no signs or employees standing there telling you where to go, so you wait in line with everyone else. Then you get to the ticket counter and they tell you you need to go to a counter behind in order to get boarding pass + pay for baggage claim. We wasted 45 minutes in a line that could have been avoided if they were more willing to help their customers upfront."

Contra: "Be prepare for surprised$€£¥! Ryanair wil always find a way to get from you ~4x the cost of you ticket. They will have a charge for everything (check in at the airport=€45, select seats,etc) and you will be told from this at the check-in time. I though I was prepared to avoid all these surprises, but at the boarding time they told to most of the passengers they need to check at least one carry in item because there will be no space. They charge us €65 to check one carry on luggage, even though it complied with carry on dimensions and weight. If this surprise charge of €65 is compare to the €18 cost of the ticket (from ATH to JTR) you will note you will actually pay 4x of the ticket cost."
