I am of relatively normal (althletic) build not overweight or unusually tall etc. They initially told me there were no other free seats so I ended up sat on the floor. Turns out there were free seats. They lied."

She was so happy of their thoughtfulness for carrying her luggage, driving her wheelchair, checking in for her w/her passport & picking up her luggage at the baggage round, that she tipped him $20. She made us sure that she would LOVE to fly alone back home again to the PH without us as long as she has airline assistance. A hint for us! She also liked how there was more foot room for economy seats than in Delta & EvaAir for this long trip & it helped her stretch her legs, as well as, the little Emirates pocket bag they give w/ear plugs & a eye mask with socks."

The Emirates counter was closed and we had to go back to the Jet Blue counter and magically found our reservation. They were unapologetic and annoyed that we were asking them too many questions. But overall, the experience with Emirates was good."

Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.
A quality of airline is determined on how they handle things when something goes wrong. My 1st flight was delayed by 5 hrs and I missed my connection. This was applicable to all connecting passengers on the flight. There was no communication on what was going on. It would have been helpful if somebody made an announcement that they are working on rebooking and asking us to be patient. There was a mad dash at the rebooking counter with almost 200 passengers crowding around 3 booking agents. There was no crowd management. The message I got from them was inconsistent as well. Just a total mess. When things go well, Qatar is a great airline, but when things don't go well... they absolutely suck. I had a 14 hour layover in Doha because of Qatar's fault and they did not provide hotel stay and I was business class passenger who payed top dollar for this shitty service.

Everything was good but they need to improve on time
Coach seats are just too cramped for an 14 hour and 45 minute flight. Not the airlines fault, that is just the way it is today. Great incentive to upgrade to Business Class, but that would have been an extra $970, not in the budget for my company. I will say this, the meals and flight attendants are world class, even in Coach. I had a blind woman sitting in front of me and the genuine care that the flight attendant proactively provided was heartwarming and inspirational. I was moved by the personal touch and genuinely sincere interest by the fight attendant in this woman's experience and safety. Every aspect of the journey, this particular flight attendant made the airline proud.
More monitoring of passengers wearing musks. Some passengers had their musks off and flights attendants didn’t enforce. That was disappointing
Comfortable flight, very kind crew. Food was average. Good night use my headset to listen to movies and music which is typical for airlines. Why not offer a subtitles on All movies? I was told to be at the airport 3 1/2 hours before flight but boarding did not start until 2 1/2 hours before flight. In ability to check in online remains frustrating

We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

They will be hearing from me."
Contra: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Contra: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Contra: "Flight into and out of indiapolis was delayed by 2 hours. Missed my connection flight to LHR because of the delay. never had such a flying experience. Flight was operated by Delta. I won't be flying them again."

Sone pleasant staff. On time. No AA staff at gate at boarding time in PHL. Most staff engaged with one another, but not very attentive with customers.
There were no TV's or entertainment unless you used your own device.
Typical flight to Peoria. Had to deplane in Dallas due to lack of AC and other technical problems.

She wasn't even trying to be silent, which I thought was a bit shameless on her part and mostly why I'm writing this review. (Maybe she wasn't smart enough to think some of us understood English?) Very unprofessional."
Pro: "Personal TVs with many movie and game options. I also liked that I could view the flight map and timing details. Meals and crew were great too!"

Contra: "One half hour before boarding we learned there was a delay. Obviously, American Airlines knew way before this time of the delay. At 6:00 p.m we were told they were bringing another plane from the hanger. The plane showed up around 9:00 p.m ... must be a long trip from the hanger. Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

Contra: "Although this isn't new info, but the exit row seats are garbage. They should remove a seat and make the remaining seats wider. When trying to use the arm rest table the Flight Attendant just watch me struggle and didn't help. So I just gave up."

Pro: "All the staff were super friendly and warm. The customer service was top notch - beyond beyond amazing. The seats were comfortable. And the cups for our complimentary beverage weren't kids sized! I received a normal cup! The whole experience was a breath of fresh air."
Contra: "There was only one *tiny* negative... baggage. It would have exceeded my expectations if baggage was included instead of an additional fee. But this is wouldn't deter me from flying with American Airlines."

Contra: "Allergies. American Airlines must do a better job of accommodating children with peanut allergies. It is obvious they do not get the serious health issue and life threatening situation of the allergy. Our family traveling to Disney on AA had a very uncomfortable ride."

Contra: "The flight attendants both seemed unhappy and we're not very polite. They hardly came through the cabin at all. It took a while to get anything. They mostly just stayed in the back talking to each other. The pilot didn't greet us. Just stood there when we walked in. And there was a kid screaming for most of the trip. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."
Pro: "Excellent aircraft. EJR190. Not big but very comfortable aircraft. AA has decided to give actual leg room. Nice experience even in the back of the aircraft."
Contra: "AA needs to work on boarding logistics at LaGuardia. It's confusing to have to shuttle across the tarmac to another terminal. If the flight times had been closer I would not have arrived in time to board."
Contra: "Didn't even get on the flight due to delay out of KSMF and I talked to the ticket lady and this has been happening very regularly due to runway construction in Phoenix. Yet the airline won't let you know or change the schedules they just take your money knowing they will likely not be able to deliver the desired product."
