The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Contra: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

They told me they sent my phone a text message but I never received anything. I use kayak to book all of my flights and it sucks that you guys work with a company who basically tricks people who book with them by providing cheap tickets and then charging bogus fees. I'm disappointed."
Contra: "Crew at the door was rude. They stopped us and tried to charge us 50€ for one of our luggage because of the size, when other passengers with the same size of luggage were passing just fine. Terrible service. The aircraft had no leg room and was hot inside. We will never book a flight with this airline again."

Priority boarding is a joke- you pay for the right to be boarded first in the bus that takes all the people to the plane. Guess what? This means that you pat for having the privilege to wait in the owen! Shame on yoy Ryanair!"

Contra: "Be prepare for surprised$€£¥! Ryanair wil always find a way to get from you ~4x the cost of you ticket. They will have a charge for everything (check in at the airport=€45, select seats,etc) and you will be told from this at the check-in time. I though I was prepared to avoid all these surprises, but at the boarding time they told to most of the passengers they need to check at least one carry in item because there will be no space. They charge us €65 to check one carry on luggage, even though it complied with carry on dimensions and weight. If this surprise charge of €65 is compare to the €18 cost of the ticket (from ATH to JTR) you will note you will actually pay 4x of the ticket cost."

We thought our luggage will not arrive - and she was rude and stressing us out. 0/10 for her"
Pro: "It's affordable and Ryanair offer a lot of routes, so really when you're planning a complicated trip, they're a good option at times."
Contra: "Their check-in systems are really brutal. We were flying with a 20 month old and had overweight bags. We were happy to pay for them but we had to go find an attendant to take our payment because their automated system doesn't do that. I know they're saving money on staffing but I had to seriously consider if it was worth saving a few hundred dollars to go through some pretty epic frustration."
