Pro: "A340-600 is a wonderful plane, but economy is too cramped. The stewards do their job of feeding the "cattle", which lacks any personal service."

The second thing that irritates me is that one of the flight attendant approached me and was asking if I want chicken beef or pasta and I said chicken and she was like that is not an option in a very rude tone as of I am dumb or deaf of some sort. The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. Instead she was giving an really bad attitude about it. Very irritated"

For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) Contra: "Hi, We've booked the flight using Kayak, with VAYAMA agency. It was clearly stated in the e-ticket that we were allowed a baggage of 23KG piece for our infant baby. (it was a lap-ticket, no seat) When we arrived at the check-in counter, they said that because it was a lap ticket, we are allowed only a baggage of 10KG piece. We were delayed at the checkin counter with a baby in our hands, and humiliated (as people in the line behind us started to get nervous). I'm definitely gonna write a mail to VAYAMA agency. And I'm extremely disappointed. At the end, after maybe 20 minutes (which seems like forever) they let us check in the baggage we had."

It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Pro: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Contra: "Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Contra: "Boarding started before all the passengers of the previous flight were disembarked from the plane, so we had to wait in the tunnel that goes from the gate to the plane. Another very disappointing thing is that you cannot choose your seat, but you are given one randomly from the system."

Pro: "Literally nothing. Awful experience and to make matters worse we weren't even served peanuts."
Contra: "Didn't like how they charged me a fee that was more than the price of my ticket because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. At no point was I warned about this penalty. They told me they sent my phone a text message but I never received anything. I use kayak to book all of my flights and it sucks that you guys work with a company who basically tricks people who book with them by providing cheap tickets and then charging bogus fees. I'm disappointed."

Contra: "Crew at the door was rude. They stopped us and tried to charge us 50€ for one of our luggage because of the size, when other passengers with the same size of luggage were passing just fine. Terrible service. The aircraft had no leg room and was hot inside. We will never book a flight with this airline again."

Contra: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"

Contra: "Families have to pay extra to sit together. Children should automatically be seated with their parents. Basic safeguarding standards should be priority, not making more money out of necessity."

Pro: "Loved the speed and efficiency of everything; we arrived from Dublin to Gatwick 25 minutes early. Plenty of opportunity for inflight purchases for such a small flight which was great!"

Contra: "Flight cancelled and had to spend 4X to book another comparable flight."

Contra: "We felt exactly like cattle going into the cattle car ... 4 hours LATE! No employee treated us as humans."

Contra: "The flight had over 1 hour delay. After we left the gate, the company kept us in a hall without air condition for over 20-30 minutes in a space where the temperature was over 40 Celsius! Priority boarding is a joke- you pay for the right to be boarded first in the bus that takes all the people to the plane. Guess what? This means that you pat for having the privilege to wait in the owen! Shame on yoy Ryanair!"

Contra: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours, which was a bummer because I missed the check-in window for my hotel in Italy. We also had to walk out onto the runway to board and then had to head back inside. The crew sold us on products throughout the trip."

Contra: "Why did I pay for a priority que ? The point being exactly what ? The herding of customers into a cattle gate affair ? Last call 45 mins before the flight. Cheap flight - cheap organised. I note below someone has stated crew were professional and VERY entertaining ...... thatnis not professional I am afraid. A crew that is busy entertaining the passengers is a crew that lacks focus on the primary role of the cabin safety ... Human Factors !"

Contra: "No problem with flight"

Contra: "Be prepare for surprised$€£¥! Ryanair wil always find a way to get from you ~4x the cost of you ticket. They will have a charge for everything (check in at the airport=€45, select seats,etc) and you will be told from this at the check-in time. I though I was prepared to avoid all these surprises, but at the boarding time they told to most of the passengers they need to check at least one carry in item because there will be no space. They charge us €65 to check one carry on luggage, even though it complied with carry on dimensions and weight. If this surprise charge of €65 is compare to the €18 cost of the ticket (from ATH to JTR) you will note you will actually pay 4x of the ticket cost."

Pro: "The seats were fairly descent and comfy. More leg more then I expected."
Contra: "The boarding was a bit disorganized with really long lines"

Pro: "Early arrival. Very friendly crew which is not always the case with ryanair."

Contra: "1 and a quarter hours and 4 attempts to land on Bari airport. Information very poor. Capitain said due to air traffic issues (on Bari!?). Looked like we were having problems with the landing gear. Happy we made it."

Contra: "As usual an uncomfortable flight (no reclining seats) but you're in the air such a short period of time it hardly matters"

Pro: "Cheap, efficient, works!"
Contra: "Customer service is just bad. We had to self check in and self drop bag. We intentionally went to a lady to help us she said "this is self check in and you have to do it alone", in the process we had a mistake so she asked "why did you do that, the machine told you not to" - that's exactly how you should NOT treat your customers. We thought our luggage will not arrive - and she was rude and stressing us out. 0/10 for her"

Pro: "It's affordable and Ryanair offer a lot of routes, so really when you're planning a complicated trip, they're a good option at times."
Contra: "Their check-in systems are really brutal. We were flying with a 20 month old and had overweight bags. We were happy to pay for them but we had to go find an attendant to take our payment because their automated system doesn't do that. I know they're saving money on staffing but I had to seriously consider if it was worth saving a few hundred dollars to go through some pretty epic frustration."
