Now I’m in Geneva and my bags in Zurich..."

Contra: "The crews rushed passed you and never offered if you needed further. One cup of soda after all those hours waiting left feeling dehydrated. Crews could have been more accommodating as made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of happy to assist me"

This flight to Geneva (change of airports) was late and the flight to Vienna took off with no passengers from our flight, after we were told it would wait. ' I paid for premium seats and did not get rebooked for the same. I am sitting in the Geneva airport for 7 and 1/2 hours, losing my meetings in Vienna. I never expected such poor service from Swissair."

Contra: "Legroom is non-existent. This was by far the most uncomfortable aircraft I have ever flown on, with the possible exception of an Ilyushin 62 operated by Tarom in 1983. I felt bad for the man in front of me, with my knees in his back. That is, until he reclined his seat and put my video screen in my face. Not much to watch anyway, but it was impossible to lean forward at all. Boarding at JFK was rather chaotic."

Contra: "While I was on line to board, a flight assistant came to me and asked me if I was flying by myself. When I said yes. they upgraded me to business class. I boarded the plane and took my seat. Shortly before taking off, another flight attendant came to me, told me they made a mistake, and sent me back to my original economy seat (while I was holding my new business boarding pass that they gave me). When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."

And her eye contact was very aggressive as if she would use words. I tried to save the moment, and avoided all further interactions. Not even to look at her, or accept even a single glass of water. She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."
Contra: "The attidute is what I try not to get involved. I am on the air, traveling, and I don't like to experience any negative feelings from no one. I am consciously aware not to give any reasons for any form of unacceptable behaviors either with or without evidence. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN, travel with LUFTHANSA just because of the way they treated me in my case which I travel always with my emotional pet, and this time they gave me a hardship and I had to travel without Logan. and additionally to this, I had to accept that flight attendance wordless aggressive behavior. Which in my opinion, I believe she could say I am sorry, and not looking at me as her worse enemy. Madness. She honestly needs a psychological evaluation."

For two days now, his luggage with his nebulizer and asthma medications has gone missing and not ONE person at Lufthansa is willing to help on their end. Since his last leg was with Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa is unwilling to help in any fashion or form in helping to track the luggage that flew with them over two flights. They DENY they have any responsibility to help because it's not their "policy." They wouldn't even look into their computers to see where the luggage was last seen. I am so angry that "policy" is more important to Lufthansa than actual human caring about their passengers."

Contra: "After spending almost $1,400 on my ticket to Poland, the last thing I would expect for such a long trip would be a broken seat that didn't recline. Being 6'7"in height and having the seat in front of me reclined I had to sit crouched for over 9hrs.When I informed the stewardess, not much concern was given and the alternative offered was worse because it was a middle seat with less space knowing that there were available seats in premium class. No effort was made to accommodate me knowing that the trip was long and sitting with my legs crouched could cause a health issue. A working seat is not a luxury, it's basic equipment that you expect to be functional not broken."

Contra: "I couldn't do online check in and was at the airport 2 hours before the flight but they said they cannot give me a seat number and waited there for 25 min to get a seat number. The seats were really uncomfortable (compared to airlines as Turkish airlines and American Airways).The flight attendants were not there to make your flight better, one of them was sulking and was afraid to smile to you but when he was with other crew was able to laugh! Also food was really bad!"

Contra: "Wheelchair assistance was not provided to both the passengers , even though it was requested during reservation."

Pro: "Very bad situation please call me or send me your email"

Pro: "Staff did their best to be helpful and cheerfull to make up for a 3 hour delay on our flight"

Pro: "The food and entertainment options were both above average."
Contra: "The flight was being run by Iberia, not British Airways. Iberia has a policy which did not allow me to check in without proof of a return flight. Unfortunately, my travel partner had booked the return flight and did not share the details with me. I was not able to reach my travel partner and, as such, was forced to buy a new ~$2,300 return ticket on the spot in order to provide the necessary proof. This was an extreme inconvenience, as I nearly missed my flight. If Iberia or British Airways made its travelers aware of this policy in advance of their check in. I have no intention of flying Iberia ever again."

Pro: "This flight did not have much enjoyment due to the extreme delay overseas."
Contra: "There was an ill passenger onboard as we were flying mid Atlantic - instead of flying the aircraft onward we turned around to St.Johns (understandable) however once we arrived we roughly sat on the plane for three hours after the passenger walked off the aircraft conscious. There was paperwork delaying the craft to fly, the re-fueling took over an 1 hour due to not knowing how much fuel to put into this larger plane. There were also difficulties on the plane other then a passenger being ill, the craft had some engine issues after landing in St.Johns - the pilot tried to keep crowd control by lying to the passengers. As we finally got up into the air, knowing that we missed our connecting flight to Budapest from london already- it was stressful. Then as we approached Europe we were told we have to land in Dublin due to the crew working too many hours... Which the pilot had to of known as we departed from St. John's yet he told us we were on our way to London. We waited in the airport in Dublin Ireland for at least 3-4 hours we were told another crew would bring us to London at 3pm yet we didn't even board until 5-6pm. We finally got to London 12 hours after we were suppose to arrive. And to our final destination 14 hours after we were suppose to arrive. I expect a complete refund from this flight from JFK- Budapest. It was the worst experience ever."

Pro: "Everything"

Contra: "Seating was not comfortable."

Pro: "Nice food, polite, warm and competent staff, blankets and pillows at every seat. Kids enjoyed all the shows. You knew you were not flying an airline that cut corners."
Contra: "Plane crew had to reassign seats since plane used had a different configuration than one listed at check-in. That took a long time, but crew was experienced and calm and handled it."

Pro: "Premium economy seats - even the old ones that were on this flight - are still a better experience than economy but I didn't find the difference in price worth what was delivered."
Contra: "Service was scattered compared to the LHR > JFK leg. No "welcome aboard" drinks, staff seemed very distracted, frantic and a bit disorganised. Food was very disappointing and I'm pretty sure it gave me a sick stomach for 24 hours after."

Pro: "The special meal was horrible"

Contra: "As was another flight operated by American Airlines and the second flight connecting us. We were not on it. Still stuck in Orlando trying to get home when this took off. They closed the gate on us early in Orlando leaving us stuck with no way home. . This airline is shockingly bad. It will be avoided at all costs. Not really surprised as the flights with them to get there were very bad also. Go with a different airline. Always."

Pro: "The crew was very nice and accomodating given the delays and the change of planes"
Contra: "The plane was delayed an hour and a half. They had to change the gate twice. The worst part was the plane. The original plane had a problem and they replaced it with a tiny everyday commercial jet for a 7 hour flight. It was extremely uncomfortable and I felt like I got a bit robbed because of how expensive the flight was."

Pro: "Clean plane, organized crew"

Contra: "I was lead to believe I was booking a flight on lufthansa. It turned out it was United in a confirmation email a few weeks following the purchase. Then 24 hours prior to boarding, a notification comes in that I am flying Air Brussels. This leaves me with confusion - which airport terminal to go to, where to check in, who to call, etc. When I finally arrive to the airport at JFK, I find there is no Air Brussels Check in and that I need to go to United. But United no longer operates out of JFK, so I was finally directed to the British Airways terminal to check in with Eurowings. The flight was supposedly a Eurowings flight in collaboration with Lufthansa and United but operated by Brussels Airlines. I’ve never before experienced this miscommunication and confusion with one single flight, especially in my home country. When I booked the flight, it was quite clear it was Lufthansa and I paid Lufthansa prices. I was very disappointed overall with the experience leading me up to boarding time and had I known it was not a Lufthansa plane and crew, I would not have booked it. I hope you can I understand my frustration as this was poorly communicated and manasged and was quite misleading from the start. I would appreciate some compensation or recognition for the confusion as I will no longer be using Kayak or third party booking sites due to the way this was handled. I am a loyal Kayak user, but this was just too much and nothing like I’ve ever experienced before."

Contra: "After we board the plane, we were forced to sit on the tarmac at LAX for 2 hours. I missed the Ferry to Provincetown and it cost me an extra night of hotel in Boston. The food choices were very limited, and the seats are just not comfortable at all!"

Contra: "Late....again"

Pro: "Efficient boarding, early departure. Early arrival"
Contra: "Spotty internet, somewhat limited entertainment."

Contra: "It’s was bad trip caused by the customers service the really bad they don’t know how to treat people only strolling money for carryon and really ruffles...one star it to much"

Pro: "The seats were comfortable."
Contra: "The Wi-Fi entertainment was a complete joke. This was the first time that I used it but the speed of the connection was intolerable. I was only able to watch 22 minutes of a movie on a 2 hour flight due to buffering. Also, the gate agent never announced my boarding group. It was only because of the monitor that I knew I could board."

Contra: "I'd rather use a different airline that allows you to watch the tv monitor on the back of the seats for free. Delta allowed it and they were great."

Pro: "The flight was smooth and staff was courteous."

Pro: "Chicken wrap was very tasty. Very attentive flight crew."

Contra: "I don't know if I can ding ANA though I paid for a ANA flight and got an entirely United flight. The media was rather old and the screen looked like it hadn't been updated since they got a touch screen, which didn't work all that well. The food was terrible. Only beer and wine was complementary."

Pro: "I liked how they gave out more than one can of juice."
Contra: "I didn't like how they didn't give any back options they only had one option and it wasn't very good."

Pro: "That we arrived alive."
Contra: "We weren't allowed to put our carryons in the overhead. We were forced to put them under the seat in front of us because the plane was full. This left no place for our feet or stretching our legs. The seats were cramped so closely together, our knees touched the seat pocket in front of us. When putting down the tray table, it pressed against our stomachs. The landing was the worst and scariest one I've experienced in over 40 yrs of frequent flying. We hit so fast and hard that the plane teetered from one wheel to the other and fish tailed so hard that people's necks were hurt. If possible, I'll never fly United again."

Pro: "I know that they've been in the news a lot lately for poor decisions, but everybody from the check-in counter through the flight crew were fantastic. I had a service dog with me, and they upgraded someone from a window seat in economy to allow me and the dog a window seat (rather than the middle seat we had been assigned)."

Pro: "This portion of my journey was fine."
Contra: "I have zero idea why your entertainment set up wont work on android devices. that sucked!"

Contra: "Seat room was terrible, ridiculous."

Pro: "Boarding in Chicago was atrocious. I was forced to check a book bag because there was no room on the flight only to get on the plane and there was plenty of room. My tv in my seat wouldn't work, there is absolutely no room if you're taller then 5'5. Upon landing it took 2 hours to get my checked book bag because United workers misplaced it. I will not fly United any time soon!"

Pro: "Garrett's popcorn They seem to be trying to improve the food. Tsa precheck great Love that I was offered a ride through Newark airport on a cart!"
Contra: "No chocolate snack items, you have to buy a whole kit to get something chocolate and you don't know what it is. Long line packed in jetway to board. Slight maintenance delay but handled it quickly."

Pro: "Fast and smooth"

Pro: "Absolutely nothing good to say. Unaccommodating plane and crew."

Pro: "The snacks were good"
Contra: "That they took my take in luggage & had me put it aside to out in the belly of the plane. I had my laptop & iPad in there. It happened so fast I didn't think to take them out. I was planning to do some work on the plane but couldn't since u took my laptop. Also, they changed the gate and no one told us. We were lucky we asked a question to find out the gate had been changed."

Pro: "The flight was very delayed into Newark due to weather, but the service and updates were good."

Pro: "The flight landed early."
Contra: "United Priority Gold Status were placed in Group 2 boarding?!"

Pro: "Second United flight in a row where my knees weren't pressed against the seat in front of me. Granted, I'm only 5'5", but it happens on some aircraft. Baggage claim was fast and easy, which is an accomplishment at LAX."
Contra: "FORTY-TWO MINUTES!!! That's the delay we suffered from touch down to rolling to a gate. And this was a late night arrival, with plenty of planes sitting at gates til morning. United has generally been my go-to airline, but this might be the end."

Pro: "Everything went like clockwork, the announcements, the boarding, the take off, the landing and the on time arrival. This trip was an example of how things should go."

Pro: "The flight attendant did the best he could knowing I was uncomfortably hot and there was nothing I could do. He gave me an extra ice cream to help :)"
Contra: "Complained to flight attendant about RIDICULOUSLY high temperature of the air craft. Flight attendants told me they had already requested the pilots turn the head down twice. The temperature of the plane made me extremely uncomfortable and unhappy."

Pro: "Speed and ease of our return home."
Contra: "We got in SO early, there was no gate ready for us at Newark, so we had to stay on board at least 30 min. Also they didnt allow even 1 person waiting in queue for bathroom, so if you sat down you'd lose your place."

Contra: "My seat cushion was not in correctly and very uncomfortable. Movies were free on my last flight and coat money on this one."

Contra: "It was just a personal preference. The snack was an Asian mix and it was something I didn't care for but honestly it hardly impacted the experience at all."

Pro: "Checked in through united app - said see agent for seat assignment. This was a connection from Orlando to Milwaukee"
Contra: "I went to the gate agent who was rude, no smile - just said "I have to get checked in I will call you". I waited . She beckoned across for my name. Then called me up with her finger. She asked if I had a ticket (hadn't looked for my name correctly) she told me I'd have to wait until all had boarded and a volunteer gave up their seat. I did get on(last one)- Never a smile or an explanation. Will not fly united again. There are plenty of choices."
