She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."

I am consciously aware not to give any reasons for any form of unacceptable behaviors either with or without evidence. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN, travel with LUFTHANSA just because of the way they treated me in my case which I travel always with my emotional pet, and this time they gave me a hardship and I had to travel without Logan. and additionally to this, I had to accept that flight attendance wordless aggressive behavior. I paid for a one-stop flight and have ended up having to endure a two-stop flight with extended lay overs. I feel completely cheated out of my money and overall have had a terrible experience."

For two days now, his luggage with his nebulizer and asthma medications has gone missing and not ONE person at Lufthansa is willing to help on their end. Since his last leg was with Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa is unwilling to help in any fashion or form in helping to track the luggage that flew with them over two flights. They DENY they have any responsibility to help because it's not their "policy." They wouldn't even look into their computers to see where the luggage was last seen. I am so angry that "policy" is more important to Lufthansa than actual human caring about their passengers."

Contra: "The flight was being run by Iberia, not British Airways. Iberia has a policy which did not allow me to check in without proof of a return flight. Unfortunately, my travel partner had booked the return flight and did not share the details with me. I was not able to reach my travel partner and, as such, was forced to buy a new ~$2,300 return ticket on the spot in order to provide the necessary proof. This was an extreme inconvenience, as I nearly missed my flight. If Iberia or British Airways made its travelers aware of this policy in advance of their check in. I have no intention of flying Iberia ever again."
Pro: "This flight did not have much enjoyment due to the extreme delay overseas."
Contra: "There was an ill passenger onboard as we were flying mid Atlantic - instead of flying the aircraft onward we turned around to St.Johns (understandable) however once we arrived we roughly sat on the plane for three hours after the passenger walked off the aircraft conscious. There was paperwork delaying the craft to fly, the re-fueling took over an 1 hour due to not knowing how much fuel to put into this larger plane. There were also difficulties on the plane other then a passenger being ill, the craft had some engine issues after landing in St.Johns - the pilot tried to keep crowd control by lying to the passengers. As we finally got up into the air, knowing that we missed our connecting flight to Budapest from london already- it was stressful. Then as we approached Europe we were told we have to land in Dublin due to the crew working too many hours... Which the pilot had to of known as we departed from St. John's yet he told us we were on our way to London. We waited in the airport in Dublin Ireland for at least 3-4 hours we were told another crew would bring us to London at 3pm yet we didn't even board until 5-6pm. We finally got to London 12 hours after we were suppose to arrive. And to our final destination 14 hours after we were suppose to arrive. I expect a complete refund from this flight from JFK- Budapest. It was the worst experience ever."

The original plane had a problem and they replaced it with a tiny everyday commercial jet for a 7 hour flight. Contra: "I was lead to believe I was booking a flight on lufthansa. It turned out it was United in a confirmation email a few weeks following the purchase. Then 24 hours prior to boarding, a notification comes in that I am flying Air Brussels. This leaves me with confusion - which airport terminal to go to, where to check in, who to call, etc. When I finally arrive to the airport at JFK, I find there is no Air Brussels Check in and that I need to go to United. But United no longer operates out of JFK, so I was finally directed to the British Airways terminal to check in with Eurowings. The flight was supposedly a Eurowings flight in collaboration with Lufthansa and United but operated by Brussels Airlines. I’ve never before experienced this miscommunication and confusion with one single flight, especially in my home country. When I booked the flight, it was quite clear it was Lufthansa and I paid Lufthansa prices. I was very disappointed overall with the experience leading me up to boarding time and had I known it was not a Lufthansa plane and crew, I would not have booked it. I hope you can I understand my frustration as this was poorly communicated and manasged and was quite misleading from the start. I would appreciate some compensation or recognition for the confusion as I will no longer be using Kayak or third party booking sites due to the way this was handled. I am a loyal Kayak user, but this was just too much and nothing like I’ve ever experienced before."
Contra: "After we board the plane, we were forced to sit on the tarmac at LAX for 2 hours. I missed the Ferry to Provincetown and it cost me an extra night of hotel in Boston. The food choices were very limited, and the seats are just not comfortable at all!"

Contra: "We weren't allowed to put our carryons in the overhead. We were forced to put them under the seat in front of us because the plane was full. This left no place for our feet or stretching our legs. The seats were cramped so closely together, our knees touched the seat pocket in front of us. When putting down the tray table, it pressed against our stomachs. The landing was the worst and scariest one I've experienced in over 40 yrs of frequent flying. We hit so fast and hard that the plane teetered from one wheel to the other and fish tailed so hard that people's necks were hurt. If possible, I'll never fly United again."
Pro: "I know that they've been in the news a lot lately for poor decisions, but everybody from the check-in counter through the flight crew were fantastic. I had a service dog with me, and they upgraded someone from a window seat in economy to allow me and the dog a window seat (rather than the middle seat we had been assigned)."
Pro: "This portion of my journey was fine."
Contra: "I have zero idea why your entertainment set up wont work on android devices. that sucked!"
Contra: "Seat room was terrible, ridiculous."
Pro: "Boarding in Chicago was atrocious. I was forced to check a book bag because there was no room on the flight only to get on the plane and there was plenty of room. My tv in my seat wouldn't work, there is absolutely no room if you're taller then 5'5. Upon landing it took 2 hours to get my checked book bag because United workers misplaced it. I will not fly United any time soon!"
Pro: "Garrett's popcorn They seem to be trying to improve the food. Tsa precheck great Love that I was offered a ride through Newark airport on a cart!"
Contra: "No chocolate snack items, you have to buy a whole kit to get something chocolate and you don't know what it is. Long line packed in jetway to board. Slight maintenance delay but handled it quickly."

Contra: "That they took my take in luggage & had me put it aside to out in the belly of the plane. I had my laptop & iPad in there. It happened so fast I didn't think to take them out. I was planning to do some work on the plane but couldn't since u took my laptop. Also, they changed the gate and no one told us. We were lucky we asked a question to find out the gate had been changed."
Pro: "The flight was very delayed into Newark due to weather, but the service and updates were good."
Pro: "The flight landed early."
Contra: "United Priority Gold Status were placed in Group 2 boarding?!"
Pro: "Second United flight in a row where my knees weren't pressed against the seat in front of me. Granted, I'm only 5'5", but it happens on some aircraft. Baggage claim was fast and easy, which is an accomplishment at LAX."
Contra: "FORTY-TWO MINUTES!!! That's the delay we suffered from touch down to rolling to a gate. And this was a late night arrival, with plenty of planes sitting at gates til morning. United has generally been my go-to airline, but this might be the end."
Pro: "Everything went like clockwork, the announcements, the boarding, the take off, the landing and the on time arrival. This trip was an example of how things should go."
Pro: "The flight attendant did the best he could knowing I was uncomfortably hot and there was nothing I could do. He gave me an extra ice cream to help :)"
Contra: "Complained to flight attendant about RIDICULOUSLY high temperature of the air craft. Flight attendants told me they had already requested the pilots turn the head down twice. The temperature of the plane made me extremely uncomfortable and unhappy."
Pro: "Speed and ease of our return home."
Contra: "We got in SO early, there was no gate ready for us at Newark, so we had to stay on board at least 30 min. Also they didnt allow even 1 person waiting in queue for bathroom, so if you sat down you'd lose your place."

Contra: "It was just a personal preference. The snack was an Asian mix and it was something I didn't care for but honestly it hardly impacted the experience at all."
Pro: "Checked in through united app - said see agent for seat assignment. This was a connection from Orlando to Milwaukee"
Contra: "I went to the gate agent who was rude, no smile - just said "I have to get checked in I will call you". I waited . She beckoned across for my name. Then called me up with her finger. She asked if I had a ticket (hadn't looked for my name correctly) she told me I'd have to wait until all had boarded and a volunteer gave up their seat. I did get on(last one)- Never a smile or an explanation. Will not fly united again. There are plenty of choices."
