My check in baggage got misplaced with other baggage. I have been helped by fellow passenger and fellow indigo member to get back my luggage.

The only thing that really bothered me was an obnoxiously loud and annoying child sitting next to her father, who had headsets on and made no attempt to discipline the child. I thought maybe the staff should have said something to him in a polite manner

Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi haa an additional Immigration step before security that's added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

great crew - very efficient. Food was restaurant quality and good choices. Large movie selection, but a little weak with the music, games seemed OK.

Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

Then when I called in to the Romania Service Center to rebook, the phones went down in the middle of the call. That is understandable given the extreme volume of calls they were handling. What is unacceptable, is that they made no attempt to contact me once the phones were up. I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

Our compensation? Non existent."
Contra: "First of all, this flight was not good; that was my rating for the first leg of CLE to DFW. DFW to SJC was a disaster due to weather and multiple equipment changes. Overall the flight was delayed 7 hours, from 4:50pm to 11:40pm. I opted to reschedule for the following morning -- and that flight ended up being delayed for an hour due to equipment changes and mechanical issues. Door-to-door I spent 30 hours getting from CLE to SJC."

Traveling is seriously grueling and unpleasant for all those not in First Class."

When I asked why cant I carry it when there is enough space, she simply says because you just can't. Do you want to take the plan or not! This is unacceptable."

The crew were sterling. The flight was fully packed, the chair I was assigned didn't have a screen to watch TV on, and other passengers stood inches away from my face while milling around near the toilets. Also, super narrow seats on row 30 A-C so pretty tight squeeze for a *ahem* larger gent such as myself. That said, flight was on time, food was fine, crew were competent and pleasant.

Pro: "The check in process was easy and straightforward but we were in the front of the line--which was very long. The lady who checked us in was very nice and pleasant and she was there for boarding as well. This process was very smooth for us."
Contra: "No water available unless you paid for it --same true of coffee and they only take credit cards. Was not able to request seats early and ended up next to the bathroom and lots of people standing in my personal space and the smell is overwhelming--the chemical smell."

Contra: "The food was terrible. Indian curry/ pasta and pizza. It was so cold in the plane that everybody had to wear something on their heads. The AC was blowing on my head for 11 hours. I have headaches, my sinuses heart and the food made me nauseous. It was impossible to sleep because of the low temperature."
Pro: "I think people could entertain themselves but to me it is deplorable to not offer at least complementary water. Complementary coffee would be a nice touch too but at least water."

Contra: "- my headphone jack was broken so I had to ask to move 3 times, and then finally walked up to the back of the plane to ask to be seated somewhere else - This particular flight had an unusually high number of babies. I was seated next to a couple with twin babies and of course they cried every so often. Only a few rows away there were another two babies. - food selection was super heavy on sugar or carbs. Entre choices were pasta with tomato sauce or chicken with cheese ravioli. Almost no one chose the pasta. Please introduce healthier options with actual protein for meat eaters and vegetarians."

Normally most of the European and American airlines crew has a lot of attitude and are not the friendliest of lot but this set of crew was pretty good. Seats were also not too cramped like AA or UA flights."
