Pro: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"

I paid for 3 drinks, were brought only 2 and when I asked for the 3rd one they didn't understand what I want. Crew speaks only polish, they have little knowledge of English language. They are not helpful and they don't care about passengers! Delays on every flight, Friday LOT airline doesn't have to many flights out of Warsaw! Be aware, in the event of a delay and loosing your connecting flight you might end up spending a night in Warsaw. I WILL NEVER USE LOT AGAIN and I will make sure to spread the word!!!"

We couldn´t get the boarding pass on line although we tried many times during the previous 24 hours. They made us to pay a suplement of 30 euros in the airport. We have felt cheated.

Old planes, ride staff (even by remarkably curt and abrupt Romanian standards). Broken inline experience. Overall unpleasant. Seems to be flown only by Romanian families with hundreds of pounds of luggage. Like a caravan."

I asked the flight attendants for a bit higher at every flight but they did not fix it. Crew said that the captain regulates it.. At each flight all passengers in the rows around me agreed that it was very cold and they said that its always cold and the crew never changes it anyway. They cannot expect anything getting warmer, it is always uncomfortable cold. The flights were horrible and uncomfortable because of just that detail. I have problem with my throat and breathing since then. It got irritated and soar. I am a regular flyer becuase of my job and tried Ryanair but it was the coldest trips ever."
Pro: "Smooth flight (thank the weather Gods)."
Contra: "Extra fee for a boarding pass, extra fee for pre-paid checked bags, total confusion @ check-in. RyanAir blows."

Contra: "I was already checked in and when I got to the counter they told me that I was not checked in even though I had my boarding passes printed. Almost lost he plane. They lost my luggage’s and very very very bad customer service. Would not recommend it."

Contra: "No check in email reminder is provided. Had to wait in 3 different lines to print boarding pass, check in, and find out if your bag fit airline restrictions. We were charged 68 euro each to print boarding pass. The airports credit card machine was down and we were forced to go to an ATM and pay in cash. The carry on size restrictions are ridiculous. Your bag will be marked as too large (at a 50 additional euro charge) if it sicks out by 1 inch thickness wise, even if it fits into the box provided. Horrible experience and I will never use this airline again."

Contra: "Bought the 2 bag priority but they forced us to check one of the bags any way (on the way back we were able to bring bag on flight so it was nothing to do with size of the wheels as they suggested) - staff was unfriendly. Seats were dirty. Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."

Contra: "Changed gate three times. Got stuck with a 50 € charge as I was running late and then the plane was an hour late in leaving, so it was a rip."

Pro: "The attention when checking in in the counter was great. Also at the gate. The gate had no services other than bathrooms. The plane was confortable and the flight was uneventful. they offered food in the plane but I fall sleep and could not buy it on time."
Contra: "you can not buy food or drinks close to the gate and you do not know that when is your first flight with them. We had to walk a lot when we checked in and when we arrived. You have to be prepared for than and not carry heavy stuff."

Contra: "I was charged extra for insurance even though I didn't buy it. This feels like a trick. No soap in bathroom"
Pro: "The flight was on time and the crew did a fine job. It was a short flight with no problems."
Contra: "The leg room is very tight if you have even moderately long legs."
Pro: "The cabin crew seemed prepared enough to host redneck passengers and other species that often choose traveling low cost (of course)."
Contra: "I purchased priority boarding for nothing. There was no such thing at the gate. Boarding was chaotic."
Pro: "The price was the best thing out of this whole experience. Two tickets from Barcelona to Rome were 44 euros. If you check-in online it's free otherwise you have to pay 45 euros at the airport. Also if you stay within the baggage limit you don't have to pay for the luggage allowance. We didn't pay to pick seats and we were sit next to each other (most likely because we check-in online a day before)."
Contra: "Boarding was slow and chaotic. Very cramped seats. You are literally sitting on top of each other. Also, the plane was very hot. They don't give you any snacks. If you want anything to eat or drink you have to purchase it. At times the crew ignored passengers. If you are looking for comfort and friendliness this is not the airline for you."
Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."
Pro: "Price was great, crew friendly and professional."

Contra: "Check online was difficult to understand and took several attempts to complete. Expensive airport checking option was 45 Pounds. Birthday year started at 2000 and had to be scrolled back a couple of months at a time. Misunderstood adding luggage and had to pay 35 Pounds at a/p for 1 passengers bag. Hated the experience!"

Contra: "Everything! Unorganized, customer service was horrible, so many extra fees, lost luggage along with our friends that lost there luggage. No, direction on where to go for checking in."

Contra: "Advertised Price is a facade.... Too many add-on prices once you get to the airport. no thanks.. never again. I will tell a freind! They are super expensive! I think they charged me for my oxygen in the airport and on board! ...RIP OFF AIRLINE!"
